The property was very nice. We stayed in a king suite and it had a full kitchen. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a couple of items that could have been better. There needs to be more shelves in the bathroom and shower. There was no where to put my toiletries. I like to have some of my stuff out while on vacation. Next, although there was a full kitchen there were no dishes not even cups for water, that was a disappointment. The breakfast was a plus every morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A/C kept making rattling and shsking noises. Informed it to the lobby staff and didnt showed any kind of interes in finding a solution or providing options. Besides, The air conditioner would turn off once it reached a certain temperature, then turn back on later, disrupting our sleep.

Enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn . The only downside was that the front of the building was usually busy. Breakfast was decent, and the building was nice and clean.

For the most part, it was a good stay. We only stayed two nights, and the bed was comfortable, as was the bathroom. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that some random guy knocked at the door at 3am, and I don't know anyone from the Bronx except a cousin that I hardly see or speak to. He claimed to have texted me which I know was a lie. I demanded that he get away from my door,, and by the grace of God, he did. He could've been drunk or just mistaken. Whatever it was, I think at a certain time of the night there should be more security to keep residents safe.
