Classy place with a great bar!

Excellent hotel in convenient location in Christianshavn. We were provided connecting rooms as requested, which were comfortable and appointed to a high standard. The breakfast is great and the gym very good. Would definitely come back for visits to CPH.

Centralt beliggende, godt hotel med god betjening og god morgenmad. Lidt sløjt træningslokale for et hotel at den standard og prisklasse. Gode parkeringsforhold, meget snæver nedkørsel. Kommer gerne igen.

I stayed at this hotel twice, most recently for 6 nights in total. The rooftop restaurant & bar has a beautiful view, which is a big plus, but the service felt less than friendly. Also, be aware that there’s a surprising 25% tax added to both food and drinks—it adds up quickly. The portion was quite small, so you'd need to order several dishes. That said, the rooftop is still convenient after a long day when you just want something nearby to eat. The front desk staff were professional during check-in, though nothing particularly stood out. We didn't have their breakfast buffet so, I can’t really comment on the breakfast buffet food & service, but I did grab a coffee and a small croissant to go, and the price (14 euros) was frankly unreasonable. I made a right decision not to eat there since the cappuccino and the tiny croissant to go were pretty disappointing. During my second stay, I had an issue with the room temperature. The thermostat didn’t seem to work and despite setting it to the warmest option (you can only increase or decrease by 3 degrees), the system kept blowing cold air in the evenings, which made the room quite uncomfortable. Overall, the location and rooftop view are strong points, and the room is quiet and comfortable.

Clean room and friendly staff

Found a clump of hair on my bath towel on the second day.

Stayed for 3 nights and my bed cover was not changed..l. Room was cleaned . Staff upon arrival was very helpful and nice. The concierge, amazing! The staff upon checkout was a bit rude, he blamed me for not complaining right away about the sheets.. he could have chosen his words better. I informed him so it won’t happen to other travelers… but overall I like staying in NH hotels. They have cater to travelers like me. I might not staying in this particular NH hotel again when I’m in Copenhagen.

Housekeeping done worst!

Good, was excited...expecting great. Okay as far as the room goes. Comfortable bed extra clean...just plain Jane in terms of decor and shower stall could have been better cleaned saw hair on the walls that a good spray down could have gotten off. Eeew who wants to see someone else's hair while showering in a 4 star hotel? About 5 minutes from train station. Service was excellent and carried my luggage to my room, front desk said it was her favorite room so now I think all NH hotels are basic. However, I will try again in another country just to see. Dinner was excellent fish & chips in a tuxedo. Nice wine choices and just fabulous service, at dinner which is what sealed the deal fur a return. Tea pot was dirty which turned my expense water into a cloudy mess...maybe milk but who knows I was too scared to drink it. Overall, good experience will return. Thank you for good hospitality.

In general room is in good condition, spacious and well equipped with amenities. Service is good Only thing to be mindful of is that some of the areas are not cleaned properly. There are dust on water kettle, some glasses and corners of bathroom and main room

We had some lovely days at the NH Copenhagen. The room was cozy, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The windows block out all outside noise, and the temperature can be easily adjusted with the air conditioning and it actually works. The walk into the city takes about 10 minutes. We had a small issue with room cleaning on one day and with the final invoice, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful, so everything was quickly resolved. All in all, we would happily come back to NH when visiting Copenhagen again.

Fantastic hotel in a good location for exploring Copenhagen. The buffet breakfast is incredible, covering everyone’s tastes. It looks like it has recently been decorated. The rooms were spotless and the bed really comfy. Loved it.

We have stayed here a few times, this time was unfortunately the worst experience. Check in took a long time, not smooth. The pet friendly room had no pet amenities and when we asked about a dog bowl, we received a glass you essentially can fit an egg in. The “smart” room service system didin’t work and it was not possible to call room service. They told us the system was broken. The worst part though was that the minibar had half eaten chocolates and already opened beverages. That is just nasty.

Great location. Our only complaint was room was too hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work despite complaining to reception. We enjoyed the restaurant and roof top bar

Absolutely stunning and functional. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. Location is nice. Walkable to many major landmarks of Copenhagen. Weber we come back next time we will be definitely staying there again

The property and staff are very nice and met our expectations. The room was very cold and the heating was unpredictable. I would not ask for this room again.

Great, modern and quiet hotel with a great breakfast in a good location with a wonderful rooftop bar. Rooms are bright and spacious but lack true blackout curtains, so sunlight at 4 am is an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, everything’s was great and we would absolutely stay again.

The hotel has very bad sound proofing. The bed shakes every time your neighbors close their doors, and the sound travels from rooms upstairs. If they are at all moving about, you’re not getting any sleep. Everything else was fine.

NH Hotel in Copenhagen, which is positioned as a five-star property, but their "eco-friendly" centralized air conditioning system—controlled by reception rather than in the room—left something to be desired. It seems the green approach limits guests to adjusting the temperature by just a degree or two, which resulted in a uncomfortably warm night for us when the AC wasn't performing well. We mentioned it at reception the next morning, and the staff member seemed dismissive at first, saying no other rooms were available. After I noted that surely some guests would be checking out soon, they were able to find us a cooler room on a lower floor. If I'd wanted a warmer experience, I'd have chosen a sauna instead. Europe's push toward "green" practices is great, but it felt a bit like an excuse for reduced comfort in a five-star hotel.

We had a fantastic 3-night break in Copenhagen and found the NH Hotel to be an excellent choice. The location was perfect, being so central and conveniently located within a few minutes' walk of the Christianshavn metro station. Copenhagen Central is a 30-minute walk. Our room on the 6th floor was very clean and offered a great view. I must also mention that the shower was probably the best we've ever experienced! We appreciated the fresh towels and dressing gowns provided daily. Furthermore, the staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout our visit. We will certainly recommend NH Copenhagen to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in central Copenhagen. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺

Super quite room.

Room was very nice. Bed wasn’t most comfortable but it was okay. Shower was excellent

Everything was conveniently located, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A big shout-out to Ugo, who was excellent from the start, even before our arrival through email, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. He answered all our questions and provided helpful, honest recommendations(Gulcan was also great, though we didn’t have the chance to meet her.) Our room had a view of the river, which was particularly amazing on New Year’s Eve when it was too cold to be outside, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the comfort of our warm room. We did experience a minor issue with one of the staff at the bar, but Yeray handled the situation promptly, ensuring that the incident didn’t affect our stay. Thanks to him for that. Feedback: * It would be helpful if staff provided a brief orientation upon arrival. * The bathrooms could benefit from a vent system. * It would be nice if coupons weren’t restricted to the bar only. For example, we once asked room service for a Coke along with other items, but were told the coupon could only be used at the bar. Overall, it was a good stay!

My third time staying here and the service and hotel were excellent as always. Incredible service, clean and spacious rooms and an excellent location. The breakfast alone is worth the stay!

I had a great experience at this hotel! The front desk team was extremely kind and hospitable, making my stay very pleasant. I was warmly welcomed and truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for its excellent service quality.

Amazing hotel, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was lovely and the staff extremely friendly. I had put a note on the booking that we were travelling to celebrate my husbands birthday and this got mentioned both at check in and check out. There was a lovely note left in the room wishing him happy birthday along with. Complimentary bottle of cava. Thankyou to all at NH collection. We will be returning!

Before we’d even arrived we had spoken with a few of the Concierge & Guest Relations staff there (particularly Ugo & Abel) and they were so lovely. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and quiet with a nice view and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Gladys at the front desk for the super smooth check-in process, local recommendations, and for making us feel truly welcome!

This time, they missed a perfect rating by a small margin. I have visited Copenhagen four times and stayed at NH Collection on three occasions. The hotel’s facilities are impeccable: excellent room, outstanding shower, attentive service, and a very good breakfast. However, during this stay, they fell short in terms of courtesy. We arrived on my husband’s birthday. There was no acknowledgment at check-in when we presented our passports, no card in the room, and no small gesture such as chocolates. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel and had informed them in advance through the app about the occasion, yet there was no recognition. I fully understand that such gestures are not mandatory. Still, as frequent travelers, this was the first time a five-star hotel did not acknowledge a special occasion in any way. On the morning of check-out, we arrived for breakfast at 9:10 am. Shortly afterward, staff began offering ginger shots to nearby tables but did not come to ours. The tray was emptied and the staff member left. When I asked another staff member, I was told I would need to wait until the next round, which would be at 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we left without receiving one. I am unsure whether the lack of courtesy was related to the reservation not being made directly through the hotel. However, during my last two direct bookings with NH, in Barcelona and Vienna, I was charged twice for the stays, which is why I no longer book through their website.

First of all, I would like to mention Julian, Ellis and the manager from Ecuador (the 3 of them bent over backwards to be helpful). The rooftop is also nice. Our stay was not enjoyable, it was not possible to get help from the hotel to order meals in the evening after 9pm, the options for room service were very limited (all processed food). The worst part was that one day of our stay the room was not cleaned, we were out the whole day and by 10 pm when we came back the room had not been made, needless to say I was annoyed and frustrated so I came down to the front desk and the night shift manager seemed angry at my complaint and suggested to cancel my booking and said I could go stay elsewhere (it was midnight by then) , this made us furious as it was not an option, especially after having paid $550 a night. I had sent emails well ahead of my stay to avoid unpleasant situations as the ones I mentioned but clearly those emails and requests were not taken into account seriously nor proffessionaly. Awful stay.

Perfect location in a modern hotel. Easily got to from the airport using the metro.

Excellent location within walking distant to everywhere

Perfect location for our 4-day stay in Copenhagen. A short walk to the Metro station ave us access to the entire city. The Metro is super easy - get the app - there are no turnstiles or pass checking. Metro staff checked passes 3X during our stay. Super easy access to the airport.

A great location (very easy to get to from the airport by Metro) for everything Copenhagen has to offer. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is clean, modern and safe.
