Lobby was newly redone, no elevator so you take stairs where the carpet is coming off and the steps are falling apart (coming down you feel like you’re going to slip off). 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was newly painted and redecorated but the floors were carpet and stained and very dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Bed was also very uncomfortable. We did not know you had to request housekeeping and there in nobody on the property between 10pm-6am so we did not get fresh towels and only had 1 roll of toilet paper. We won’t be staying again.

We didn't stay and I hope I'm not billed for it. It was under renovation and in the halls were machines and tools all over. It had no elevator and I have a bad knee. It looks nothing like what is on the website.

This hotel was previously Country Hearth Inn which was more than run down. The new owner has added some new paint and a very few new amenities but a pig with lip stick is still a pig. I guess Days Inn will let anyone be a franchise. Never again!

Suggestions: for a posted non-smoking motel the second floor hallway reeked of stale tobacca cigarete. first appearances are important. two different people at the event I attended decided not to stay at the motel due to the broken leather covering on the sofas in the enterance

Filthy room Sheets had black spots all over them , Clearly no one cleans the rooms good Cobwebs and ????? All over in the corners and edges Still have covid stuff up at check in , so ya cant hear anything, and its all sealed up 6/7 ft tall. Still under construction from previous fire. Parking lot was messy. Paid thru Expedia then got billed a second time after arrival. Called hotel about bill and was put on hold for a long time. I had to call Expedia to get hotel to issue a refund for charging me again for room. They did just get a new billing system so it could be part of the issue. But as far inside appearance the remodel looked nice. New beds tvs,etc

The room was very nice. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There was mold in the shower along the shower door and around the drain. Also the bathroom fan was very loud. Other than that the room was pleasant and quiet.

The staff was awesome, but my room was super noisy. The room next to me was some kind of mechanical room, and it buzzed all night. The room above me was making so much noise and banging, I could feel it through the walls in my bed. I didn't get any sleep. The hotel doesn't have any staff at night, just a computer in the lobby for check-ins. I wasn't sure how to even complain about it. The bathroom was a bit weird too. The shower door was held up by what looked like a robe tie and a hair tie to keep it closed on the opposite side from where you walk in.

Good for price. Only complaint was fan had to stay on with bathroom light. Very loud fan sounded like a jet engine. Elderly needed light on however fan way to loud. Evening desk clerk was very helpful and was so nice.

My son and I had to be in town for a family function. I've stayed here many times over the years, it is my go-to hotel in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. It's Washington Court House. We don't look for 5 star service, but we are always in good hands here. Will definitely be back the next time we're required to be in town.
