Highly recommended. Staff are polite and speaks English. Love the place with a view of mt Fuji from the patio. Daily breakfast sent to villa. Villa has bath tube and freshly ground coffee beans. No washing machine and no Onsen.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The villas are beautiful and the rooftop view didn’t disappoint! We even took advantage of the BBQ rental one night. It’s better to have a car if you stay here, but we didn’t and made out fine. The property offers a shuttle service which we used several times, and we took taxis a couple of other times. There is an onsen nearby which we enjoyed one night too! Highly recommend this property. It was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

The houses were very spacious. Each house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it an spacious rental for 3-4 people. The views from the roof top were amazing, even though it was cloudy for us. We loved the rooftop patio for eating dinner on and relaxing. The projector screen for movies was easy to use and a nice touch.

We stayed in the Balcony Villa with Mt. Fuji View Bath – Type A, Non Smoking (124 sqm). The villa is spacious and well designed, with three western style bedrooms on the ground floor (six beds in total: one double, two singles, two singles) and a Japanese tatami room with two futons on the second floor. Amenities such as coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are provided directly in the villa, and free hot drinks are available at the lobby. Check in was smooth and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations prepared. As with most Japanese accommodations, copies of our passports were taken. The villa layout is practical, with two showers and one toilet on the ground floor, plus another toilet on the second floor. The upper level also houses the kitchen, dining area, Japanese room, and a bath tub with a view. Shuttle services to Fujikawaguchiko Station are available, making transfers convenient. For those driving, the resort area offers ample parking. Do take note that the surrounding roads are narrow, so larger vehicles need to navigate carefully. Breakfast and dinner are provided. Breakfast offers a choice of five sets, including three sandwich options, one rice bowl, and one vegetarian selection. Dinner is a hotpot meal where we can choose between noodles or rice. Overall, Fuji Gran Villa – Toki offers comfort, space, and a relaxing retreat with a view of Mt. Fuji.

5 of us stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our time here! First of all, we would like to give a big thanks to all of the service staff. They have been nothing but great! Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. There was this one time we had to contact our car rental company to request for extension. Instead of lending us the phone, the service staff actually went the extra mile and helped us in translating our query to the car rental company! We were so thankful for him and I regret not asking for his name. As for the villa itself, it was great! Nicely decorated and clean. We went during Spring so the temperature did drop to about 2-5 degrees in the morning/night. But the villa was comfortable as the A/C has both cooling and warmth function. Everything was well provided, from toiletries, towels, robes to cutleries, pans, microwave, bbq related stuff etc. There is no washing machine though, so we had to drive out to the laundromat (about 10mins away?). And the most important part, it has the perfect unblocked view of Mt Fuji! Location was ok, if you are not driving, it is about 10-15mins walk to the nearest 7-11 / restaurant. It is best to drive in Fuji in my opinion. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend to those who are still deciding on this place.. JUST BOOK IT!

This is a 2 storey single 900 sqft house, fully equipped, super clean, 2 full bathroom, full kitchen, free parking. Enough beds for 4 adults, they do have bigger unit, the major plus thing is the roof top with Mt. Fuji view. The roads leading to this place are narrow roads, that’s kind of a norm.

Wonderful experience at Fuji Gran Villa. Imagine waking up every morning to the mount Fuji view from the comfort of your room. Villa was spotless and clean. Very well maintained. Water pressure is strong and love the sauna function in the bathroom especially in the cold weather. The bathtub automatically stop the water once it is filled and you can choose your desired water temperature too. Beside the usual hair dryer,they also provide hair straightener for ladies :) Breakfast is served to the villa every morning at your selected time. Location wise, is not exactly near but walkable to the Highland Q station where the Fuji Q theme park is and restaurants is located there as well. Approximately 10-12 mins walk but it does seems a long walk back especially in the cold and at night when it's pretty dark but overall is safe. The hotel do offer free shuttle to some train stations and reservation is required. Location wise , not the most ideal if you do not have a car but the overall service and villa comfort makes up for it and we will definitely choose Fuji Gran again!

The villa is very spacious and everything is so brand new that i can smell the renovation! You have everything you need for a family here and we actually cook the dinner here. But you need to drive to this hotel cause it is distant from station. I will return to enjoy the villa here again!

This is a wonderful new property with attention to detail. Robes, toiletries, beautiful bathrooms. We had a two bedroom with roof top viewing of Fuji. Would be great in the summer but we didn't use it a lot in November. I would save the cost if I went back the same time of year but would definitely stay here again.

We drove to the property, so getting there was not so much of a hassle, however, do note that the roads are narrow for a two-way traffic, and located within a residential area, there are not many street lamps. Walking out to the nearest convenient store takes about 10-15mins at a stroll and the path can be quite dark at night. Overall stay, the villa was clean and afforded a good view of Mt. Fuji when the skies are clear, however, getting into the villa requires climbing of steps so bulky luggages may prove inconvenient. Steps within the villa to the upper floors can also be steep and narrow and not suitable for young or elderly. Water is not provided as part of the stay, and can be purchased at the guest check in/lobby.

The property is all small condos and even ours being one of the smaller was extremely spacious. We loved the rooftop deck with a gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji. However, a couple things that we struggled with were the beds (one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on) and the very steep stairs which were a bit difficult to navigate. The staff were very helpful and they had a nice little store in the check in area where you can buy local snacks and specialty wine and beers. Also, the free shuttle to the bus stations was a nice bonus.

Our stay at Toki was amazing! We were drawn here due to the view of Mt. Fuji and we were not let down. The staff was amazing. The accommodations are excellent. Highly recommend. We will be back.

富士急樂園巴士總站步行至別墅大約15分鐘，其實酒店早上8:00-10:00及下午2:00-6:00有車接送。因為我們11點已到，所以自行到別墅放底行李。酒店職員好細心問我哋幾多點返，可從河口湖駅接我們回別墅。超級市場離別墅步行大約15分鐘，入面有A4/A5和牛，有生果，蔬菜。之後可以在別墅打邊爐或韓燒。我們有加早餐，有一份三文治，湯，一包果汁及一份甜品，都幾豐富。全部朋友都讚好不絕，下次一定會再嚟返呢度。

Staff were the best. We had a booking issue booked 3 adults 1 child came with 2 adult 1 child, we asked expedia to help and ask for cheaper pricing due to issue. They wouldnt help. Disappointing because if we came with 2 more adults they would've charged us. Double standards. Overall we loved the hotel, the toilets had windows which were see through but they helped us to cover. Which we appreciated. They also help jumpstart our car. So we will be back for sure just that price part we were unhappy with.

5 of us stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our time here! First of all, we would like to give a big thanks to all of the service staff. They have been nothing but great! Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. There was this one time we had to contact our car rental company to request for extension. Instead of lending us the phone, the service staff actually went the extra mile and helped us in translating our query to the car rental company! We were so thankful for him and I regret not asking for his name. As for the villa itself, it was great! Nicely decorated and clean. We went during Spring so the temperature did drop to about 2-5 degrees in the morning/night. But the villa was comfortable as the A/C has both cooling and warmth function. Everything was well provided, from toiletries, towels, robes to cutleries, pans, microwave, bbq related stuff etc. There is no washing machine though, so we had to drive out to the laundromat (about 10mins away?). And the most important part, it has the perfect unblocked view of Mt Fuji! Location was ok, if you are not driving, it is about 10-15mins walk to the nearest 7-11 / restaurant. It is best to drive in Fuji in my opinion. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend to those who are still deciding on this place.. JUST BOOK IT!

The villa is very spacious and everything is so brand new that i can smell the renovation! You have everything you need for a family here and we actually cook the dinner here. But you need to drive to this hotel cause it is distant from station. I will return to enjoy the villa here again!

Accueil facile, maison très propre, literie un peu dur mais nous sommes au Japon. Par contre la wifi n’était pas performante, la rue très étroite pour accéder à l’endroit. Et pour voir le Mont Fuji sur la terasse c’était possible mais il fallait composer avec les terrasses des autres maisons et les fils électriques.

Beautiful place to stay! Gorgeous top level terrace. The staff was so helpful and kind. The home was clean and had everything we needed. A/C works very well. My fiancé has a dairy and egg allergy, and they accommodated a breakfast adjustment for him. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to Fuji Q and the train stop, which was amazing! Best theme park. Can watch the lit up rides at night from your room. It was a 5 minute walk to an tasty grill it yourself restaurant, 7-10 minute walk to the grocery store. Free shuttle to train stop, just plan and let them know ahead. I’d stay here again, but for longer. Very relaxing.

It’s better to have a car if you stay here, but we didn’t and made out fine. The property offers a shuttle service which we used several times, and we took taxis a couple of other times. There is an onsen nearby which we enjoyed one night too! Highly recommend this property. It was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

We drove to the property, so getting there was not so much of a hassle, however, do note that the roads are narrow for a two-way traffic, and located within a residential area, there are not many street lamps. Walking out to the nearest convenient store takes about 10-15mins at a stroll and the path can be quite dark at night. Overall stay, the villa was clean and afforded a good view of Mt. Fuji when the skies are clear, however, getting into the villa requires climbing of steps so bulky luggages may prove inconvenient. Steps within the villa to the upper floors can also be steep and narrow and not suitable for young or elderly. Water is not provided as part of the stay, and can be purchased at the guest check in/lobby.

Beef cutlet Rest. koushuya & Kosaku kawaguchiko (Houtou) Very spacious place, has 3 level with the top level being able to view Mt Fuji on a good day. Only hope that there was a washing machine in the unit so we can wash our clothes. But overall, great place to stay

This is a 2 storey single 900 sqft house, fully equipped, super clean, 2 full bathroom, full kitchen, free parking. Enough beds for 4 adults, they do have bigger unit, the major plus thing is the roof top with Mt. Fuji view. The roads leading to this place are narrow roads, that’s kind of a norm.

Highly recommended. Staff are polite and speaks English. Love the place with a view of mt Fuji from the patio. Daily breakfast sent to villa. Villa has bath tube and freshly ground coffee beans. No washing machine and no Onsen.

We stayed in the Balcony Villa with Mt. Fuji View Bath – Type A, Non Smoking (124 sqm). The villa is spacious and well designed, with three western style bedrooms on the ground floor (six beds in total: one double, two singles, two singles) and a Japanese tatami room with two futons on the second floor. Amenities such as coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are provided directly in the villa, and free hot drinks are available at the lobby. Check in was smooth and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations prepared. As with most Japanese accommodations, copies of our passports were taken. The villa layout is practical, with two showers and one toilet on the ground floor, plus another toilet on the second floor. The upper level also houses the kitchen, dining area, Japanese room, and a bath tub with a view. Shuttle services to Fujikawaguchiko Station are available, making transfers convenient. 5 of us stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our time here! First of all, we would like to give a big thanks to all of the service staff. They have been nothing but great! Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. There was this one time we had to contact our car rental company to request for extension. Instead of lending us the phone, the service staff actually went the extra mile and helped us in translating our query to the car rental company! We were so thankful for him and I regret not asking for his name. As for the villa itself, it was great! Nicely decorated and clean. We went during Spring so the temperature did drop to about 2-5 degrees in the morning/night. But the villa was comfortable as the A/C has both cooling and warmth function. Everything was well provided, from toiletries, towels, robes to cutleries, pans, microwave, bbq related stuff etc. There is no washing machine though, so we had to drive out to the laundromat (about 10mins away?). And the most important part, it has the perfect unblocked view of Mt Fuji! Location was ok, if you are not driving, it is about 10-15mins walk to the nearest 7-11 / restaurant. It is best to drive in Fuji in my opinion. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend to those who are still deciding on this place.. JUST BOOK IT!

Accueil facile, maison très propre, literie un peu dur mais nous sommes au Japon. Par contre la wifi n’était pas performante, la rue très étroite pour accéder à l’endroit. Et pour voir le Mont Fuji sur la terasse c’était possible mais il fallait composer avec les terrasses des autres maisons et les fils électriques.

Our stay at Fuji Gran Villa Toki, in the Balcony Villa with Fuji View Bath (Type B), was truly special. The view of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, and the accommodation itself exceeded expectations, extremely spacious for our group of 6, with all the facilities we needed and plenty of high-spec touches we weren't expecting. The welcome gifts at check-in were a lovely added bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of Fuji from every rear window and the balcony. A wonderful stay we'd highly recommend!

We stayed here for only one night as it was for a day trip to Fuji and back to Tokyo after. This has been the best part of the whole entire holiday! The area is delightful, the staff go above and beyond and are so helpful with any requests. And the property, my god the property is so fantastic I fear I may never find one as good as this location. Two floors and a wonderful rooftop view, if you are lucky (we were) you get the one of the clearest views of Fuji, the theme park next to it also adds some whimsy to the whole feel. We didn't choose a food hamper with the stay. But with the amenities provided, kind of wish we did now. However, the hand-drawn local map that pointed us to Yakiniku for dinner was too the best meal of the trip so far. Fuji for a day has been great, this villa provided a much appreciated shelter and view that will last as long as my brain does, thank you kindly!

직원은 친절한데 호텔서비스에 대해 살짝 이해도가 부족한 경우가 있었슴. 석식에 스키야키우동 세트 주문했었는데, 우동이 빠져 있어서 가져다 달라고 하는데도 이해를 잘 못해서 시간이 걸렸슴. 시어터룸 있는 방으로 추가요금 내고 예약했는데, 넷플릭스 불가 및 가져간 장비도 HDMI 에 연결 불가해서 사용 못함. 방은 깨끗한 듯 한데, 욕탕에 머리카락 등이 꽤 있어서 직접 청소하고 사용함. 단독주택 형태라 에어콘 온도 조정이 힘들었슴. 1층 거실에서 조리해서 먹는 구조라 1층에는 음식 냄새가 꽤 났슴. 옥상 루프탑은 비가와서 이용 못함. 아침 샌드위치는 맛있슴.
