Very modern apartment hotel. Hotel is however located next to train tracks. so noise from trains all day and night. This is a self service hotel, so no reception. Had some issues with the heating panel that did not work, so my room was quite cold, and did not really know who to contact. Also the user panel was in Spanish for the heating panel so that did not help, and also the oven in the kitchen har a user guide in Spanish??? Parking is located a bit away from the hotel and it is not possible to drive up to the hotel to load off as the road is closed for traffic.

Helt sikkert et dejligt hotel, som nok bliver prisen værd, når det er bygget færdigt. Indtil da skal man forvente byggestøj i dagtimerne, varme der måske virker, adgang til hotellet der måske virker, køkken der måske virker, og en P-kælder der ikke er adgang til. Man kan parkere i et andet p-hus, men da området er under opbygning, er det ikke samme vej man kan gå til og fra p-huset hver dag. Det er svært at finde hotellets indgang, og endnu sværere at finde det henviste p-hus, da den naturlige vej er ensrettet. Man ender hurtigt i en privat indkørsel, som ejeren åbenlyst er træt af, da der står adskillige skilte at "dette er privat". Manglende reception gør at alt foregår telefonisk, og vores problem med manglende varme på værelset de sidste 2 dage, blev derfor ikke løst. (det er meget at give 1600,-dkr/nat, for et værelse der er 18-19 grader varmt.... Alt i alt en dyr og lidt kedelig oplevelse, men vil dog sige at hotellet helt sikkert er lækkert, og vil blive et fedt sted når det er færdigbygget.

IT was extremely difficult to find this location in the dark. Google maps offered creative guidance and hotel app was working poorly. By lucky coincedence found local people to help. No clear signage and as renovations ongoing close to "main entrance", missed it several times. App has challenges to find expedia reservations as well and it needs several updates. When finally here, glad to sleep here, rooms are nice and spacious, modern and very clean. Should be more clear about service level as no service available.

Great apartment with good quailty. We had a couple of problems with the stove and water not working upon arrival. Quickly fixed by calling the reception. Our last morning the electricity went out for about 20 minutes, and we couldn't get a hold of the reception neither on chat or phone. As we were going to leave early anyways we packed our stuff, but it was highly inconvenient, and we haven't got any response after our stay after we told them about this.

It was the most comprehensive self-checking with a lot of the technical software and hardware not working at all, which forced me to contact support to get help. I had to provide way too much sensitive personal data in the self-checking flow, more than what I was comfortable with. When I was checking out of the hotel after 1 nights stay, I got charged additional fees, without specification what these fees was for.

Eitt kjempe flott hotell til ok pris samanligna med andre hotell i Lillestrøm. Litt kronglete innsjekk, men fekk hjelp på telefon av ein hyggelig ansatt som losa oss gjennom det. Romma er store og flotte. God plass og virkelig ein følelse av luksus. Så anbefaler plassen på der varmeste. Me kjem til å koma att å bu her neste gong me er i byen på messe.

App fungerte ikke og oppholdet er 100%avhengig av dette. Det er ingen annen måte å komme inn i rommet på enn benytte app. Linken vi mottok gikk bare til en hjemmeside og kom ikke noe videre. Kontaktet de og de kunne ikke hjelpe. Måtte avbryte oppholdet og reise hjem igjen! Feil å kalle det Hotell når det ikke er bemannet.

IT was extremely difficult to find this location in the dark. Google maps offered creative guidance and hotel app was working poorly. By lucky coincedence found local people to help.
