Hôtel top, propre, neuf, situé en plein hyper centre ville. Les resto et commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble. Excellent accueil, on nous a accompagnés et présenté la chambre, rideau occultant et pas de bruit de la rue sauf en journée. Grande chambre avec deux immenses lits et grand balcon. Salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Manque de meuble de rangement et tiroirs. Excellent petit déjeuner complet avec de vraies viennoiseries à la française. Deux stands omelette donc pas d'attente. Salle de gym complète sauna hammam inclus au prix. Pas de musique en salle de sport et au sauna ... Dommage. Immense rooftop avec un bar et vue dégagée. Chanteuse en soirée. Une piscine de natation avec cascade. Une pataugeoire pour enfants et une piscine tranquille pour bronzer au calme. Le personnel est tout le temps aux petits soins. Parking surveillé gratuit si vous louez un scooter. Je remercie tous les membres du personnel que l'on ne voit pas qui ont oeuvré pour notre confort. Je remercie ceux que j'ai croisé qui ont embelli notre séjour par leur gentillesse et dont je n'ai pas retenu le prénom. Je remercie ceux qui nous ont renseigné, servi, accueilli et couvert de sourires quotidien : Chesda, Meak Kevmany, Soeun Raksmee, Pha, Traînee, Chhom Rouen Vatey, Lin Houx et Chan Tha Sreynik. Un séjour parfait, merci à tous.

This hotel and the staff were amazing from start to end of our 3 night stay. So very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The pool area is superb and the hotel is stunning. The rooms are lovely and so very clean and good sized. Would 100% stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so much so that I booked an extra week. The hotel is only 8 months old so everything is new. The staff are so very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and my balcony was private. The free to use spa is excellent and such an asset for the hotel. Highly recomended.

Clean modern hotel rooms and a super roof pool and bar area. 3 minute walk to Pub street, yet quiet and calm atmosphere. Excellent breakfast buffet, spa rooms include couples massage area that is really nice.

Perfect location, great hotel and absolutely worth the money. Service at the rooftop bar was extremely slow and few people understood English, but everyone was very kind and polite. Would absolutely stay here again.

このホテルは、マーケットに近いので選びました。利用はしてないですが、綺麗なプールが屋上にあります。ホテルにつき、部屋に案内してくれる時、受付の方の説明が良かったです。英語です。部屋はかなり綺麗で1人の利用でしたが、かなり広かったです。朝食つきで、予約しました。カンボジア料理も食べられますが、パンの種類、野菜、フルーツも多く、かなり満足でした。アンコールワットの朝日を見る場合は、朝食にお弁当を頼めます。自分は利用してないです。鍵がカードのなのですが、途中で効かなくなった時も親切に対応してくれました。対応してくれたのは、BOSSABA さんと、VICHARAさんでした。ありがとうございます。

It was large room.My family and I were very satisfied to stay. ホテルのスタッフは日本語は話せませんが、とても親切でフレンドリーで、丁寧に接してくれるので、英語が苦手な私でも困ることなく過ごすことができました。私と娘と高齢の両親の4人で、2ベッドルームを予約しましたが、チェックイン時に無料で、ファミリースイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。とても広いお部屋で、広いリビングと、キングサイズのベッドが4台、大きなバルコニーも2つあり、ラグジュアリーな気分で滞在できました。パブストリートも近く、高齢の両親も徒歩で行ける距離で便利な場所です。プールも綺麗で、広さも十分あり、タオルも貸してもらえるので、滞在中、何度も楽しませてもらいました。

Property was a great stay. Stayed for 4 nights and everything was excellent. My only complaint was the noise. Felt like the walls are so thin. I can hear everything that’s going on. They were doing repairs or something but it was going all day that was annoying. It constantly gave me headaches. All that pounding and drilling I had to ask them to stop which they did. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5mins walk to Pub Street and 8mins to the river and markets. The hotel is quite new and beautiful. We got the family suite and it was HUGE. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.

This hotel and the staff were amazing from start to end of our 3 night stay. So very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The pool area is superb and the hotel is stunning. The rooms are lovely and so very clean and good sized. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. High quality and value. Beautiful, spacious room with balcony. The pools were nice as was the adjacent bar. Breakfast was solid every day. The staff went the extra mile, great customer service. Highly recommended!

Don’t book the airport shuttle bus through them. It’s a total scam. They scam their own customers. They charged me $35 to pickup from airport and charged $35 to take me to the airport. Seems nice and convenient until I talked to people on my excursions as they were only charged $9 dollars to get picked up and another $9 dollars to be dropped off. By the time I learned this it was to late to switch

Perfect location, great hotel and absolutely worth the money. Service at the rooftop bar was extremely slow and few people understood English, but everyone was very kind and polite. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like royalty. They are so eager to please and take care of you. They will arrange activities, Tuk Tuks, breakfast to go, taxis,etc…The rooms are great! So spacious and clean. All the amenities you need too (combs, toothbrush, etc…) Pools are the perfect temperature and so relaxing with a beautiful view of the city. Massage was amazing and by an experienced therapist. If we ever come back to Cambodia we will stay here! Big Thank you to Nita, Somura, and Thyna for your hospitality!!!

When we arrived, we were originally given a room that had previously been occupied by a smoker even though the hotel is non-smoking. They accommodated us quickly into a new room. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Excellent facilities, Great location and Friendly staff at front desk. We booked the family suite room and it 2 ensuite rooms and a living area with a half-bath which was very comfortable for us on a business/ leisure trip. Close to the AngkorWat complex, walkable to Pub Street. Great pool and ambience in the terrace restaurant was amazing at night

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5mins walk to Pub Street and 8mins to the river and markets. The hotel is quite new and beautiful. We got the family suite and it was HUGE. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.

Hôtel top, propre, neuf, situé en plein hyper centre ville. Les resto et commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble. Excellent accueil, on nous a accompagnés et présenté la chambre, rideau occultant et pas de bruit de la rue sauf en journée. Grande chambre avec deux immenses lits et grand balcon. Salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Manque de meuble de rangement et tiroirs. Excellent petit déjeuner complet avec de vraies viennoiseries à la française. Deux stands omelette donc pas d'attente. Salle de gym complète sauna hammam inclus au prix. Pas de musique en salle de sport et au sauna ... Dommage. Immense rooftop avec un bar et vue dégagée. Chanteuse en soirée. Une piscine de natation avec cascade. Une pataugeoire pour enfants et une piscine tranquille pour bronzer au calme. Le personnel est tout le temps aux petits soins. Parking surveillé gratuit si vous louez un scooter. Je remercie tous les membres du personnel que l'on ne voit pas qui ont oeuvré pour notre confort. Je remercie ceux que j'ai croisé qui ont embelli notre séjour par leur gentillesse et dont je n'ai pas retenu le prénom. Je remercie ceux qui nous ont renseigné, servi, accueilli et couvert de sourires quotidien : Chesda, Meak Kevmany, Soeun Raksmee, Pha, Traînee, Chhom Rouen Vatey, Lin Houx et Chan Tha Sreynik. このホテルは、マーケットに近いので選びました。利用はしてないですが、綺麗なプールが屋上にあります。ホテルにつき、部屋に案内してくれる時、受付の方の説明が良かったです。英語です。部屋はかなり綺麗で1人の利用でしたが、かなり広かったです。朝食つきで、予約しました。カンボジア料理も食べられますが、パンの種類、野菜、フルーツも多く、かなり満足でした。アンコールワットの朝日を見る場合は、朝食にお弁当を頼めます。自分は利用してないです。鍵がカードのなのですが、途中で効かなくなった時も親切に対応してくれました。対応してくれたのは、BOSSABA さんと、VICHARAさんでした。ありがとうございます。

1. I was surprised and a little unhappy, upon giving my room number for breakfast buffet, that I was motioned to an area of the dining room lacking windows, and instructed that “this is the space available to you”. There were plenty of tables available in the brighter part of the dining room. I was not aware of different treatment for guests based, apparently, upon their room choice. The instruction was not misunderstood by me. 2. Upon leaving at checkout our group was instructed to have a seat and wait while an employee went to our rooms to check to see if there were damages or items stolen. I asked the desk manager why they were checking. His reply was “I don’t know.” I offered to him that to many westerners staying at a very nice and princely hotel, having to sit and wait to see if you had damaged or stolen anything would often be taken as insulting and accusatory. The price of my dislike for that implication was much higher than the value of a bath towel, had I taken one. And I hadn’t. Had I broken or damaged something, I would have brought to the hotel’s attention when it happened. I did not like waiting, while my integrity was verified. Probably won’t be back. A cultural thing I suspect. Otherwise, pretty nice place.
