Everything was good and the complimentary airport car was more than excellent. Only issue we had was that the hotel was busy over the holiday period and the lifts took a long time - wait time for lifts during peak hours was bad. The hotel has over 32 floors and we could be travelling floor by floor to the lobby!

I had an excellent stay at the Trident, Nariman Point. The facilities and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I took the Yoga class and the instructor was great! The gym is very modern with great equipment and I appreciated the walk ability and access of the location. Strong police presence so I always felt safe!

Everything was clean and the decor elegant. We were visited by a cockroach. Reported to reception. An army of cleaners descended into the room. I asked to change room, and was upgraded to an ocean view room. The cockroach was handle promptly. No complaints.

This is a very nice hotel on the Mumbai waterfront. I got a room on the 30th floor that had a wonderful outlook of the ocean and coast. Lovely. Calming. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed with nice touches like live plants (which seem very rare in hotel rooms). Although I did not get time to use it, the pool area is magnificent. The waterfront walkway is exceptionally popular with locals and there was a cricket match at the nearby stadium which amplified the intensity around the area. So, it is a bit of a destination for locals but there are not a lot of foods services. The closest seem to be on Veer Nariman Road which is about a 20 minute walk. I liked the Mockingbird cafe if you are looking for a beer and light meal but there are other options. Overall, the Trident is a really nice hotel and I would happily stay there again.

Great property, great location, amazing staff, though I had issues with some aspects of the room (key door didn't work one evening to the entire door lock had to be changed, there was a dirty table in my room, and the fire alarm was flashing one evening very late. Also at early check out very little food to take that was available in the early morning breakfast cart - it was poorly managed - and no coffee cups!).

Wonderful staff. Room was a bit dated and older. One has to step in and out of a bathtub for a shower. Room where I was is noisy. Apparently the nearby room ending with 01 on each floor is a corner suite which attracts a bigger part of guests than a bigger army of workers. AVOID being near 01 on every floor!

It was clean. I don’t like the noise. The rooms are very noisy and you can hear adjacent rooms even when they are just talking. Really noisy when they are cleaning the rooms. Also the bedding was terrible for a hotel of that class. The rooms are small and dated.

We only stayed the one night and overall we found our stay very comfortable, the rooms are big and spacious and very clean. We stayed in the premier room and we were very pleased with the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and you could also request off the menu ie. Omelette cooked to your choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel itself is good. Its clean, plenty of open space to hangout, tasty food at the restaurants, lovely view from the pool etc. Staff is polite, patient and helpful. The check in however was slow. We only got 1 room at 2:30pm and even though promised, that the other room would be ready in 30 min and keys delivered to us in our first room, we never received it. Eventually after 90 min past the scheduled check in time, I had to go to the check in counter myself again to get a room. I think it would have been nice if they kept their word and brought the keys to us on time.

From the moment of arrival until departure the staff treated us like royalty. Dhriya from reception and Vaishnavi, our floor manager ensured that check-in was as smooth as possible, and the personal touches they arranged made our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The food, cleanliness, and customer service are second to none, and we will be returning whenever we visit Mumbai. Shreyas in the poolside dining area also made our final breakfast extra special by arranging a cake for us.

Loved the location of the property. Sits right on the waterfront overlooking the Bay. Walking along the waterfront and enjoyed the sunset, people watched digging for large clams and was convenient enough to walk to restaurants. Transportation via U er or taxis were available as well. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mumbai.

The Trident is situated with a beautiful view over Marine Drive if you choose a sea facing room. It’s one of the key vistas of Mumbai. It’s located right next door to a performing arts venue (the NCPA). Sadly our dates did not coincide with Zubin Mehta’s visit to Mumbai. The restaurants on site are good. It is a bit of a trek to other eateries but taxis from the streets to either side of the hotel are good and very reasonable. I recommend walking down the ramp to get a taxi rather than having them call one up the ramp for you. The Trident is convenient for all sights in South Mumbai - the Chatrapatti Shivaji Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Oval Maidan, the upmarket shopping area of Kala Ghoda are all actually within walking distance. All in all, with its excellent service, pool, spa and other facilities the Trident is to be highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the Trident. The rooms were immaculate and the service was five star. A special mention to Stefan from the India Jones as the food was spectacular and Stefan went out of the way to make sure that we were looked after on both days of our stay. Stefan made some special dishes for our children who were delighted at the kindness. Stefan and his team are an asset to the Trident. We would highly recommend the Trident and will be back for sure!
