We rented this home the end of May 2026 so we could visit family in the area and attend a family event.The home was clean and just as expected. We were a little unsure of the bedrooms arrangement, but it worked out well.The main floor has a bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms (Queen and full) with a jack and Jill bath on the end next to the garage and opposite of kitchen. The upstairs has the master bedroom/bath. Outside of the master bedroom is a loft with a full size bed and a curtain divider. It would have been better if the divider had been a little more private (than the curtain), but it was still workable.Pool and patio area were great. It was in the 80’s during our stay and we enjoyed having the pool area to cool off and relax. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Check in was a breeze - by far the easiest check in experience we have ever had.Great kitchen and well stocked with dishes/pots/pans etc. The garage was nice even though we didn’t really use it. A tree branch had fallen near fire pit, making it unusable, but it wasn’t an issue because it was too warm for a fire. My favorite part of home was the balcony off the master bath that overlooked the neighborhood lake/pond (on other side of the street).Owner communication was great - clear and reasonable expectations, as well as responsive to questions.I would recommend this home and would definitely consider it again.

The house is a premium house in a premium neighborhood. Beautiful and as advertised. The decor has style and flair. Very very nice.

Great stay, very comfortable spaces and fantastic pool area. great neighborhood to have a morning walk and then have morning coffee from the upstairs balcony that gives you a lovely view of the lake.Thank you for this beautiful home..our family made some great memories in it!

Large home was great for our group of 7 - one thing to note - one of the bedrooms is a loft area with a curtain (not an actual room). Lots of areas for us to spread out. Nice neighborhood.

The house was wonderful and very spacious - it made the perfect location for a group stay. The layout allows for both group gathering space and private time as well. The pool/spa was clean. There was outdoor grilling available but the weather didn't cooperate with us to take advantage. Our host was very friendly and responsive throughout. We would definitely stay here again.
