We stayed 5 days and the location, service, room,, breakfast, and overall experience was great! No complaints. The owner even came out to take care of a guest who was bleeding due to a stubbed toe. I totally recommend this hotel!

Wonderful spa and exceptional staff I had a fantastic stay at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. The spa was one of the highlights—clean, peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Lisbon. The facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to completely unwind. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience feel welcoming from beginning to end. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing spa experience in Lisbon.

On first appearances the hotel was clean and tidy downstairs. As we discovered the rooms were a little shabby (but not chic) • Toilet seat requires securing • Bidet seat requires securing • Toilet door catch damaged and sticking • Ceiling above the shower very dirty • Both sink plug wastes require unblocking, cleaning, and disinfecting • Bath plug waste requires unblocking, cleaning, disinfecting, and the plug mechanism adjusting so water can drain properly These issues contributed to a persistent sewage smell in the room whenever the air conditioning was turned off. We were therefore forced to run the air conditioning continuously, which is not something we would normally choose to do. I’ve contacted the hotel, asking for some compensation. They eventually replied, with an offer of, if we stayed again we would be looked after! I believe we should have been looked after from the start. We won’t be staying at this hotel again. Hopefully this will alert others to what they may find. I would rate this hotel nearer a 2 star hotel than a 4 star.
