Staff super friendly, nice and tidy rooms, great relaxation area.

While HOMM Sukhumvit34 looks like a nice, modern hotel, our stay was a complete letdown due to misleading room descriptions and poor service. We specifically booked a "Deluxe City View" room, but upon arrival, we were placed on the 2nd floor with a view of nothing but bushes and a wall. This was definitely not the city view promised in the official description. When we brought this up, management actually admitted that the room category we paid for was already "occupied." Instead of offering a fair upgrade or a discount for the downgrade, they basically expected us to just accept an inferior room for the same price. The check-in process was a total mess—my wife and I were shuffled between different rooms for over an hour while the staff struggled with their own overbooking. It was exhausting and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. We felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave within the first hour. However, it took several hours of stressful negotiations with both hotel management and Hotels.com customer service to get any kind of resolution. Eventually, we secured a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but we received zero compensation for the first night or the hours of wasted time and distress. We moved to a much better 5-star hotel nearby for a similar price as soon as we could. A nice-looking building can’t make up for such a lack of basic hospitality and honesty. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

We stayed at Homm Sukhumvit for two nights. The rooms were modern, clean, and very spacious — honestly better than expected. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. However, the rooms were a bit noisy from the corridor. Unfortunately, the service could have been better. Staff never greeted us when we encountered them, and prior to our stay I tried contacting the hotel twice by email regarding early check-in and airport shuttle options but never received a response. One evening we purchased drinks at the hotel and found them to be extremely overpriced. The breakfast was also underwhelming and did not meet our expectations. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money when it comes to the rooms themselves, but the service, food, and overall experience outside the room need improvement.

Beautiful boutique type hotel. I just don't understand how the breakfast is so poor compared to the rest of the experience. Terrible coffee.

I booked one night first then after checking the room, I booked 4 more nights. I come BKK for chill moments, Homm is located in small lanes, surrounding are some good bungalow houses. Room layout is good, can work and relax. I stay in the room more than 10 hours apart from sleeping. Staff friendly and the room is clean ..Timer floor easier to maintain. If can give body lotion will be perfect. The hand wash is nice. I will come back to stay as I can enter sleep easily and wake up naturally. Thanks!
