No bugs. The Room was Clean, The only downside of it, They don't offer Breakfast. But the Room does have a Kitchenette, and it's plenty of Restaurants in the Area.

Rooms are clean. The only issue was the door key not working occasionally and the overworked/undermanned staff who did their best. I was pleased with my stay. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Good area. Lots of food and retail surrounding.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and quiet. The laundry room has 5 washer and 8-10 dryers! Completely cash free property unless you need some laundry soap and you need your own quarters.

Nice place but lacking on a few things like no hair dryer, bad quality pillows (only 3 skinny pillows per bed) I asked for 2 more pillows and they refused to provide them. I had to go to Walmart and purchase 2 pillows,,, mattress are not very comfortable. The rooms comes with a small stove/ burners but no pots and pans, when I call the front desk they told me “you need to buy them” (not rent them but buy them) smh… Next time I rather pay a little more and stay somewhere else like Homewood suites down the street.

We arrived 25mins early and we were told there were no rooms ready. The parking lot was empty. Another couple arrived to check in and was able to get there room while we waited. Rooms had no hand towels, ironing board & iron had to be retrieved from the front desk. There are NO ice machines, NO coffee pot, NO ice trays, the remote for the TV did not work. They had absolutely NO supplies for use in the kitchenette. Very POORLY run hotel property.

Pet friendly place with dog urine smell on entire 1st floor. Had to switch rooms because of the intense dog urine smell in our room. They should designate specific rooms only instead of all rooms. It’s not fair to those without pets to endure such a foul strong odor.

The first time I stayed I was impressed but this second time around they gave me a dirty room. I believe someone may have been living there but the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The floor was dirty with crumbs and toenail clippings

Front reception needs to learn how to greet guest. They’re the first person to represent the business, should be greeted with a smile and hello. It’s free to be nice. Each time I approach the desk which was only twice, once to check in and last to check out. The same chick don’t greet/speak with a hello, you have to speak first no good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything etc. she need to work on her customer service because that alone would make me think twice about staying there. The room was very clean(loved this)beds are not comfortable though and the smell in the hallway was TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Absolutely awful stay. To my own fault, I booked a handicap accessible room. Minor inconvenience. However, in my 9 day stay, I had no hot water for 7. Told the front desk 3 different times before they sent repair service. Asked to be moved and they said they couldn't. Couldn't get a refund because I booked through hotels.com. Lessons learned but don't stay here!

Property is nice. Lobby has a weird odor but it’s very clean. Could be a chemical they clean with. Hotel is extremely clean. No carpet in rooms. Nice laminate flooring. Very modern. Comfortable beds. No curtains (nice blinds instead). Good bedding. Big bathroom. Full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, full size microwave. Direct TV. The issue I had is with noise from upper floors. The beds have metal frames with 8 legs. Because there is no carpet, the beds make a lot of noise in the room and in the rooms below from the metal directly on the wood floors. They should consider adding pads on the feet of those bed frame legs.

Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and in great shape however the noise of other guests kept us up all night and because there is no front desk staff after 11 there was no way to complain and no one to keep people from hanging out in the hallways. The bare floors make sense for the cleanliness of the rooms but it sounded like our upstairs neighbors were dragging their furniture around all night. For two nights! Not sure I’d stay here again.

Pretty clean but very low budget. No box springs on beds, so they are pretty low to the floor. Walls and ceiling are paper then. You could hear every door step or door shutting above us. Very distracting.

Brand new property so very clean. Person at desk had trouble getting us checked in taking about 1/2 hour. Wall was very thin and we could hear a conversation from next door that went on well past midnight. No glasses in room. No shampoo, etc. No coffee in room.

To enter a building without an auto door opener is unusual, inconvenient and extremely difficult. Handicapped rooms but no handicapped entrance!? Check in required a credit card for the $50 deposit. Provided the card, was handed back, as soon as it was replaced in purse, then was told AGAIN my card was needed. I requested a second key as reservation indicated 2 persons. My 50 yo daughter was standing next to me and was told they needed to see her ID (it was in car still). After checking into room, she returned to desk for key and was never asked for ID. During check in, the phone was ringing LOUDLY and instead of placing on hold, the other attendant was asking questions of me that I could not hear them appeared exasperated with me because she was clueless on how to manage background noise. My first and last time at this motel chain. The facility is impeccably clean but the staff is not professional hospitality staff.

It took 25 minutes to check-in at 10:30pm not a great experience after a long day of traveling. When showering I grabbed a washcloth and there was hair in it…. I almost used it! When I came back from the event I was visiting for, there were 3 Sherrif’s vehicles out front and cops inside. Guests were loud and obnoxious. Staff was nice just didn’t seem to have things under control.

We were waiting to move into a new house and stayed for three weeks. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The property was always clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. Very dog friendly and welcoming. There was coffee every morning which was perfect for my way out to work.

If you know ahead of time this is not a luxury hotel & bring all the things you’ll need other than sheets, pillows, & towels, then you should be all set. We loved that it had a full size fridge, microwave, & two burners to give us the option of eating some meals in the room.
Friendly staff. CLEAN room. We felt safe in the area. If you know ahead of time this is not a luxury hotel & bring all the things you’ll need other than sheets, pillows, & towels, then you should be all set. This was a perfectly pleasant hotel! I’m not one to require any special treatment or fancy things, I just want a cheap and safe place to stay. The area was safe, everyone was quiet, and there were no bugs. The walls are thin so you will hear other people- but for this price it’s worth it! Every staff member I talked to helped me out and was very kind. Thank you!

Monica maker in whole property, no coffee in room, not one dish or utensil in kitchen (could purchase). No extra blanket in room. No extra toilet paper rolls and left with less than a 1/4. Would not stay here again!

The place is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and quiet. The laundry room has 5 washer and 8-10 dryers! Completely cash free property unless you need some laundry soap and you need your own quarters.

Hotel was brand new built 2 months old staff was great overall we had a gas leak in the lobby with the property dryers and were displaced for a couple of hours on our second of four-night stay at this place and we were not compensated in any way shape or form they have no in-room coffee or Continental which is fine extended stay I guess type of residence and they did not at least make sure coffee was made in the morning which is a big thing for me but overall Ford 2 months brand new could have been better they've got some bugs to work out

So we've stayed at other hotels in the area and this one is by far the best! I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Other hotels with carpet feel so nasty and sticky. I love the security in this place too. It doesn't have a pool or breakfast in the morning but being such a nice hotel at a great price is totally worth it. This is the hotel I'll be staying at everytime i come to visit my family. Great job! Lisa at reception was so friendly and helpful too!

Fire alarm went off three times during our stay (1 week). Two of times we were in the dark parking lot well over an hour. No fires thankfully but clearly an issue with the smoke detectors.
