Super fint som overnatning til et møde med venner fra flere steder i landet. Perfekt med billig parkering i 24 timer. Dejlig lukket gård med mange pladser. Ikke noget man er forvent med i KBH. Venligt og hjælpsom personale

The hotel was good cannot find any major faults. The gym could be offered for free though especially when considering the price of the room. Luggage room was offered for free (unlike other hotels in Copenhagen). The room was rather spacious considering (i guess i was upgraded) but the bathroom room small but clean. The shower room had a curtains only. It was sound insulated. The most annoying thing was the power sockets work only with the room light switched on. I could not charge the mobile on the desk or in the bed during night. Only option to unplug the TV and charge it there. The location is good too, perfect in my case as meeting was at Forum but if visiting center the buses and metro just a 4 minute walk away and very frequent. I walked it too a couple of times. Breakfast i did not try. All in all a good short stay.

Perfect for traveling solo or with 1-2 others. Location is ideal for affordability and walking distance to main attractions. Less than 5 min walk from Metro station, which was one stop away from Norreport (where most tourist attractions are). Staff were fluent in English and extremely helpful! If you need a blow dryer, don’t be afraid to ask the front desk. They also have a baggage room to store luggage if you need to checkout before your flight.

Posizione ottima. Vicino a metro e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Stanze e bagni molto piccoli. Prodotti per l’igiene molto scarni. Non c’è l’asciugacapelli (ma forse si può richiedere alla reception). Ottimo servizio di parcheggio a buon prezzo (considerando i costi alti di Copenhagen). Va bene per massimo un paio di notti. Buona la pulizia delle stanze

Hotel does not even met the minimum standards of health and safety required to open an accommodation venue. There was mould, bed bugs, dust, dirt and GOD THE SMELL!! And all that for the price of a 4 star hotel. SCAMMERS!!! They ruined our trip and manager refused our refund!!!!!

When we went to our room there was hair all over the bed and the shower and it looked like it had not been cleaned. Additionally the room looked nothing like the photo of our booking, and they gave us a smaller room. I had to go down and tell them the room needed to be cleaned and there was hair everywhere.

The whole experience it was just terrible! My body is full of red dots probably caused by the bedbugs. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom is very unpractical and every day you have to beg to get the room clean and get some soaps! The breakfast is very very basic! Stay away from this place if you can.

Altid god og venlig betjening. Fredeligt og roligt værelse - vi har kun ét forbehold, men det er heller ikke helt uvæsentligt. Der er MEGET varmt om natten, og desværre kan man ikke selv skrue ned. Værre er det dog, at receptionen heller ikke kan - det skal åbenbart ske andetsteds fra. Bliver dette ikke ændret, så må vi desværre finde alternative overnatningsmuligheder.

The location was excellent for getting into the city center and the airport. Hotel is very basic and the washroom/shower feels like airplane toilets that could use fresh shower curtains. The window in my room was broken and would not close.

Very pleasant staff. Super helpful with everything. The rooms lack any charm whatsoever, and tre bathroom is small. in think the concept is that you feel like you're on a boat cabinn. But, if you don't mind, its decent and good value.

Overordnet set en meget lidt fed oplevelse - det føles træls at bruge forholdsvist mange penge på noget halvringe. Der lugtede af kloak når vi tændte vandet på badeværelset. Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes helt, så der var meget larm fra gaden. Generelt var hotellet meget lydt, så man konstant kunne høre andre gæster, både børn der skreg og et fodboldhold der festede. Derudover begyndte personalet at støvsuge ude på gangen før 9:00 lørdag morgen, og var bestemt ikke stille med støvsugeren, der hamrede mod vores dør, så vi vågnede. Personalet var søde dog. Alt i alt, så kommer vi der ikke igen - bestemt ikke prisen værd.

Ikke ret god service i receptionen. De fleste af personalerne var ikke just imødekomne og kunne ej heller svare på ret meget. Det kunne have været rart at blive mødt med et smil f.eks.

The room had a strong sour smell, and when I opened the bathroom door the stench from the drains was overwhelming - it made me want to throw up. I contacted reception, and while the receptionist was friendly, he couldn’t offer a solution since the hotel was fully booked. He tried to fix the problem himself but without success and I don't know if he tried.. Later, I asked another receptionist if anything could be done and was told housekeeping would check the next day. However, nothing was done. When I followed up again, I was given the same response - that housekeeping would look at it - but no one ever came and the issue remained unresolved. The overall condition of the room and the hotel seemed worn down and cheap. The one positive was the bed - it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the unbearable stench ruined my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Jeg havde et usædvanligt ophold, i det jeg ankom meget sent og checkede ud meget tidligt. Jeg valgte Cabinn fordi der er 24 timers reception og man altid kan regne med at det hele fungerer problemfrit.

The hotel was good cannot find any major faults. The gym could be offered for free though especially when considering the price of the room. Luggage room was offered for free (unlike other hotels in Copenhagen). The room was rather spacious considering (i guess i was upgraded) but the bathroom room small but clean. The shower room had a curtains only. It was sound insulated. The most annoying thing was the power sockets work only with the room light switched on. I could not charge the mobile on the desk or in the bed during night. Only option to unplug the TV and charge it there. The location is good too, perfect in my case as meeting was at Forum but if visiting center the buses and metro just a 4 minute walk away and very frequent. I walked it too a couple of times. Breakfast i did not try. All in all a good short stay.

Indtjekning gik fint. Morgenmad fredag på et totalt booket hotel var en parodi. Ingen bakker, kopper, bestik, servietter, brød, smør, ost. Ingen der ryddede borde eller bakkestativerne. Personalet rendte forvirret rundt uden styr på noget som helst. Lørdag og søndag var der totalt styr på det hele. Der må have været ekstra personale der, for der sad oven i købet en der tjekkede værelsesnummert til morgenmaden .

The hotel was as advertised, very basic. I would really not recommend the breakfast, it was awful. Nothing was freshly made it was all ready made food and nothing for Vegetarians or Vegans, not even oat milk.

Venlig og smilende modtagelse i receptionen, det samme hele opholdet igennem. Fin morgenmad, kunne dog godt ønske bacon sammen med scrambled eggs. Men det er en mindre detalje. Hyggeligt værelse, dejlig seng, synes dog badeværelset var lige snævert nok, samt der manglede tryk på vand i bruser. Men alt i alt en fin og god oplevelse.

Bruseren virkede ikke rigtigt, man kunne ikke være i bad og skylde ud i toilettet på lige bag efter hinanden. Første dag med morgenmad var de seje til at fylde op, måske skulle man også gøre opmærksom på at hvis man ikke bestiller morgenmad dagen før så koster det ekstra

Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke mere Personalet ved receptionen var super flinke og servicemindet Værelset levede på ingen måder op til forventningerne. Beskidte, indelukket og slidte. Jeg kunne skrive en hel fristil med hvad, der ikke duer på selve værelset! Toilettet og badet er bedre i en campingvogn. Må indrømme det er det mest håbløse hotelophold jeg/vi nogensinde har prøvet. Giver med glæde flere penge for et reelt hotel.
