It is mixed of positives and negatives: + located in the city center + nice and helpful staff + good breakfast buffet + animal friendly And downside - no refrigerator, kettle or coffee machine in the room! - old building - dim light - no air ventilation! Instead should open window! - windows quite dirty from outside! - black and pink mold between tiles in the shower!

We had an overall pleasant stay, and the breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable selection. However, there were a few details that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. For example, lactose-free milk was not readily available at breakfast, so we had to ask the staff for it each time. It would be more convenient if it were available together with the other milk options. The entrance area of our room could also have been cleaner, and the room lighting was quite dim with no option to adjust the brightness. The hairdryer only had a warm setting, without a cool-air option. We also would have appreciated having bottled water available to purchase at the bar or conveniently available in the room. The staff were helpful when we asked, but having these basic things readily available would make the overall experience more convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are several small areas where the hotel could improve and provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

Room and breakfast were good. You have to pay for on-site parking, but can park for free on the streets nearby which is a little strange. The on-site parking has only two electric car charging plugs which is not enough (both were occupied when I arrived) and they are very slow. Would recommend that the hotel upgrades the charging facilities.
