Best hotel experience we’ve had in years. Exceptional in terms of cleanness, friendliness of staff, and room layout. Breakfast was far better than what is often expected with “complimentary” breakfasts. We will be looking for this line of hotel again.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good and had plenty of options. Room was clean for the most part, a couple spots on sheets but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out. A lot of the outlets in room didn’t work. Breakfast is from 6-9. We went down at 815 and I asked the lady for some milk for cereal. She went in back and said they were out. The only milk they had was silk oat milk that was sitting out unchilled.. there were cases of supplies like toilet paper and Kleenex sitting in lobby both days we were there. On day 2 when I went downstairs and asked for clean towels they told me no. They said I had to go back to my room and bring the dirty towels down to get new towels. I explained that I am recovering from a recent surgery can they have someone come up to my room to exchange the towels and they said no, making me go back up and down again. I have never been to a hotel that was less accommodating. The treatment at the hotel actually ruined my family’s first vacation in years. I will never plan a stay with this hotel chain again.
