Was a wonderful location in Cascais with wonderful amenities. We had a beautiful balcony view from the top floor overlooking the harbor. The pool is open throughout the day and the beaches were wonderful. Hope to make it back and stay there again. Breakfast was also part parcel of this day and was spectacular out on the outside deck.

Great location right across from the beach, great view from the balcony during the day at the boats and water and even at night when the area picks up, walkable to everywhere in Cascais and easy to get a Bolt to take us in to Lisbon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke very good English and the rest really tried. I didn’t love that 2 of the 4 afternoons the rooftop pool and bar were closed for private events. It was my birthday while we were there and the staff left a bottle of sparkling wine and 2 pieces of cake as a birthday surprise!

Beautiful views, amazing breakfast, nice rooftop with a bar and a small pool. Service was excellent, parking was easy and safe. Everything was excellent. Only “cons”: the elevators are extremely slow, old and small, the A/C is very old and it’s tough to reach the remote high up on the wall, and that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so it got very hot and fogged up the whole room. Again, just small details but great stay otherwise Very close to soooo many restaurants and shops

Beautiful location over looking the marina. Convenient and walkable to many shops, restaurants, bars and the train center. Rooftop pool area had bar and food service that was enjoyable, especially after a long day out.

The property is well kept and you can’t get a more central location. There is plenty to do and see. The marina views at sunrise were stunning. Breakfast was great! Rooftop patio / bar also great! The elevators are a bit of an adventure as they are pretty small, but it was workable. We liked this part, but it’s worth considering: Be advised that this hotel is in an entertainment district. There is a lot of activity until about midnight. We enjoyed it and had the balcony open letting the ambiance in. If you want complete peace and quiet keep this bit in mind. Recommend this property, we had a fantastic three days.

Hotel right on seafront with own underground car park. Rooms are fine, not huge but more than enough. would recommend sea view as right on seafront. Restaurant decent and fair value. Breakfast area can be a bit busy but with a bit of patience a table will come free. Free water in room a bonus and is a fridge to put cold stuff. Staff spot on. Very decent 3 star hotel, have stayed in worse better rated hotels.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Baia with a balcony room overlooking the beach. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with great selection. Our room was very clean and quiet. The rooftop pool area is lovely. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return.

Breakfast was very good and the room was simple but very nice. It was quiet and clean and very comfortable. Location was good just across street from the beach and walking distance to train station and restaurants. Price is a little high but it has a pool with chairs and a bar.

Great hotel. The rooms and public areas were very clean. It was at a perfect location to explore all of the main sights of Cascais. Loved people watching from the balcony overlooking the beach. The breakfast each morning was very filling and a great variety. Eggs, pastries, cereals, breads, fruit and more.

Quick stay, hotel location is fantastic, but hotel itself could use better maintenance, bathroom was dated and dirty shower enclosure with mold on floor and shower. No blankets or bed throws.

Needs improvement Overall the communal areas , reception bar etc were very nice and well kept. I was not very impressed with the hallway on floor 1, there were many stains on the floor carpet and an odd smell. The room was very clean but very hot considering it was February and there was no way of turning the air con on. We had to sleep with the door open and because of the position of the hotel it’s quite noisy. They need to do something about the mattresses as the bed was overly hard/firm too and was not comfortable. Bathroom needs addressing as there is black mood behind the sink mirror. Rooftop bar not open, assuming as it was out of season but was abit disappointing. All the staff members we encountered were nice ,especially reception. Would we consider staying again? maybe because of the location and price but would probably upgrade the room. The view from the balcony is great

Had a great stay at Hotel Baia. Check in was efficient, kicked out with an early check in. Parking underground, please note it’s open to the public as well. Everything was very clean and tidy. Great rooftop with beach views. Walk to endless options to eat as shop. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time. Location is wonderful, incredible view. Staff was excellent all around. Food was… well, we had much better at restaurants right around the corner. We had a balcony ocean view room. The rooms are TINY. Very little in closet or storage. We stacked our 2 suitcases. Bathroom… the shower was like a skating rink. No grip or traction. No towel hooks. No soap dish. No washcloths. Overall, beautiful hotel, staff was great… just be aware of rooms! We’d go back just for the view.

Beautiful location. View from oceanfront room is spectacular! The room needed a few touch ups from wear and tear (the air conditioner unit wasn’t fully attached to the wall— simple fix). But overall staff were very friendly, accommodating, communicated well, and friendly.

The staff are excellent and very helpful and the breakfast is good. We were upgraded to a sea view room on arrival which actually turned out to be a bad thing. The doors/windows at the front of the hotel are not sound proofed. On the first night there was a festival right outsider the hotel until 12.30 and on the second night there was a busker and people drinking in the local bars until the early hours. There was not much sound difference between having the patio doors open or closed. I would not recomend the rooms at the front of the hotel if you are traveling with children and want a good nights sleep.

We loved our stay at Hotel Baía. We had a seaview room with balcony - the views were stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch everything going on in the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The only minor fault is that the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear a lot of talking, coughing and bathroom noise from next door. Aside from that I couldn’t fault Hotel Baía. Highly recommended.

We have a wonderful time at Hotel Baia . The location is excellent .Suggest staying in a room w sea view as the sunrise is absolutely beautiful . It’s easy to walk around the area and you will have many chances of taking beautiful pic The rooms are very basic but given the room price .. I think it is worth we paid it came w nice breakfast too 😀

This property is at a great location. Right on the ocean front with plenty of shopping and dining in the area. The hotel itself was OK. The room wasn't anything special. No amenities, just soap. No minibar. The mattress is very hard. The breakfast was OK. Nothing special. The staff was nice and helpful. It was great having a room that faced the ocean but there's a lot of noise on the beach and on the street at night.

I know all hotels care about their bottom line, but they could hide it better. After my flight was delayed for 24 hours, I asked to be refunded for the night I didn’t stay (giving 24 hours notice and having insurance). They said no because it’s non- refundable. Ok, that’s fine. But, they were rude about it and didn’t even give a small gesture as a welcome drink or complimentary breakfast for the ordeal their guest went through.Most 4 star hotels show more empathy and customer service than they did. Also, their lunch and dinner food is not good. No real pool either and rooms are Ok. Better options available for the same price range.

This property is in a great location to town. It would have been appreciated if they had posted the annual music festival right at their front door for the full 4 days we were there. There was no sleeping til 1:00 am any night. You need to enjoy the music til the wee hours or go crazy! And it was good music- we just didn’t know that’s what we were buying into. The lobby areas were nice. Good buffet breakfast. Very dated and uncomfortable rooms. No extra amenities in the room like iron, shampoo, shower cap etc. one soap should do it all, they say! Not really 3 star room or service. Service on the terrace was poor. Front desk was a little put out if you needed something, but there was generally one good service rep. In each area. I would stay in Cascias again but not sure if I would chose Hotel Baia.

Centrally located, beautiful hotel. However, do not stay on the first floor. It is right above the kitchen and you can hear everything. We were woken up very early by the moving of chairs and tables. The property is nice, but definitely get a ocean view. Nice amenities, great staff.

This hotel was central to the marina and the beach area. Actually across the street from the water in beach. A extremely convenient with what looked like maybe 50 restaurants within a two minute walk. Staff was great. The buffet breakfast was also a plus with a very nice selection. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Ett underbart hotell i bästa läge. Sköna sängar och ett mörkt rum. Trevligt bemötande av personalen då de såg till att uppfylla våra önskningar om ett tyst rum. Lätt att parkera, då det fanns garage under hotellet. Hade dock lite problem med den automatiska in och utpassagen Hyfsad frukost, hade dock önskat bättre kaffe än ”blasket” i automaten. Då även med juicen i ett land där apelsinerna växer så det flödar. Även fler ostar som allternativ pålägg samt gärna någon grönsak till
