Location was near golf course, so it was outside of the city but this is why it was so quiet and lots of parking spots. Room showed a little wear and tear but was clean. If you are looking for multiple restaurants or shopping then you will need to have a vehicle or take the taxi into town, as it is not walkable.

Vacances durant 1 semaine, l’hôtel est très bien, la propreté est bien cependant la piscine et le jacuzzi ne sont pas très propre et une paire de nos draps étaient moisis.. Malgré la qualité de l’hôtel en tout point, le service du personnel n’est pas toujours au top (service d’étage trop intrusif dans les chambres, rentré sans frapper à 9h du matin) et je ne remercie pas du tout le réceptionniste aux cheveux long avec un chignon qui ne dit jamais bonjour même au premier jour d’arrivée pas top… le petit déjeuner est bien cependant il manque un peu de choix et de quantité arriver après 9:30 (fermeture à 10h) c’est un peu vide

The hotel had TGV in the name implying it was close to the TGV station but it was a 40 euro taxi away. The rooms are super basic and not that clean. There were stains on the sheets and the windows were filthy on the inside. The bathrooms were ok. There was loud music playing until at least 3am preventing us all from sleeping. The breakfast was basic but ok. It wasn’t clear if the pool was open but the area around it needed a good clean, so much limescale everywhere and the glass next to the hot tub was smashed.

Enjoyed our stay. A little removed however it is a quiet, safe (gated), and newer property. Surrounded by a golf course. The staff was not overly friendly. The room was clean, linens were cotton and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, lots of options and everything fresh. Would stay again.

Très bel hôtel un peu à l’écart mais dans un bel environnement. Petit bémol pour la piscine en chantier et petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus varié, surtout pour un séjour de 5 nuits.

Et ganske nytt men sterilt hotell med svært enkle rom med sparsom møblering. A/C / varme fungerte svært dårlig. Enkel frokost med det nødvendigste. I resepsjonenen kan man kun kjøpe drikke og når restauranten i nabobygget er stengt må man kjøre bil for å finne restaurant. Dette måtte vi ofte. Servicevennlighet er svært selektiv og personavhengig. Hotellet ligger i et stort grønt område midt i en golfbane, uten andre tilbud enn å gå tur og spille golf. Stille område men for tiden(3/25) anleggsarbeid.

The property is very huge and nice. The breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was renovated but the bed was not comfortable and the AC did not work properly. Restro behind the hotel has amazing italian food

Chambre décevante : lit avec des cheveux et poils, serviette tachée. La nuit, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de l’arrosage automatique extérieur. Très déçue de mon séjour.

Albergo pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che in camera. Camere spaziose ed essenziali, sebbene dotate del comfort minimale. Niente bollitore o macchina del caffè in camera ma i letti sono comodi e puliti. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla tranne un campo di golf e un maneggio. Ristorante integrato nella struttura per chi ha necessità di pranzare o cenare. Colazione abbondante e variegata (almeno per quanto riguarda i cibi freddi) ma non c'è nulla di caldo, ad eccezione delle uova e dei toast. Personale disponibile e gentile. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente e senza prenotazione.

Bonne surprise (cadre, confort et taille de la chambre). Par contre le nom est trompeur ce n’est pas à côté du TGV mais dans un golf (très sympa l’environnement) Donc si vous avez une voiture

Cet hôtel n’était pas facile à accéder. Je voyageais à vélo et Google Maps m’a envoyé par deux mauvais chemins et comme les routes sont très étroites en France, ce fut fastidieux de circuler et de revenir sur mes pas à deux, trois reprises. Également, l’accueil à cet hôtel a été très froid. Je sentais que je dérangeais le préposé alors que je crois que j’aurais dû être accueilli de façon à tout le moins, agréable et sympathique. Je pense que ce jeune homme n’est pas à sa place pour travailler avec le public. Autrement, hormis l’alarme qui s’est déclenchée aux petites heures du matin (j’ai su que c’était à cause du préposé à la préparation du petit-déjeuner) et qui nous obligeait à quitter notre chambre, le séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Vacances durant 1 semaine, l’hôtel est très bien, la propreté est bien cependant la piscine et le jacuzzi ne sont pas très propre et une paire de nos draps étaient moisis.. Malgré la qualité de l’hôtel en tout point, le service du personnel n’est pas toujours au top (service d’étage trop intrusif dans les chambres, rentré sans frapper à 9h du matin) et je ne remercie pas du tout le réceptionniste aux cheveux long avec un chignon qui ne dit jamais bonjour même au premier jour d’arrivée pas top… le petit déjeuner est bien cependant il manque un peu de choix et de quantité arriver après 9:30 (fermeture à 10h) c’est un peu vide

Enjoyed our stay. A little removed however it is a quiet, safe (gated), and newer property. Surrounded by a golf course. The staff was not overly friendly. Mauvaise expérience dès l’arrivée : mes deux cartes de crédit ont été refusées alors qu’il s’agissait visiblement d’un problème de leur terminal, aucune excuse de la réception. Chambre décevante : lit avec des cheveux et poils, serviette tachée. La nuit, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de l’arrosage automatique extérieur. Très déçue de mon séjour.

Location was near golf course, so it was outside of the city but this is why it was so quiet and lots of parking spots. Room showed a little wear and tear but was clean. If you are looking for multiple restaurants or shopping then you will need to have a vehicle or take the taxi into town, as it is not walkable.

Cet hôtel n’était pas facile à accéder. Je voyageais à vélo et Google Maps m’a envoyé par deux mauvais chemins et comme les routes sont très étroites en France, ce fut fastidieux de circuler et de revenir sur mes pas à deux, trois reprises. Également, l’accueil à cet hôtel a été très froid. Je sentais que je dérangeais le préposé alors que je crois que j’aurais dû être accueilli de façon à tout le moins, agréable et sympathique. The hotel had TGV in the name implying it was close to the TGV station but it was a 40 euro taxi away. The rooms are super basic and not that clean. There were stains on the sheets and the windows were filthy on the inside. The bathrooms were ok. There was loud music playing until at least 3am preventing us all from sleeping. The breakfast was basic but ok. It wasn’t clear if the pool was open but the area around it needed a good clean, so much limescale everywhere and the glass next to the hot tub was smashed.

Mon train est arrivé en retard, et évidemment, le rrestaurant en face de l'hotel était fermé. Aucune mention de la part de l'hotel, donc privé de diner ! j'avais demandé une chambre avec vue mais malgré le fait que l'hotel etait quasiment vide, je n'ai eu droit qu'aux cuisines pour toute vue ! :-(

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The place is quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was good, but could use some small variations from time to time. A fridge or a safe in the room were missing, but that didn't however affect our stay in negative way and we've been told that these amenities shall be equipped later this year. We would definitly recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a nice and small location which is not overrun by all the tourists and we hope to be able to return soon.

Pity they don't offer a small fridge in the room. Cold drinks to buy in the lobby or waterfountain. We booked the hotel because of the position close to Gare TGV Aix All was fine.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly & helpful staff. The mattress was thin and pretty hard. The only bed cover was a thick duvet. It was hot & despite air conditioning the cover was too hot to use for sleeping. We could have used a lightweight cover like a sheet. Also bath towels were very thin & worn.

This one is on of the best IBIS hotel. Its located near the Golf of Cabries in very quiet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room are super clean the setup is almost new. The brekafast was really tasty. And up to the level.
