This "brand new" property is fantastic. The room was very clean. I believe I was the first guest in the room. Also, the location is convenient and close to all types of restaurants and mall with movie theater. Definitely a 5-Star rating!

We came to Little Rock for the Homeschool Day at the Capitol. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were definitely pleased! The employee that checked us in was very professional and kind. The room was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, only downside was the pancake machine wasn’t working. There could be more choices for the breakfast items. The pool was clean and a good size. We did utilize the laundry room as well and it worked wonderfully. The location worked well for us also. It was easy to get into the parking lot and just as easy to get out. Over all I’d give this hotel a 9.5/10. We will definitely stay here again!

Out of the 5 days we stayed room service only came to room one time. Air condition was not working on the fourth floor only in the rooms not in the hallway. Shower door would not close all the way. Big stain on floor in room. There was a note posted everywhere stating fire watch in place fire protection system out of service, if you observe smoke or signs of fire call 911 and get out of building.

We loved our stay. It was just for one night but would definitely be staying here when we visit Little Rock in the future. Had a great first impression when we walked into the lobby. Check in staff was pleasant and everything was quick. Our room was super clean, cold from AC and very welcoming. Bathroom was spacious and everything was upgraded/modern.

We arrived late from traveling and someone was still in at the front desk which was great. However, once we entered the room we found many dead and alive bugs. Beetles, spiders, etc in the bathroom and other areas in our room. This wasn't what I expected from a Holiday Inn.

Such an awful stay. We usually do some disinfecting dornour peace of mind, however this room wasnt clean and needed a heavy duty cleaning. There was a pizza in the fridge that was left from a prior guest, the tub was dirty including actual dirt and hair. When we notified the desk, they were flippant and said they had been having issues with housekeeping as if their lack of surprise was suppose to be comforting. We spoke with the front desk on the way out and they could not offer anything other than a sad face because we booked through a third party. This is a new property. It ought not be this bad so soon.

The hotel is nice. The room temperature was too warm. I tried to adjust it but it never cooled off. I later discovered the batteries were missing from the thermostat control. Do better please. Some can’t sleep in a room that is too warm!

Bathtub did not drain for abt an hour, standing in water ankle deep for a standard shower. Tub also so slippery, had to hang on the whole time. No grip on floor of tub. No bathroom cups, short on towels. Property is new. Less than a year old. Staff was very helpful, though.

Over all it wasnt really bad. However it smelled like natural gas the entire time we were there. Second they actually ran out of breakfast in the morning long before breakfast time was up.
