Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers.

직원들은 친절했지만 모텔을 개조해서인지 전체적으로 청결하지 않았고, 호텔이 아니라 모텔에 묶는다는 느낌이 강했습니다. 호텔비에 별도로 5만원을 내고 물을 받았는데 바닥을 깨끗이 청소 안해서인지 받은 물에 더러운게 둥둥 떠다녔고, 식탁 의자는 뒤로 기대면 나무가 빠져서 다시 손으로 끼워넣고 좌식 의자에 앉아 뒤로 기대지도 못한채 밥을 먹었고, 방에 있는 에어컨 송풍구 안쪽을 보니 얼마나 오래 청소를 안했는지 먼지가 잔뜩해서 켜고자도 되나 우려스러울 정도였고, 드라이기는 5분 이상 쓰면 엄청 뜨거워져서 멈춰버리고(한참 기다리면 또 켜짐), 세면대 수도꼭지는 석회가 많이 쌓여 물 나오는 길을 따라 엄청 더럽게 쌓여있고, 금액과 사진은 호텔급인데 가족 데리고 완전 모텔에서 숙박한 느낌이네요! 가족들에게 엄청 기대 심어주고 간 여행인데, 모텔에서 제운 것 같아 얼마나 미안하던지~ 다시는 안가렵니다
