I wipe stuff down and the bath tub was not clean had something left over from the previous stay n it was dusty

The room was very clean. The breakfast was full of variety and it was so nice to have some fresh fruit. It was a great place to stay felt safe taking our family.

Was disappointed by the cleaning in the room. Toilet was not cleaned and we found a hair in the bed as we inspected it when entering the room. Need more attention to details in preparing a room. The hand bars in our handicap room were dirty. Only one luggage cart is not top notch customer service. You need at least two. Having customers wait for the guest in front of them to finish is rude.
