Check in was smooth, room wasn't in good shape. Sheets were in poor condition, swimming pool was not functional (pool was the reason that we chose this place). Ice machine on 2nd floor was not working, ice machine on 3rd floor was dirty and dispensing dirty ice. Front desk was in need of a helper for breakfast, as she was trying to keep the breakfast area supplied and clean and keeping the guests checked out too. Despite her efforts, neither was done very well.

1st and 2nd floor ice machines didn’t work. Had to go to 3rd floor. No towels in the room. No answer at front desk. Had to go downstairs to get them.

Had an amazing stay here since it’s extremely convenient for us. We loved our stay here Their pool not open, yet. However will be opening soon in July - is what they had told us at the reception desk.

I was told there's a pool. The pool doesn't work. The man at the counter was nice enough but very hard to understand. I made the reservation for myself and husband. We're just about to get into bed and the counter guy knocks at the door wanting to see my husband's ID saying he didn't have a reservation after already seeing our ID and getting us all checked in. Then my husband had to get dressed go back out to the lobby and talk on the phone to the counter guys boss and explain he's my husband. We both have the same last name so I'm really not sure what the issue was. Not the best place but the bed seems comfy.

Casino Inn has suffered a loss of business, so you might have the place to yourself. The Casino Inn offers a decent breakfast, but the pool wasn't open in mid June 2025. Staff is very attentive and hard-working.

Looked like the place was abandoned. Grass was really high outside. I had to change rooms as soon as I got there because TV was busted. The next room TV kept cutting off because of breaker. The sink was slow draining, and toilet would not flush properly. Oh, and the elevator was stuck. The front desk guy had to go in a room and hit some button to get it going again.

This property is a mess. The pool is covered and not been serviced. The green spaces have not been mowed in months. The ice machine is broken and the temporary 5hey have is so small it would fit in suitcase. There was a note the entire time we were there that the desk worker was gone for 5 minutes and would be right back. WAS never there anytime of day or night. Breakfast was a joke. The same five slices of bread were there the entire time and hard as a brick. the bananas were old and turning black. The cereal was stale. The bagels were old and hard. There was orange juice and milk in a pitcher and about 1 egg scrambled in a hot plate with no protein. The owner could hardly speak English. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Use to be a ok place to stay my bath tub was stopped up told front desk no one ever showed up to fix it. Had to shower in my family members room. Elevator kept breaking down so had to take the stairs. Had lots of family staying there everyone agreed we won't be back. Oh and the pool was out of order.

It was filthy. Bedsheets had cigarette holes and stains. No toiletries. Advertised having breakfast and there was none. Whole place reeked of cigarettes. Bathrooms were not clean either.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. There was mold in the bathroom. There was mold in the hallway, several roaches alive, and dead, no towels for the bathroom and when I reported it to management, he laughed about it.

Room had bedbugs.

We ended up not staying. Our floor smelled like weed, we found bugs in our room and there was mold all over the place in our bathroom in the shower/bath area, the furniture was very dirty. My friend who was staying in another room also had similar issues and did not stay and took pictures and will be posting a review with photos of bugs and mold. We were on the 3rd floor.

There was hair in the floor of the bathroom. The room smelled very musty. The sheets had spots on them. Overall, it just was not clean.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned! We had to wait in line to get a second room that did not have a working refrigerator. We waited in line again for a third room. This room had an outlet out in the bathroom. I had to dry my hair and make coffee by the bed. No working light or outlet next to mirror in the main room. Ac/heat system was not fit together properly, but did work. We also saw a roach in the bathroom!! We were unable to get a discount!!! We did not even eat any of their breakfast!! I do NOT recommend!!

The photos looked real nice but it isn’t or didn’t look like that and it had roaches crawled on person while sleeping

Oh my God ! I booked for 2 days and that was a mistake. This will be a long detailed review because I don't want anyone thinking the pictures shows what they should expect. Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 check in. No one was at the desk for check in. Another gentleman was there as well and said he had been waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up. Well after 20 minutes of calling the number left on the sign to call someone showed up. The lady spoke very little English. Ok so we get checked in and get to the room and I was fine until I went in the bathroom. There was a roach crawling in the sink. I yelled to my husband he said he had already killed 2 crawling on the nightstand. The room didn't have any coffee but had a coffee maker in the room. The 3rd floor reeks of marijuana smells. So Friday morning I went down for breakfast. What a joke. 7:30 am and there was a few scrambled eggs in a pan, room temp orange juice, milk in a jug sitting in a bowl on top of ice packs. They had cereal in dispensers but umm the crawling roaches was a turn off. There were a few pieces of fruit sitting. No coffee just nothing. I left and went to the waffle House and ate breakfast then moved around some before returning to the room. Got back to the motel and the elevator didn't work. The worker went behind the elevator and did something and it started working again. Get to my room and my key cards had been disabled. Both mine and my husband's room keys didn't work. Now we booked for 2 days.

They looked like they did a few upgrades to make it look ok but the fixtures were rusted, some did not work, the in room coffee pot did not work, shower was hot but the sink did not drain well. The breakfast was not good.

Our room had not had a good thorough clean in ages. The dust and grime on the nightstand, lamps, alarm clock, and power strip was ridiculous. The TV was outdated and the remote did not even work. The full length dressing mirror was broken. The closet door was missing. The toilet lever would stick when you flushed the commode and you would have to pull the lever back up afterwards. The shower head was on an adjustable pole and when you would adjust it to a higher level for me and my husband ( because I am 5’10” and he is 6 ft tall) it wouldn’t tighten and would just slide all the way back down . In addition to the shower head problem, the water took forever to drain out of the tub. Once you finished your shower it took over an hour for the water to drain out. Also, there was a very pungent smell of marihuana coming through the vent system at times. This smell was very strong in the hallway when we left our room to go get dinner and go downstairs the next morning to get breakfast. Upon checking out, I told the lady at the front desk that there was a very strong smell of “weed” in the hallway. Her response was “I can believe it. You were in the economy room.” So I guess since I’m a professional with a room discount, I get the worst accommodations.

Ok except for mild musky odor throughout the building, needs some restoration, the WIFI was very weak, lost the signal several times, finally gave up on it.

Air conditioning did not work. They moved us to another room and it still did not work. We left in the middle of our stay. Will not go there again.

Check in time is 3 pm but when we arrived around 3:30 pm, no rooms were available and we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. The room was ok-ish. There were cobwebs in most of the corners. No battery in the smoke detector and the bathroom floor was nasty in the corners. The heat/ac was either hot or cold, couldn't seem to regulate the temperature. The cable to the TV was damaged so TV reception was spotty at best. We reported all of this to the front desk. The breakfast was very minimal. There wasn't much of an offering.

Room they tried to put me in had no air conditioning and when I asked for refund to go elsewhere the manager refused to give it to me.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options each morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

After letting the manager I would be making a complaint due to his inability to even try and sympathize with my concerns of it being dirty and un-kept, the threatened to call the police and told me to leave the property. Before I even have the chance the maintenance and manager are busting in the room with my wife in there alone talking about they need to check the problem. The manager tried running away then closed distance feigning aggression told me I could go outside and take care of it and when I find myself to my car he’s no where to be found but seemingly behind the desk “calling the cops”

Didn’t seem like many people were staying there. Only 3 cars in parking lot.Front attendant was always asleep with unacceptable music playing on phone. Breakfast was cereal and decaf coffee . Every morning they stated they were out of regular coffe by 7 am

Good clean room. No issues at all for a 1 night stay. Close enough to the casinos and much cheaper than staying at the casinos.

Ok.....so everyone staying here is staying cause its half the price of every hotel around, with that in mind it was fine....definitely need repairs, breakfast didnt exist.....get what you pay for, no surprises

Pool was unusable, nothing but green algae. "Full breakfast" was not so full. Only thing more than a continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy yet the site shows that plus eggs and sausage and bacon, which was one of the big reasons I chose this place. Complete misrepresentation of this property. Would not recommend.

Some of the rooms were not up to part. Holes in the walls. Some of the rooms didn't have air conditioning. The breakfast is only dry cereal when they advertise hot breakfast
