Had everything I needed and more. Felt more like a hotel with all the amenities like pool and fitness center. Even has a theatre and game room that I didn't get to check out. Need a bike for the day? They even have that for rent. I didn't get to take advantage of all the offerings though since I was only there for two nights. They also have events, happy hours etc to try to bring people together. Great vibe in common areas, which there were lots of. Only thing that I found a little irritating was having to pay extra to use the kitchen. Not a lot of money but wasn't worth it for me just to keep an item or two cold in the fridge. Would stay here again if returning to Copenhagen.

Steel House offered various amenities which were nice. There was a game room, movie theater, bar, pool, etc. The rooms left a little to be desired. You did receive a bath towel included with your stay, no hand towel. The main issue was when you went to take a shower the automatic light in the bathroom would turn off and you would have to open the shower doors to wave your hand to make the light turn on (every 2-3 minutes) which was obnoxious and really inconvenient. Also the lockers for your stuff didn’t lock properly so even if you had a lock on it, someone could still turn it and get in.

Fantastisk fleksible og serviceminded medarbeidere; Kunne sjekke inn før tid. Fik ekstra gratis ekspresso til min kaffe tynne latte. Kunne trene i gymmen etter sjekk ut. Kunne oppholde seg på stedet etter sjekk ut. Der var en del medarbeidere som talte dansk- bra! Det var for mange i poolen mtp str. Foreslår at steelhouse deler opp tidene for booking så det tilbys mulighet for å booke for ENTEN familiesvømming ELLER mosjons svømming. Litt for høy musikk i kafeen (men den skaper også stemning). Det veldig slitte og hullete teppet ved Chesterfield sofaen burde kastes/byttes ut.

Sehr günstige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Ideal für Reisegruppen und anonyme Alleinreisende. Wenn man persönlich am Counter einchecken möchte wird man an einen der Check in Computer verwiesen. Am Abend werden eine Happy Hour und gemeinsame Aktivitäten angeboten. Sämtliche Zusatzleistungen wie Pool, Gym oder Küchennutzung kosten extra. Dessen sollte man sich vorab bewusst sein.

We loved staying at the Steel House! We booked a private room for four people. It was small, but had what we needed. The bar downstairs is lots of fun to hang out at, and the kitchen facility is great! We also loved renting bikes for the day from the hostel - pretty good price too. Great area and easy to get to popular sites in the city as transit is nearby. We didn't pay for any of the amenities other than bikes and kitchen, but there is a pool, gym, etc. that you can pay to use. Great vibes overall!

Jeg elsker det her sted. Kommer her reglmæssigt. Det sædeste personale som hjælper med alt hvad der kan hjælpes med. Jeg vil altid anbefale det her sted til alle. Uanset om man rejser solo eller som familie, så er steel house bare et sted hvor alle kan føle sig til. Alle er smilende. Fsciliteter er der nok af. Og masser sf arrangementer i løbet af dagen. Muligjed for tøjvask. 20 kr for vask og 20 kr for tørretumbler. Poom som er pæn og ren, og til en overkommenlig pris på 25 lkr pr time. Baren har gode priser. Fine og rene værelser. Elsker det her sted og jeg kommer så tot jeg lige er i kbh.

Best parts - really great price, modern facilities, central location, comfortable bed. The room was small but idk how you can complain about that for the price Worst parts - super super dusty walls and shower, room was absolutely freezing to sleep even with the thermostat turned up to full Not perfect, but would 100% stay again for the great price and location

Værelset var beskidt, badeværelset var beskidt, der var ikke rent sengetøj på. Vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på problemerne og da vi kom tilbage 5 timer senere havde de skiftet et håndklæde men det var stadig det samme brugte sengetøj med hår på både puder og dyner

We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and a balcony. Balcony and the window to the balcony were covered with spider webs, so unable to open the window. I even saw a few spiders in the room, which I did not like at all. The room was too tiny to open the luggage. I liked the location of the hotel - It was close to a train station, so it was easy to access to the tourist attractions.

This is a hostel, not a hotel. We stayed on the top floor in an en suite corner room with bunkbeds for 4. Very clean. Large bathroom. Otherwise very small room. There were 3 small uncovered but lovely balconies filled with flowers and other flora off of our room which was an unexpected bonus. Only the top floor has these balconies. Great views from the balconies and great areas in good weather. Perfect for a one or two night layover when weather is good. Would want something much larger for a longer stay or a stay in inclement weather.

Our family of 4 stayed in a 6 bed dorm with private ensuite for 3 nights. The hostel itself has a great vibe and excellent communal facilities. Nice lounges to relax in. Wifi is great in common areas however dropped out at lot in our room on the 5th floor. Hostel is in an excellent location. The room was a bit tight on storage and hanging space and no floor mat was provided for when stepping out of the shower. Overall an affordable place for a family to stay whilst visiting Copenhagen.

The beds were super comfy and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The 6 room dorms were quite narrow for us all and the toilet and shower rooms didn't lock very well and didn't feel very private. But other than that a perfect stay for a weekend away!

I brought 2 teenagers here. It was glorious, from the hip stop and atmosphere, digital vagabond friendliness all the way to the private room with personal spots. Some things to know: There is luggage storage in the basement, and it's not unreasonble. Community kitchen so you can cook your own food. Awesome lobby/ seating to bring down your choice of digital median and enjoy free wifi. Wifi ìn room was pretty bad, but we enjoyed being out in the building more. If you can get a lakeview... do it. Grocery store 1 block away and the entire place is extremely walkable. Cristian was very helpful.

I stayed 3 days. All the amenities were great. Room was bigger than I thought. Locker in the room could store my very big luggage. Bed was cozy. Bathroom in the room had a see-through door. Wifi almost never worked in the room, so I just went to the lobby to use wifi. Walkable distance (in fact very close) to train, bus, metro stations. It was great overall compared to what I paid

The hostel has a nice atmosphere, but the staff is very rude. Also, you’re paying only for the room which is extremely small, nothing else! You don’t even have the right to leave your luggage in the hostel to walk on the city, you should pay for it. You will pay only for the room, the rest it’s extra, extra and extra. I felt that I was treated like someone who’s asking for a favour.

A buzzing, modern hostel, with an efficient, helpful staff, and good facilities, serving a wide range of guests. Ideally situated for the city centre attractions and transport links, but in a quiet area next to one of the lakes. A number of fun activities offered for those without their own plans. My bunk was ok, but my own bed is more comfy!! I did ask for my bedding not to be changed on the standard 4th day (ie after 3 nights), as I happened to be present when it was about to be done - I only had 1 more night and prefer to save some unnecessary washing! I would definitely stay again if in Copenhagen.

I checked in near midnight due to a delayed flight. Upon arrival check in could have been easier. I checked in online to try and save time. It seemed like a waste of time. When you walk in there’s screens that say check in. So I tried to. There were two members of staff at the desk directly opposite. I approached them for help. It turns out you need to get a code from them and then check in yourself on the screens. Seems completely pointless. When I got to my room, I put my belongings in the locker, to find it was broken. I was on the 6th floor. I went back to reception and a member of staff offered to help. I went back up to the room to wait. I thought I’ll sit on the bed for 5 mins to relax. When I found a messy bed. Someone must have took it upon themselves to use it. Not the hotels fault but extremely frustrating on my part. I went back to reception again to inform them. They changed me to another room. I finally got to another room on the 4th floor. It was half the size of the first room. It was tiny. I finally got some rest. I had high expectations for this hotel. It looked the part. But I didn’t have a great experience. When I went to have a shower in the morning there was no soap. All the staff were helpful when approached. But I wouldn’t stay again. I wouldn’t discourage people from staying there. I was probably just unlucky.

Stayed in a double room which was clean & functional and with lots of useful features like plentiful plug/usb sockets. Sound insulation was excellent- couldn’t hear neighbours. Room would have been a squeeze for two, but that was reflected in the price. Nice friendly communal areas which included a bar with reasonably priced wine & sandwiches
