Super lækkert hotel lidt udenfor Bellagio med fremragende udsigt udover Como søen. Hotellet har en rigtig god restaurant. Dejlig morgenmad med frugt m.v. Hotellet har en shuttle service ned til Bellagio, hvilket vi havde stor glæde af. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Awesome view! Great room and excellent breakfast. However no service at front desk. We had to wait 45 minutes for doing the check out because the staff person was gone (she is also the driver for shuttles to go in town). There are no elevator. Other than that everything was perfect. Just for the view it worths it! We will come back!

Staff were very welcoming. Easy and convenient shuttle service into town. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that made for magnificent views above the town. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The small restaurant onsite was very nice; good food and drink and friendly staff. We will definitely return here.

In the mountain for AMAZING VIEWS of Lake Como & surrounding towns . 5 minutes by car and for a very convenient fee (much cheaper than Taxi) they offer a shuttle to/from the hotel to Bellagio &Ferry Carlo and Viola ARE THE BEST We SUPPOSED to arrive to Bellagio at 7 pm & the hotel shuttle will take us to the hotel After many problems with the bus we arrive to Bellagio at 9:45 Carlo WAS THERE AT BELLAGIO BUS STOP WAITING for us at 9:45 He drove to the hotel where restaurant was closed so he prepared for us Paninis Carlo (Manager/Owner) made us forget our bus problems with his big smile & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Next morning we had a great breakfast @ the hotel terrace with amazing views. At check out Viola told us trains Varenna-Milano was not running because a problem on the tracks She call tourism office & ferry to find alternative ways to get to Milano She printed 6 pages w/routes & times for buses & ferries to get to Milano With all the trouble to get to Bellagio by bus and from Bellagio to Milan I was so distress that I left $500 euros in the room After we checked out We took the hotel shuttle to downtown 1 hour later Viola called me to tell me that the CLEANING LADY found $500 euros on my room! WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL? We loved this place!! The views are INCREDIBLE, the staff are very kind and accommodating, and the free shuttle service is so convenient! The on site parking made it easy for us to leave our car there during the day. I would absolutely come back again for another stay!

Great property, friendly and helpful staff with an outstanding terrace that give breathtaking views of the surroundings. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the center of Bellagio which really save one with regards to parking in Bellagio city center. Great stay and experience and would return for sure.

Loved this place!! Very friendly staff, new suite had incredible views!!! The hotel offers shuttle service from the center of town all day. The view from the lake can’t be beaten, as gorgeous as can go! Very nice retreat from the crowds and noise of the town. Would definitely stay here again

Sitting high on a hill overlooking Bellagio, the hotel offer the most breathtaking veiws of Lake Como. The main hotel rooms are very nice, comfortable, but do not a/c if that is a must for you. We found the cool nights and ceiling fan did just fine. They do offer a limited number of suites that are brand new and gorgeous. Spend the extra if you can. The restaurant, serves moderately priced delicious dishes and staff is very attentive. A complimentary breakfast buffet is also excellent. They run a shuttle every hour to the Bellagio waterfront so access is very easy. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful! This is a hotel that is on my must go back to list!

Lovely rwo night stay at this hotel just outside Bellagio. Our room was very clean and had a fabulous balcony overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast was very good and dinner nice too. Staff was very friendly. Handy shuttle service to an from town.

This property is well taken care of and has an amazing view. We had originally had booked three family suites but their set up had changed since we booked. They gave us 4 rooms that had just been finished. They were amazing with panoramic views!

I stayed at Il Perlo Panorama in Lake Como for 2 nights, and it was a disappointing experience. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably hot and hard to sleep in. I was also charged €100 for a late checkout, which felt excessive. I had mistakenly thought checkout was at 12 PM, and when I asked to extend it to 12:30 PM, they said no — fair enough. But €100 for being an hour late when check-in isn’t until 3 PM seems unreasonable. The location is very inconvenient — far from the main part of Bellagio and up a steep hill. The last shuttle leaves at 9:40 PM, and taxis are nearly impossible to find after that. While one staff member was helpful, another was rude during checkout. I also noticed cockroaches in the hotel, possibly due to renovations. Overall, the view isn’t worth the inconvenience, lack of comfort, and poor service.

We had an incredible stay – this hotel delivered a continuous wow factor from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, the room was stunning, and the food was delicious. We were thrilled to discover that the suite we had booked had recently been refurbished – it was absolutely exquisite. The hotel was immaculate throughout, with beautifully maintained grounds and an overall sense of care and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. They had asked for feedback on the room, and the couple of minor suggestions we shared were addressed during our stay – a real mark of great service. The restaurant food was a highlight. We did experience a couple of small miscommunications, one with the shuttle transfer (a funky VW ID Buzz!) and another with a massage booking, but these were minor and didn’t take away from the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone – it was as close to perfect as it gets.

The staying at Il Perlo Panorama was extremely poor. We ordered a family room (two adults and one child). We were then provided with a basement apartment in the nearby annex building. This apartment had a strong smell (perfume-like). It appeared that this was implemented to provide a better smell in the room. In order to rectify this, we had to change all the bed linen to get rid of the strong smell After further investigation of the room, the following was observed; - a very humid atmosphere in the rooms - several places with mold - clear signs of wear and tear - too small space in one of the bathrooms - poor comfort in the beds - Water spreading out of the shower and out in the bath room The hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel. The other areas/rooms of the hotel might with justify the 3 star rating. But the basement appartment in which we stayed, was clearly below the 3 star rating. On the positive side, the following can be mentioned; - The staff tried to accomodate us in the best possible way, but it was not possible to change rooms because the other rooms were occupied - The on site manager offered us to get a refund for the second night. The refund was later provided to my bank account Please also see the attached pictures

A equipe foi super gentil! Mas o primeiro quarto que ficamos, não era muito confortável. Estava com um perfume forte de produto de limpeza, a cortina não cobria toda a janela, não havia cabeceira na cama, não tinha apoio de pia no banheiro... Descobrimos depois que reclamos, que o hotel tinha acabado de reabrir, e de fato nem todos os quartos estavam prontos com todos os ítens... E infelizmente o nosso era um desses... Mas depois, gentilmente nos deram um upgrade, e mudamos para uma nova ala do hotel, onde o quarto era extremamente completo e confortável. Tinha uma vista maravilhosa! Realmente incrível!! A única parte ruim, é que não conseguimos apagar as luzes de segurança que ficavam no chão, para quando precisássemos ir ao banheiro ou algo assim, e dessa forma, o quarto continuou iluminado a noite... Que pena! Mas voltaríamos a esse hotel, e ficaríamos nessa nova ala. Pois os quartos são ótimos, e a vista sensacional! O café da manhã também é ótimo!! Uma ótima opção!!!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. It has one of the, if not the best view of Lago di Como of all hotels. I never get tired of sitting on their terrace, soaking in the scenic lake beauty with Alps in the background, with a glass of delicious Italian wine in your hand. I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the stunning views across Lake Como and the friendliness of the staff are noteworthy. Additionally, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine, although it is quite expensive. However, there were significant downsides. Our room described as a “superior triple room” emitted a strong drain odor and was very basic, reminiscent of 1-star accommodation. The bathroom was not only unattractive with its dated and shabby decor but also our room in general desperately needed maintenance and redecoration. The WiFi was also quite patchy and barely sufficient for streaming. We were situated in a room outside the main house, beneath the terrace, which makes me wonder if the rooms in the main house might be in better condition. We reported the unpleasant smell to the staff, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered. It's simply unacceptable to accommodate guests in a room that smells of drains.

The best hotel for fantastic panoramic lake views, friendly staff and welcome drink on arrival. Parking on site. Breakfast average. The patio area is very relaxing with incredible views. Hotel shuttle takes you to and from Bellagio in around 10 minutes which is very convenient as finding somewhere to park in Bellagio is difficult. Only downside was there being no iron in the room and the bathroom was dated and looking tired. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and a great place to stay in Bellagio. Thank you.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the lakefront, which is a great way to visit the old town without using a car. Departure and return times need to be arranged at the reception. The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. What a view from our room. We booked a superior Lake Room. The room was very clean and had a comfy bed. The free shuttle service they offer to and from Bellagio town centre was very helpful. Staff very friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend this hotel.

The view from our Superior Lake View room was spectacular. However, the room itself was extremely underwhelming, very tiny, old, and badly in need of refurbishment. Looked like it had not been touched in 30 years. The bathroom walls and floor were coated in an ugly grey liquid plastic that was supposed to look like concrete and the shower, also coated in the same, only had a half-glass partition and its floor was level with the bathroom floor. The shower had a wooden window that could open but the frame was starting to rot. If we hadn't pre-paid for 3 nights we would have left after the first night.

Sitting high on a hill overlooking Bellagio, the hotel offer the most breathtaking veiws of Lake Como. The main hotel rooms are very nice, comfortable, but do not a/c if that is a must for you. We found the cool nights and ceiling fan did just fine. They do offer a limited number of suites that are brand new and gorgeous. Spend the extra if you can. The restaurant, serves moderately priced delicious dishes and staff is very attentive. A complimentary breakfast buffet is also excellent. They run a shuttle every hour to the Bellagio waterfront so access is very easy. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful! This is a hotel that is on my must go back to list!

Our stay was great until we had to check out. Throughout our stay we had encountered wonderful staff members until we met the manager. We confirmed the night before we would have a shuttle at 8am for our bus and train already booked and we were guaranteed it. We show up to check out at 7:50AM to arrive early. We waited until around 8:20 to ask a server if anyone was going to help us and they informed us the person would not be showing up due to an emergency which we completely understand. The manager then strolls in at 9AM, at this point we already missed our bus and we told him we needed a ride to the train station due to their error of missing the bus he says okay and has his driver drive us 5 minutes away when the train station was 1 hour away. We say no this is wrong. We try to call the manager and he hangs up on us multiple times and started forwarding our calls to voicemail. He told the driver to leave us there and we told the driver we wanted to go back to the hotel to speak to him in person because we have now missed our train as well. When we arrive, the manager was hostile, aggressive, screaming, slamming the desk and taking no responsibility. We have lost money at this point due to missing both transportation to Milan. He kept saying “what do you want me to do” and when I told him what we needed he said “impossible”. He then offered us 10 euros… I couldn’t believe he was screaming at us the way he was when this was the hotels error. Unprofessional. Horrible.

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio!!! The rooms are spacious and clean with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. HUGE shout-out to the wonderful staff, especially Madi, who made my birthday unforgettable!!! Madi took the best care of us, offering shuttle rides outside of normal hours, accommodating all of our needs and requests, and offering a warm smiling welcome each time we returned. This was our honeymoon stay after getting married in Tuscany the week before. We had read glowing reviews of this hotel and sadly were bitterly disappointed. The two good points - staff and food. Staff - all wonderfully polite and unfortunately apologetic. Food - breakfast same every day but okay. Dinner very nice. The rest - awful. We stayed in room 1 - a tiny box room with tiny bed and not enough room to open cases. The room that evening was boiling hot - we had to sleep with the window and door open. There are huge pipes running in the walls and floor causing an abnormal temperature of the room. When we informed reception the next morning, they told us to see how we go the next night. I refused as having awful sleep ruined our day, so they moved us and explained that they’d blocked the room until an engineer could fix it at the weekend. Then the second room shower

This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future.

Il Perlo Panorama is a unique place. The view when you walk out onto the veranda is simply breathtaking - it has Panorama in it's name for a reason. This was the second time of staying here and the service was even better than the first time (in 2022). We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and it was magical. Great food, great wine (it is Italy), and that view! Breakfast was very good and a great selection including for those who have special requirements. The staff were great and the addition of transport down to the centre of Bellagio was an extra bonus.

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio!!! The rooms are spacious and clean with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and courteous. They really went out of their way to assist you with everything you needed. Transportation was a plus. The food was pretty good as well. The highlight was definitely the amazing views. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Bellagio dans cet hôtel et notre chambre merveilleusement situés. Nous pensons par contre que le dîner n'est pas à la hauteur du prix facturé ( petites portions, vin au verre excessif, des plats préparés à l'avance et réchauffés) Le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to go here

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. It has one of the, if not the best view of Lago di Como of all hotels. I never get tired of sitting on their terrace, soaking in the scenic lake beauty with Alps in the background, with a glass of delicious Italian wine in your hand. The hotel is currently being updated, but all of the rooms are charming and comfortable. They have a very good restaurant on site where they serve the morning breakfast. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you happy.

As someone who stays in a lot of hotels Il Perlo over delivered on expectations. The view from the terrace (and from our room) was possibly the most spectacular I’ve ever seen. Everyone was fantastic but Kelvin stood out by creating a cocktail just for us based on a few ingredients that we like. Overall one of the best stays, and can’t wait to come back.

Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como.
