Our group of 6 really appreciated the spacious rooms that fit three each… with a detached bunk bed so that no one disturbed anyone else when getting up at night. The bathroom set up was also fantastic for a group of three with a separate room for the toilet, a separate room for the shower, and a sink outside both of those … so three people could be getting ready at the same time. The pool was great! Perfect temperature for cooling off and lots of seating inside and out. Very convenient for food and shopping. Night life outside the hotel was very loud and definitely not family friendly… but thankfully, our rooms faced the pool instead of the street so we didn’t hear the booming once we were inside.

Great trendy location in the middle of bustling night life and markets. Excellent spot to spend our last night in Thailand. The room was really nice, super clean and comfy bed. The pool area was very cramped with people so not massively enjoyable. The hotel has lovely staff but they weren't able to help me with my bags at 6am in the morning. The clientele were noisy so difficult to sleep - bad manners!

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est situé dans une rue très animée mais nous avions une chambre côté piscine et l’insonorisation est parfaite. La piscine est très agréable et ouverte jusqu’à 22 heures. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La chambre était très grande et très confortable, avec de très bons équipements et une très bonne literie. Je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Great location suitable for folks who love convenience, food, markets and nightlife. We loved the family room and staff, however, did not enjoy inhaling vape and crowds daily on the strip and the cold pool. If you’re ok with this, then it’s a great place to stay.

The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. The food taste amazing but We wish it has more thai food options. Most of food tho would suit western palate for picky eaters.

This is probably the best place near Khao San Road to stay. And regarding Bangkok if you're going around, this is central and you'll be taking cheap rides to surrounding attractions. You'll be far away enough from the party no get a pleasant night's sleep after 12 AM but close enough to crawl home. I liked the prices of the room service menu which had a bit of everything you could crave whilst having a hangover from hell. Mostly very clean. Don't take a closer look at the AC unit or ventilation in toilet and bathroom. There will be sun at the pool from late morning to around 14:30 during my visit.

Arriving early am after a very long haul flight, our checkin time was hours away; the checkin clerk put a rush on our room and in the mean time escorted us to a resting lounge which was so nice to be able to put our feet up and close our eyes in peace. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel irself was very clean and modern. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location for night markets, restaurants and shopping was perfect. I felt very safe in the area and was comfortable venturing out and about in this location. Grabs were fairly readily available, taxis always near. Only down aide is the nearest metro that ai found was a 25 min walk. Although there was lots of activitiy on the street out front, I never heard any noise while in my room. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Excellent hôtel. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mes 4 nuits. La rue est très animée, très proche de Khao San road. Ambiance sympa. Demander une chambre sur l'arrière pour ne pas subir la musique. J'étais au 8è étage, donnant sur la piscine, et c'était très calme. Le pdj-buffet est excellent. Beaucoup de choix et les plats/boissons/fruits changent tous les jours. Coffre-fort, petit réfrigérateur, tasses et café, nécessaires de toilette dans la chambre. 2 bouteilles d'eau 50 cl sont offertes chaque jour. La piscine est très belle, propre et ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Serviettes fournies. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Bien situé, le bateau sur le Chayo Praya est facilement accessible à pied (station Phra Athit), le moyen le + agréable et rapide pour accéder aux principaux lieux touristiques (40B le trajet, 150B le pass 1 jour). Un point négatif dans la chambre : l'éclairage est insuffisant.

Worst hotel experience ever! The window in the room is super tiny and cannot opened. I went to the front desk to cancel the booking. The staff asked Expedia to talk to them, and then told me it’s non refundable after I booked another hotel!!!! I’m super angry about it!

The hotel is nice overall, but the rooms are very dark. There are only a few lamps, and the lighting just isn’t sufficient, especially at night. We actually had to use our phone flashlights to see!

We found the staff to be very polite and nothing was too much trouble. We were very impressed with the female manager of the restaurant and one young female waiter under her command even though we didn't get neither of their names. The only negative aspect is the location in the heart of the city with very loud music late at night and early mornings, even though we were located on the 7th floor of the hotel.

Lovely place to stay, all hotel staff were very lovely, breakfast was good, everything very clean. Only problem was we booked a tour at the desk in the hotel and got slightly scammed (he didn’t detail that tickets for attractions he took us to weren’t included in the price), so be wary of that!

Arriving early am after a very long haul flight, our checkin time was hours away; the checkin clerk put a rush on our room and in the mean time escorted us to a resting lounge which was so nice to be able to put our feet up and close our eyes in peace. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel irself was very clean and modern. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location for night markets, restaurants and shopping was perfect. I felt very safe in the area and was comfortable venturing out and about in this location. Grabs were fairly readily available, taxis always near. Only down aide is the nearest metro that ai found was a 25 min walk. Although there was lots of activitiy on the street out front, I never heard any noise while in my room. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Our ac didn’t seem to work the best. And the staff failed to inform us of important information when checking in. They did hold luggage’s for us after and before checkout and helped get a taxi. This was nice

Great hotel. Good for families, couples, singles, etc. location is convenient to restaurants, night markets, Starbucks, Tuks tuks, bus and taxis. Nightlife is loud - but could barely hear it from back of hotel (all family rooms are on the back). Pool was great. Breakfast was amazing!

Really great location and convenient to everything on Khaosan Rd. Wat Pho, the palace, and Chinatown are all a pleasant walk from the hotel. Very clean and the reception was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is great, beautiful pool, lovely staff, but know staying on the strip it is going to be LOUD. Music until 3am most nights so bring a sound machine to block it out if you don't plan to be up that late. Otherwise it was perfect!!

Incredibly noisy at night. We were given a room which backed on to Khao San Road, music was played really loud until 2am. Our room wasn’t given any ear plugs and it was really hard to sleep ahead of a flight the next day.

The hotel is one street across from the popular kohsan road but is a world apart with restaurants and bars that are not as seedy. Great location to bakeries, atms, travel agents and the night market. The pier to all the main water temples and siam shopping centre is a 10min walk and the reclining Buddha and the Grand palace is only a 30min walk or 10min Tuk tuk. Taxi to the airport is approx 700BAHT. The recption staff are very helpful, the hotel rooms and public areas are spotless and the pool excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was hyper attentive, they ordered a Grab to the airport for me at 3 am. It’s a bit noisy with the bars below. The hotel provides ear plugs. The mattress was soft so I was able to recuperate. The choice for the breakfast was ok but do not expect a breakfast like we have in North America.
