We arrived at 1am after a delayed flight and were greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was spacious, comfortable and a nice view over the docks. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. My son found the gym a bit disappointing as he was expecting something bigger with more equipment. Otherwise the hotel was everything we wanted.

A very new and modern hotel. Next to a major mall and also within easy walking distance of the major transport hub. Two of the best water walks start next to the hotel. There is also a natural water pool next to the hotel if yku feel brave.

Super Lage...mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Eine Shopping Mall inkl. Foodmeile mit Gerichten aus aller Welt, unendlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem Kino befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel und dennoch bekommt man vom Trubel im Hotel nichts mit. Direkt am Wasser gelegen, wird man morgens mit einer tollen Aussicht und der Sonne geweckt (Zimmer zum Wasser ist zu empfehlen). Der angrenzende öffentliche Freipool, der Fitnessraum und der hoteleigene Fahrradverleih laden förmlich zur körperlichen Ertüchtigung ein. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt auch man ganz entspannt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. zur kleinen Meerjungfrau in ca. 30 Min.). Das Frühstück bietet für alle was und der Blick aufs Wasser tut sein übriges. Vom Ein- bis zum Auschecken war alles super entspannt, unkompliziert und so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und auch unser Zimmer bot alles, was wir benötigten. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Fint hotel med god service. Fitnesscenter burde åbne tidligere end kl 07, hvis travle folk skal nå både at træne og spise morgenmad inden dagens program. Løsningen med pulverkaffe og kedel er lidt snoldet for et 4,5 stjerner hotel. Gør det bedre.

Rent rum. Bra storlek på rummet. Väldigt bra plats med metro nära, en stor mall och restauranger. Bra fönster isolering, inga ljud. Servicen var väldigt bra, personalen försöker göra sitt bösta för att man ska vara nöjd. Frukosten hade ett okej utbud, lite dyrt tycker jag men jag tog bara 1 dag så det var klokt med tanke på att det finns massor runtomkring. Fint utsikt och bra arbetsytor. Stort plus med sauna i gymmet.

Dejligt hotel, dog meget hårde senge. Parkering er ikke særlig oplyst. Vi brugte 1 time på at finde parkering, men fik så besked på at man kunne parkere i kælderen, hvis andet var optaget, man skulle så ringe til receptionen 🤔😏. Bedre oplysning og skilte, tak.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Bademöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel Die Radvermietung optimal um Kopenhagen zu erkunden. Bahnhof (fast) in Gehweite, U-Bahnstation in der Nähe. Frühstück umfangreich und gut, leider war bei uns immer sehr großer Antrang.

Very nice hotel in a decent location, only a few minutes walk from a metro station and major train station, as well as a major shopping centre. Nice and quiet area too, only downside was that I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned up, but otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay

Rengøringen var dårlig. Vi fandt et par sokker efterladt på gulvet da vi tjekkede ind og bad om rengøring i løbet af ugen der så kun blev udført delvist. Gulvtæppe blev støvsuget, men badeværelses var stadig beskidt og der var ikke tømt skrald og fyld toiletpapir op. Ret meget støj fra håndværkerbiler der parkerede lige uden for vores vindue tidligt hver morgen. Vi boede på værelse 1014.

Bonito y bien ubicado. Pésimo el tema de arreglo de habitación, solicitado a las 8 am llegamos a las 4 y sucio. Nos quejamos y nos tocó salirnos a las 4 cansados, al reemplazar las cosas no dotan nuevamente, por lo tanto no hay nuevo café ni azúcar, como si solo fuera para una noche. Es bonito, no tanto como se ve en las fotos y tiene mucho que corregir para que se justifique su precio.

While the hotel was modern and the rooms spacious, the service we received was terrible and the rooms not soundproof enough. Room cleaning is “on request” Although everytime i requested no one came to clean and we were left with dirty hotel room for the majority of the stay. I had to seek out cleaners for fresh towels and toilet paper (embarrassing) Not only this, but on our arrival the hotel staff attempted to upsell us to a bigger room, we were happy with what we purchased so didn’t feel it necessary. However, unfortunately the room next to us had someone who snored incredibly loud, you could hear it in our room and it made sleeping incredibly hard. I ended up going to the hotel desk at around 2am one of the morning asking to be move to another room, even if it was a smaller one, I was told no rooms available and just fobbed off, no follow up, nothing. Funny considering not even 24 hours ago they were trying to sell me a bigger room. So I was Just left in a room where sleep was impossible for the duration of my stay! With no cleaning attempted at all.

This was quite a basic hotel and overall I’m not sure I’d return but the price was right and location was pretty good but it’s not hugely central Pros: -Balcony room overlooked the water -Close to Metro and walking to Meatpacking district Cons: -Rooms could be cleaner, particularly the fridge was mouldy at the back and the bath tiles were black -Shower is over the bath -Walls and floors are paper thin so you hear everyone in the corridor walking or wheeling cases. If we hadn’t been on the top floor I’m sure we’d have heard the room above too -Hotel bar wasn’t accommodating unless you sat a formal table, couldn’t have a casual drink and it was very empty -Balcony is very very small just enough for two chairs

Jag tycker inte om att det är hår på madrassen (den under bäddmadrass). Jag fick byta rum och fick ett finare rum med hamnutsikt, men under bäddmadrassen var det hår här också. Rummen i övrigt var fina och rena och jag var helt nöjd med allt annat.

Fairly new hotel in a redeveloped harbour area. 5 minutes walk to Metro so easy access from airport and city centre. Shopping centre with food court opposite hotel. Facilities of hotel ok. Room cleaning on request for eco reasons. Room we had was shower in bath not cubicle.

Det som drog ner betyget var att rummet låg mot gatan där def var mycket störande trafikbuller. Vi fick möjlighet att uppgradera men bara upplysning om att det då var vackrare utsikt, inget information om mycket störande trafikbuller på rummen utmed gatan.

Havde booket et Superior Dobbeltværelse og blev opgraderet uden beregning til et executive værelse (Superior med altan). Formentlig fordi vi fik nogle Silver medlem fordele. Værelsets seng var lidt lille. Når man er vandt til en 180 cm seng, så virker en 160 cm seng utrolig lille. Der var lidt summen fra klimaanlægget, men man kan slukke det helt, i modsætning til andre hoteller, hvor man må leve med den summen der er. Der er karbad, men samtidig er det umuligt for en med gangbesvær at komme i bad, fordi man skal op i badekaret for at komme under bruseren. Lidt kedeligt badeforhold, men badeværelset generelt, var helt på højde med andre hoteller i prisklassen. Værelset bød på utrolig flot udsigt over Københavns kanal og den lokale badeanstalt. I aften-/nattetimerne er der super flot lys over Bryggen. Virkelig god morgenmad som er alle pengene værd og personalet var super søde i morgenmadsområdet. Lidt sløve kaffemaskiner, men ellers alt ok. Parkering til ca. 220,00 pr. døgn på en offentlig vej foran hotellet. Fair af København-forhold. Ca. 300 meter til Metro-station, 100 meter til street food område i Fisketorvet (shopping center), gå-afstand til Tivoli og Strøget. Egentlig svært at være utilfreds med noget.

Procédure de self check-in intéressante, fait gagner pas mal de temps. Chambre avec 3 petits lits un peu petite mais pour le prix c'est tres bien. Le méga gros plus, la proximité immédiate d'un food court très sympa, c'est vraiment pratique. Métro et s-train à 5 mn à pied. Buffet du petit déjeuner très agréable. I paid extra to have a view of the harbour but we got a room on the bottom floor so we spent the entire stay with our curtains drawn to avoid having everyone that passed by se straight in to our room. The staff missed to tell us alot of information. And the hotel is built with cardboard boxes. The walls are paperthin and you can hear everything in the corridor and everything your neighbour does. Half the room was warm and the other half ice cold. And the beds are small (80 cm) wide. The only positive thing was the location (next to ”fisketorvet” shopping mall) and a okay breakfast but its expensive. Other then that, not worth the money!

Great trip but the hotel has changed a lot over especially last year. Before, what I loved was the kind staff and interest in always meeting my needs and be flexible. Now, it all seems very strict and inflexible. An example is, that late check-out always was an option if I had an urgent last-minute meeting that I wanted to take from the room. Now, when asking the answer was, that I had to pay 100 kr. per hour even though the hotel was not fully booked. This is just one of more examples during a two night stay. I was highly impressed by the staff, who were wonderful during checkin, breakfast, and storing our suitcases. The friendly and accommodating treatment elevated the entire experience. At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. We absolutely loved the walk from the hotel to the city center as it took as along the water from modern architecture to the old city center.

While the hotel was modern and the rooms spacious, the service we received was terrible and the rooms not soundproof enough. Room cleaning is “on request” Although everytime i requested no one came to clean and we were left with dirty hotel room for the majority of the stay. I had to seek out cleaners for fresh towels and toilet paper (embarrassing) Not only this, but on our arrival the hotel staff attempted to upsell us to a bigger room, we were happy with what we purchased so didn’t feel it necessary. However, unfortunately the room next to us had someone who snored incredibly loud, you could hear it in our room and it made sleeping incredibly hard. I ended up going to the hotel desk at around 2am one of the morning asking to be move to another room, even if it was a smaller one, I was told no rooms available and just fobbed off, no follow up, nothing. Funny considering not even 24 hours ago they were trying to sell me a bigger room. So I was Just left in a room where sleep was impossible for the duration of my stay! With no cleaning attempted at all.

A very new and modern hotel. Next to a major mall and also within easy walking distance of the major transport hub. Two of the best water walks start next to the hotel. There is also a natural water pool next to the hotel if yku feel brave.

Hotel central to major attractions. If I return I will rebook to this hotel. For me, hotel and staff were the best!

This hotel is most appropriate for business travelers on expense accounts who will be conducting meetings nearby. For a tourist on a vacation, the area lacks walkable food options other than the stores in the large mall next door. All the sights we wanted to see were a minimum of 20 minutes away by walking or metro. I would recommend staying some place more central.

Could be improved: Flies on the breakfast is unforgivable! Beds a little too firm, but each will have different preferences! Aspects that we liked. Location: 20mins away from city center and train station, which for us was perfect as we like a walk. Its easy to navigate and always felt safe. Water front, and right next door to the Mall, cinema, restaurants and a Lidls. Very happy. Room: great size. Fridge, hair dryer, big bathroom etc. (TV did not work, but we weren't there to watch TV so a minor point. Staff: super friendly.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of bread cheese meats and pastries. Unfortunately the hot food was only tepid but everyone was still ticking in so probably just a matter of taste. Would definitely stay again

Stayed here four nights and whilst I accept the weather was unseasonably hot, when you book a hotel room with air conditioning for that purpose, then you would expect to be comfortable and not sat with the windows fully open in the middle of the night trying desperately to get some form of relief. The breakfast room was so hot on our first morning, that we didn't stop to eat and never went back. It was such a shame, as I think we could have had a great stay, but sadly not the case.
