Pictures are so deceiving. The room was extremely tiny. No way 2 people can comfortably stay. Walls are thin you can hear neighbours and the water pipes and doors shutting. I was at a conference with many other participants staying at this hotel too and everyone was united with the opinion that it was a bad choice of place to stay. Also it took 3 full hours to check in.

We had the cheapest room and the facilities there were really simple -as the peculiar shower system combined with the sink.... But the staff is nice and the breakfast was ok.

Location to airport is the only plus here. Staff were not helpful and couldn't care less when asked a question. When given my key card I asked for the lifts, staff just pointed to their left,of which there are 2 entrances front and back and an area further along with seats and rubbish recycling which eventually was where I found lifts, this was late at night after travelling all day ,more courtesy would be appreciated. Storage for luggage is a paid locker, sort it yourself, when I enquired at reception desk how much it cost, told go down and see on machine. It is not that hard to tell someone the price for 1 hour or 6 hours. I discovered Fields shopping center information desk will store no time constraint for the price of 1hour of Cabinn Metro and staff very pleasant. The entrance to bathroom area is a step up on account probably of shower area. There is a metal strip that is sharp underneath which I cut my toe, this should be sealed better, also after shower need to dry floor in case use of toilet required could slip. A kettle is provided however only one paper cup for 4 nights, I understand sustainability but that's too far. I had to request a towel for showering only a hand towel provided. When I requested at reception Iwas asked would I be back later to collect. There is a metro/train stop 500 metres which is very convenient for city centre. Metro is best for tripping around. The train for airport. Wouldn't stay here again

Sooo hot. Every second hotel door was left open over night, because it was too hot so people slept with open doors! The bathroom feels like the Danish ferry, you shower over the toilet. You use the water for the sink also for the shower. Cheap for Copenhagen.. beds are oki, just too hot. Had the window open but could only be opened a little bit. The worst was still the smell in the corridors, pot? Or? Many drunk people .. will not stay again as long as there is an alternative 🤗
