Amazing property with friendly staff and great amenities. The location is also close to the airport, which makes it very convenient. The only issue I noticed that could improve the experience is the access road to the property, which has large potholes and poses a risk for guests walking in and out. Fixing this would make the stay even better.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff bar and a brilliant manager (lady) i cant remember her name. It was a good stay. Good breakfast, just adequate choice. Big thank you to the bar staff for the suport when my female partner was being harrassed by a fellow guest. Still renovation going on so a little noise from construction work, nothing that bothered me once i played some music. Thank you.

My stay was ok. The lighting didn’t make sense, no bed side lamps. Either really bright full lights on or had to keep everything off. The washroom was really small, I had to close the door if I wanted to use the shower or toilet because of the tight space. Staff wasn’t too friendly when I checked in. I also was bedridden with food poisoning one of the days and they wouldn’t help me bring down my luggage the next day and said it was self service only. Gym was amazing though, really developed.

This was an awful experience. The entire room smelled strongly of mold, and everything — the blanket, pillows, and bed — was damp and moldy. By the next morning, there was moisture all over my suitcase, and all my clothes were damp as well. I’ve never stayed in such a humid and unpleasant room. Definitely not recommended!

As soon as we entered in our room, we realized that the staff was trying to overcompensate for a foul odor by pumping in artificial scent. After a few hours of being there it was evident that the room smelled like urine. Stains on bedsheet and cover. Bathroom was too small and hit myself many a times in the shower. Also, road leading to the property had more potholes than road. Overall, an unpleasant experience and I don't plan to ever stay here again. Didn't have breakfast and staff of okay.

Room was on a okay condition. In the bathroom the toilet is separated from the shower area by a door. The door opens into the sink area and there is only about 12 inch gap between the sink and door. Very tight squeeze to use the toilet. Your rear end will rub up against sink when you try to squeeze through. If are overweight you fill not fit. Very poor design.

Since we arrived early, they allowed us early check-in at 12:00 instead of the regular 2:00pm which is great. But no hand towels in the bathroom and we didn't ask either as we had to leave early morning next day. Bathroom was really small but clean and all amenities were provided, great pressure in the shower and really hot water as well.

Biggest let down is the cramped room and over priced food that ass VAT. Not value for money snd drinks are expensive in the bar. The room was a serious issue as no room to move and conjested. Bathroom was awful and cramped. I woukd stay here again

The bathroom was flooded in the first bath itself. Bathrooms are so tiny. You can't walk from the Shower to the toilet without closing the door. You can't go to your friend's floor because you get access to your floor only through the lift or the staircase. The nearby area is currently under construction, so be prepared for potential traffic congestion.

Ginger is a nice clean property within a reasonable price. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Normal check in time is 3 pm but Mitali Anil Singh gave us an early check in at 10 am which was very helpful as we were dealing with a heavy jet lag due to 10:30 hrs time difference which helped us to feel better and made our overall experience more pleasant and comfortable. Keep up the good work Mitali.

The experience at the Reception Counter was terrible - they were a confused lot and mixed up the room numbers for my guests, gave wrong keys and as a result it was a horrible start for a couple of them into Ginger.

This hotel is close to domestic terminal than international. If you have late night flight and need cab they charge 700 Rs. I didn’t have India phone to book uber and they were not ready to help to book uber for me.

Food was average but the service was too slow. It seemed like no one care about what you want. Their reception is also not concerned about providing best service. Given the price I paid I am not expecting 5 star service but was expecting decent service and staff. Will not book or recommend.
