My wife and I were visiting Japan for our late honeymoon. And we were treated with much respect from the Fujisan Onsen Hotel staff. Everyone was so polite and patient with us. We loved our hotel room and the view of Mt.Fuji. My wife especially loved to lay on the couch infront of the window and wished she could've stayed there forever. Her favorite was the massage because she fell asleep twice! The massage technique is very different from the american ones so she said it felt so good after walking 20,000 steps a day. The shuttle bus pickup/drop-off was not difficult to call for. They picked us up in about 15 minutes. It did not take long. Everything was great! We really enjoyed this hotel and felt super spoiled. We hope to return again in the future.

Amazing place with out of this world amenities and the friendliest staff. Really enjoyed this onsen experience and would recommend it to anyone.
