Re-vamped hyatt regency so big room, newly decorated. Breakfast eggs were good, didn’t taste like usual powder eggs. Loved the fire pit, shuffleboard table, and pool table!

The place was wonderful. Everything new and very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. Not a standard breakfast. The suite room was very nice. Outdoor firepit area and outdoor seating was nice. Complimentary laundry (we didn’t use it). Even came with blackout shades and a sound spa to help a person sleep. Loved it!

Website and Expedia claim they have a bar and restaurant but they do not. The highway noise is unbearable, could not sleep at all. Checked out early the first morning and they gave me a receipt showing refund for two nights but never got a refund on my card and they ignore my emails. Expedia says they can't do anything either. Going to contact my card company. Book elsewhere.

Beautiful decor. Amenities were great. Laundry on site and included was a nice perk. The breakfast was very tasty and had some delicious hot food. The desk attendant was wonderful and had great advice for the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were within walking distance to a few places to eat, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty good. We were on the side of the building closest to the freeway, and it was fairly noisy at night. However, the only real complaint was the cleanliness of the floor. Everything else seemed to be clean, but the floor had not been cleaned in weeks I’m sure. There were spider webs, dead bugs, crumbs, hair, and plastic all along the walls and under the counters/tables.

Positives - Hotel smelled so clean. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Real scrambled eggs, seasoned well. Waffle station. Bacon or sausage, biscuit & gravy, oatmeal, pastries, breads (bagel/toast) fresh fruit, potatoes, orange juice, and milk (almond too) oh, and cereal options too. Black out pull-down blind was so nice. Sound machine on side table. Real box of Kleenex. Sitting area was nice and comfortable. Negatives - Room next to highway, so some noise if your on that side of building. Bathroom very close to bed, which I didn’t like. Also, sink is outside of bathroom, so if u get up at night and wash your hands, you’ll disturb others.

The room I stayed in had several spots of dog urine that showed up under black light. The room had a smell of dog urine. I brought up to desk the issue and was told my room was not an approved room for animals to stay in. I showed under black light all of the urine stains & spots and staff said wow. I was told had I not booked through Expedia they could have gave me a credit. (Insert eye roll). No water pressure in shower. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. Get ready for a $100 extra charge upon arrival for supposed incidentals that you have to provide a card for. Furniture in room had weird stains also.

The beds were comfortable, close to some fast food restaurants walking distance. The bathroom wasnt cleaned throughly had hair on walls, the sink area also had hair and mirror had stains. our sheets had what to appear be blood stains. Staff however was very welcoming. They have an awesome family room with pool table, corn hole and fire pit.

We were traveling from Nebraska down to San Antonio for our son's graduation from the Air Force and needed a spot to stay half way on our drive, this hotel was perfect for us. The property was nice and clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good, with hot items that looked home made. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

The room was great! We stayed 4 days. I didn’t like that they don’t clean the rooms daily. Only every 3rd day. We paid for the most expensive room they had. I would have at least liked the trash removed and the beds made.

Nicely kept hotel. The immediate area around the hotel is rather unattractive, but they’ve put in effort into the interior of the hotel. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and kind staff. The room itself needed a more detailed clean as it was dusty and crumbs were left from previous tenants. We only stayed on night during the week, but the room was quiet and comfortable for my family of 3.

Hotel itself is really nice. Staff is nice. Side door wouldnt allow entrance with keycard and our queen size bed was definitely a full size bed. Don't play me, Winslow.

We stayed here during a road trip and it was rated high in the app but when staying there was very curious as to why it was rated so high. There was someone’s hair still in the tub/on the wall, bathroom door didn’t close unless you slammed it, fridge was broken, no ice bucket, bedding on the pull out couch was dirty, main door closed & locked but you could see a huge gap all around the door letting light & noise and in my opinion not safe, and the WiFi should be completely free when you’re staying at such a nice & not cheap hotel but you could only connect 2 devices & when I tried to pay $4.99 to connect up to 6 it kept saying I had connected the max and wouldn’t go through. Free breakfast had no apple juice for kids or really anything for picky eaters. For how much I paid I was very dissatisfied. Lastly upon checking out they charged me for incidentals($120) again versus refunding it. You’re also right under a freeway bridge and you can hear the traffic through the windows whose curtains didn’t cover the entirety of. Don’t stay here.

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. I wanted a place that had space, but under $200. I liked the reviews that mentioned the black-out curtains, and sound machine. The room was clean. It didn’t feel cheap. I could the road traffic, but it sounded like distant noise vs how close it was. The breakfast selection was great. Clean, floral scent in the hotel and lobby. I’m happy we stayed here vs closer to the main street close by due to *special smoke smells* the stunk for two blocks.

The bed was very comfortable. Only problem I had was the bathrrom is small and has an akward layout.

Excellent service. Front desk check in was efficient and polite. Management checked in with us to see how everything was going. The woman who prepared the breakfast area was so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend this hotel. A 10/10!!!

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Everything was up to par plus some! I stay in a lot of hotels and this one's by far my favorite!! I would recommend to all of my friends and family and I will absolutely stay again! P.s. The management team is GREAT!! Super nice, very helpful, and absolutely amazing!! Hey y’all, We needed a hotel near the National Cowboy Museum and this one was only 3 1/2 miles away. I am glad we selected it. It was a pleasant experience from check-in to breakfast to staff interaction. We happened to be in the elevator with someone on staff and he told us if we had any problems with the room, he would help us. If I have any areas of concern, it would be that the traffic on the nearby highway can be noisy and the orange juice at breakfast was not very good. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

The hotel iis great!!! Kind of an odd spot and hard to find. The area leading into hotel seemed a little sketchy. The hotel is very nice and new feeling. I will say that. The staff was great! My bed was very comfortable and slept great for my one night stop over n a drive to Austin, TX

Positives - Hotel smelled so clean. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Real scrambled eggs, seasoned well. Waffle station. Bacon or sausage, biscuit & gravy, oatmeal, pastries, breads (bagel/toast) fresh fruit, potatoes, orange juice, and milk (almond too) oh, and cereal options too. Black out pull-down blind was so nice. Sound machine on side table. Real box of Kleenex. Sitting area was nice and comfortable. Negatives - Room next to highway, so some noise if your on that side of building. Bathroom very close to bed, which I didn’t like. Also, sink is outside of bathroom, so if u get up at night and wash your hands, you’ll disturb others.

Very clean with a friendly staff. The breakfast was great. It was the best free breakfast I have had. Scrambled eggs, link sausage that was not greasy (not that fake sausage ) fried potato’s, biscuits and gravy and home made salsa that was very good. Highly recommend. It is somewhat hidden and not an attractive area. Area is safe but just not pretty. Depends on what you are looking for.

This was a nice hotel that was pet friendly. The bar/lounge was out of more than one type of food I tried to order, but the woman running the lounge was helpful in figuring out something else I wanted. This was a one night stop on a longer trip and it was a good place to stay after a very long drive.

The room and the hotel itself were great! Very comfortable, very clean. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. They had run out of potatoes with 45 minutes left for breakfast. The overall food was very bland as well.

Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee. She offered great ideas for restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. The one thing is that the walls are very thin. They have a delicious breakfast included with the room.

Unacceptable hygiene standards and appalling customer service I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at The Winslow in Oklahoma City was completely unacceptable. When we checked into our room, we discovered the bed linens had not been changed from the previous guest. Worse, a dinner-plate-sized, very wet personal stain soaked the mattress and sheets. Instead of changing the bedding, housekeeping simply placed a towel over the wet stain and remade the bed over it. When we contacted housekeeping to have the bed completely stripped and fresh linens put on, the staff member flatly refused to do a full change, stating they would only change the top sheet. We immediately went to the front desk to escalate the issue and request a move to a clean, sanitary room. Instead of resolving the problem, the front desk clerk told us they would not relocate us to a clean room solely because our reservation was made through Hotels.com rather than directly with the hotel. Covering up biological fluids with a towel and remaking the bed is an egregious health and hygiene violation, and denying basic customer service to third-party bookings is inexcusable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
