Very close to the airport. A small shopping arcade with a few restaurants is adjacent.offer a wide variety of food choices. Buffet breakfast, dinner and lunch were all well done and the service was attentive. Great options prior to flying out or day of arrival.

Wonderful hotel in Aerocity, perfect for a layover of a night or two. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, there is a nice gym as well as a pool, and a varied breakfast too. There are nearby shops and restaurants (walking distance), and it is easy to Uber into the city if you want to explore for the day. I would choose Pride again for future Delhi layovers.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, good restaurants, and the beds were comfortable. We had outstanding massages in the spa as well. Giving a 4 star rather than 5 because our first room had a strong chemical smell which was making us ill - we were even wearing N95s in the room. Switching to a new room took way too long. We called and an operator said Reception would have to call back. We waited an hour, then called again and was told the same thing by the operator. We waited another half hour, no call. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask in person before it was taken care of. Apart from that, other interactions with staff were good.

An excellent hotel let down by a wifi service that is ten years behind the times. Small issues like the plumbing pipes dangerously sticking out in the spa make me question whether someone said ' stop spending money' at some time.

This hotel is handy for airport and Worldmark complex. It has a great range of restaurants, cafe and bar, all serving quality food. Being so close to airport, people come and go at different times which can make the bedroom floors noisy. There seems to be a problem with dogs directly outside the hotel and they barked well into the night. Still a nice hotel, though.

Wir haben 5 Sterne Luxus erwartet. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer das nach Schimmel gerochen hat sobald die Klimaanlage nicht lief und Türen wurden nur Frauen aufgehalten. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken die beim waschen wohl nicht mehr rausgehen. Das beste war das freundliche Reinigungspersonal im 4. Stock und beim check out war man auch sehr sehr freundlich. Das Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Check in terrible, staff wanted to take deposit for the mini bar but only accept credit card no other cards. I didn't have it with me, so they told me they will lock the mini bar - what a joke? The room was paid before arrival. Second thing, the bedroom, it was so dirty and smell of mould. I went back to the reception to show them the stage of the room, they changed the room but the second room was dirty too. Please find different hotel if you want clean bedsheets and mattress.

There was a very bad smell at the property .. carpets looked very old and dirty .. room service response was very late .. there is lot of noise even when room door r shut .. there is always some repair work going on at the property Best part is the location and convenience to go to malls and Aerocity restaurants

Doors super loud, the walls vibrate when they close and they woke me up during the night. The mattress quite soft. At the reception , not a big smile. The air didn’t feel very fresh in the room.

The hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are not soundproof as we could hear yelling from the upstairs floor. As we were checking out the lobby was full of people waiting to check in or out and there were not enough seating areas for everyone so we ended up standing with our luggage for awhile until our Uber came. The area could be better organised. It was not a five star experience.

Hotel staff was really good and amazing service. They look after us really well. Our flight was delayed and due to immigration we came out of airports around 03:30 AM but the hotel had made sure to arrange all our surf port transfer and late check in. Que dire: on arrive avec une réservation confirmée et payée et l’on vous dit qu’ils n’ont pas chambre et ils vous laissent vous debrouiller seul dans le hall et après ils vous demandent de partir. A 7000 km de chez soi, un tel dénigrement de la clientèle est inacceptable. Long wait times at the reception, overly busy, my internet wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working. Sink holes were yellow and dirty. Lobby didn’t smell pleasant. This no way is a five star hotel as Expedia advertised. Was charged more than what I was quoted over the phone. A big disappointment!! Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Horrible Service and so many mosquitoes that we couldn’t even sleep. We were promised check in by 2pm and we had to fight to get our room by 2:30pm. We had lots of luggage and the personnel didn’t even ask to help of move our luggage. Save your money and go somewhere else. The tv wasn’t plugged in and wasn’t working our entire stay. Our room didn’t even have an Iron and we called and they didn’t even drop it off. I am very disappointed with the service and I will not be returning ever again.

Considering it as a 5* property staff were definately not 5* standard, property didn't even care to give a kind hospitality when guest is checked in and when they are checking out. Not even a smile on front desk as if they just want to to complete the check in formalities and move ahead. Glad we only stayed 1 Night and in this 1 Night from front desk to restaurant staff we can see a non-friendly approach from the staff and they need to improve big time as they are 5* property.

Room was fine - check-in took forever because of the way room bookings are sent; plus they’d ‘upgraded’ us so the twins that I’d specifically booked were now kings, which doesn’t work for me. Just took too long to sort it out. The restaurant was expensive and some of the food was cold when it came out.

For as many people who work here, the service is below average. The room was fine but I only booked to sleep for a few hours before a flight. There was constant banging in the hallway from about 4PM to 7PM. Buffet was awful and the service in the bar was considerably lacking.
