The place was old and beat down, prior to arriving I had called to ask if the pool was open. Once arrived the pool was closed, had to leave a CASH downpayment deposit only, and the condition of the unit horrible and beat down. Broken chairs, non working electric outlets, lights, tv and control broken. It was a nightmare.

place was ok not bad for a nights sleep - the towels in the room were very dirty - they were washed but in desperate need of replacing they were stained and had an old odor. the bed linens and floor was clean no complaints, good water pressure nice hot water, call working girls in the parking lot at night and the pool was closed without warning it was super hot a dip was needed - air conditioner worked fine - I wouldn't stay here again only because I need clean towels and it shows that the hotel owners are too cheap to replace huge miss.

There was no hot water, even after running the faucet for 10 or 15 minutes. I reported this to the staff, and waited a couple of hours but there was still no hot water. I was planning to stay another night, but had to check out and find a hotel where I could take a shower.

No hot water, dirty floors, bed sheet burned with cigarette holes, noisy people hanging around in the middle of the night outside on the walkway, Air conditioner made bad odor, room reaked of excessive air freshener. I will be charging back on my credit card.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here for eight nights. When I arrived the room was clean and hot - not surprising with temperatures in the 100s earlier that day. The AC unit managed to cool the room after about 45 minutes with a loudness moderate for those in-wall units. The fridge and microwave were clean and functional. What surprised me was the many channels of the TV available. I did not go through them all but those I did try worked great. Water pressure in the shower and sink were good. Overall a nice clean, quiet enough for good sleep, and safe place to stay for myself (an older man) second thoughts if I had my wife on this trip - Parking lot well lit at night with strong LED lights. many security cameras also. I would definitely stay here again. Easy freeway access, with in-out burger and movie theater near buy.

I checked into this hotel at 3:30pm. The room was very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned recently. The counter tops and dressers had not been wiped off, the floor was not swept. I wish I could post pics. The remote was so gross, and looked as if it used by a toddler eating cheetos. The toilet seat was dirty on the top and bottom. The complimentary soap was in an open package and wet. Despite all that, I left my luggage and went out to eat. When i came back however there was about 7 or 8 roaches running across the floor. The biggest one was as big as my thumb!! I immediately grabbed my stuff and checked out. I cant speak for all the rooms, but mine was disgusting.

The smell of cigarettes covered the room. The floor had dust and dirt but then we found cockroaches. Dead and alive. The manager was rude and charged me a $40 cash deposit which was never mentioned in the description. When i checked out the same night after being in the room for an hour he tried to keep my deposit. Once i told him that it dis not make sense he threw the money at me and told me to get out. On top of that there were tons of people who looked very sketchy hanging out all over the place. They were yelling and smoking right outside of the room. Will never book a stay at a studio 6. I would rather sleep in my car. Worst experience ever!!!

the first room we were assigned was crawling with roaches everywhere even in the fridge and microwave. The second room wasn’t as bad but smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room chipped paint everywhere, leaky toilet, dirty sheets. Don’t recommend staying here.

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel. It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue. Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell. All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care. Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. Stay away from this place.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this hotel since the beginning. I knew I was arriving later then check in time so I called a head that we were in our way but running late we still needed our rooms. The person who answer said it was fine and no problem. When we arrived the guy who was there told us our reservation was cancel and had no rooms. The changed his mind and said he had 1 room. I needed 3 non smoking rooms with two beds. He went again to change his mind that he had 3 room single bed in the smoking area. Well end up taking them since it was late and we were tired. Once we got our rooms blankets/ sheets were stained. Bathrooms were dirty. The refrigerator was old falling apart and rusted. Also in the morning it was leaking water. No breakfast or coffee at least since it advertise “free breakfast”. At no point the person that worked there never apologize for the inconvenience nor offered any changes. Very unfortunate, unsatisfactory, uncomfortable. I can say I won’t be coming back here. Ever!

First, the good. The motel has been recently remodeled. The motel is owned by an Indian couple. When I was checking in, she wanted a $40 cash deposit. I told her I wasn't going to do that because I knew I wouldn't get it back and offered a credit card. She refused to accept it, but her husband agreed to waive the deposit. What I later realized is that this place is used for prostitution. I saw 2 streetwalkers on the corner, one of which was almost naked with her big black butt clearly visible. I would avoid this area. Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel in a better part of town.

Room smelt like moldy plastic, walls had puffy paint from water damage, dead bugs on chairs & cockroaches in the shower. When we called the front because of the loud stomping upstairs, they did nothing. People outside the rooms smoking.

Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell. All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care. Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. Stay away from this place.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this hotel since the beginning. I knew I was arriving later then check in time so I called a head that we were in our way but running late we still needed our rooms. The person who answer said it was fine and no problem. When we arrived the guy who was there told us our reservation was cancel and had no rooms. The changed his mind and said he had 1 room. I needed 3 non smoking rooms with two beds. He went again to change his mind that he had 3 room single bed in the smoking area. Well end up taking them since it was late and we were tired. Once we got our rooms blankets/ sheets were stained. Bathrooms were dirty. The refrigerator was old falling apart and rusted. Also in the morning it was leaking water. No breakfast or coffee at least since it advertise “free breakfast”. At no point the person that worked there never apologize for the inconvenience nor offered any changes. Very unfortunate, unsatisfactory, uncomfortable. I can say I won’t be coming back here. Ever!

First, the good. The motel has been recently remodeled. The motel is owned by an Indian couple. When I was checking in, she wanted a $40 cash deposit. I told her I wasn't going to do that because I knew I wouldn't get it back and offered a credit card. She refused to accept it, but her husband agreed to waive the deposit. What I later realized is that this place is used for prostitution. I saw 2 streetwalkers on the corner, one of which was almost naked with her big black butt clearly visible. I would avoid this area. Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel in a better part of town.

The two ladies were really rude upon checking me in. Then they said if I didn’t give them a $40 cash deposit, they wouldn’t give me my room. They stereotyped me big time cuz of my tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also! The room had roaches inside.

The smell of cigarettes covered the room. The floor had dust and dirt but then we found cockroaches. Dead and alive. The manager was rude and charged me a $40 cash deposit which was never mentioned in the description. When i checked out the same night after being in the room for an hour he tried to keep my deposit. Once i told him that it dis not make sense he threw the money at me and told me to get out. On top of that there were tons of people who looked very sketchy hanging out all over the place. They were yelling and smoking right outside of the room. Will never book a stay at a studio 6. I would rather sleep in my car. Worst experience ever!!!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. Yes, it’s very affordable but please spend the additional $50 and stay elsewhere. This property was full of junkies roaming outside the rooms and parking lot. “Non Smoking” room had heavy smell of smoke. Sheets had multiple burn holes. Walls dirty and stained. Super creepy, dirty, smelly and unsafe. I had to leave, was not able to stay, asked for a refund - staff tried to give me a hard time but after remaining firm and pointing out all the issues, got my money back.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here for eight nights. When I arrived the room was clean and hot - not surprising with temperatures in the 100s earlier that day. The AC unit managed to cool the room after about 45 minutes with a loudness moderate for those in-wall units. The fridge and microwave were clean and functional. What surprised me was the many channels of the TV available. I did not go through them all but those I did try worked great. Water pressure in the shower and sink were good. Overall a nice clean, quiet enough for good sleep, and safe place to stay for myself (an older man) second thoughts if I had my wife on this trip - Parking lot well lit at night with strong LED lights. many security cameras also. I would definitely stay here again. Easy freeway access, with in-out burger and movie theater near buy.

Do not stay here. They asked for a $40 cash deposit even though site doesnt mention it. Then it went missing at check out. Also, all the other bad reviews were right. The property didn't correct the roach issues, the stained towels (even the 2nd set from housekeeping), barely hot water or shower pressure. I booked a non-smoking room, but whoever stayed last must have smoked in it. Staff should have aired it out by keeping AC on afterwards. Also, the bed topping had cigarette burns. At least the sheets over it didn't. Crumbs on floor still, too. When I told front desk, I was offered a discount, but when I agreed, he changed it to "well you have to check out and I'll give a refund." I continued to stay because most other hotels in the area were now very expensive due to an event in town. Regarding my missing cash deposit: at check out, person said there was no deposit and showed me an empty envelope. I told her she was mistaken and asked if she could check the system or call someone. She said she was only a family member covering so won't do any of that. She told me to wait until 6pm to speak with the night person. It was 11am so that would be ridiculous to wait so long. I then asked for a manager's or owner's number. She give me a card that said "Sam Patel" but the # was just the front desk's phone. She then started to yell at me and called the police because I "accused her of stealing" I left to not waste anymore time. I called Studio 6 corporate but idk what they'll do

Sink was clogged, requested a NON- SMOKING ROOM and got room #207 upstairs corner and it has a tiny window with a large window that is covered with paper because the storage is combined with room.... the sink is clogged, they dont have rug towels for the floor - I slipped coming out of shower, THE white towels ARE NOT WHITE THEY'RE GREY WITH STAINS, the room smelled horrible like cigarettes, i walked from shower to bed ad my feet were BLACK from how dirty the floor is- Unfortunately because I checked in late, I couldn't leave to look for another motel elsewhere.
