The hostel / hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which is isn’t particularly attractive however just a short walk is lovely little village. I travelled solo with a dog and found this a very good place to stay. The supermarket underneath the hostel is very good too. OneKey usage and a really good communication with reception made this an enjoyable stay.

Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée.

El registro muy rapido, lo hicimos aunque no era la hora marcada y no hubo ningun problema. Super amables en todo momento. La unica pega, que hacia un poco de calor en la habitacion, el aire acondicionado, aunque estaba a tope no enfriaba nada, pero no fue mucho problema. Supongo que en verano será peor. El sistema automatico de codigos funcionó super bien.

El registro muy rapido, lo hicimos aunque no era la hora marcada y no hubo ningun problema. Super amables en todo momento. La unica pega, que hacia un poco de calor en la habitacion, el aire acondicionado, aunque estaba a tope no enfriaba nada, pero no fue mucho problema. Supongo que en verano será peor. El sistema automatico de codigos funcionó super bien.

La atención y el servicio muy bueno, te ofrecen bebidas de cortesía como Cafe, te, leche y agua tienen un microondas a tu disposición en la recepción. Se podría mejorar Los colchones, pero la calidad precio está bien y que tengan las entradas por código esta genial. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Camas cómodas. En el baño hacía frio porque no había calefacción. El personal fue muy amable y se agradece un café gratuito por la mañana. Muy recomendable este alojamiento económico en esta preciosa localidad de Leitza.

El personal muy amable y atento. Pero el estado del hostal deja mucho que desear, no funcionaban la mitad de las luces, telarañas en la habitación, la mampara de la ducha rota, en general falta de mantenimiento y limpieza.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'établissement. Assez isolé, il n'y a pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel. Aux premiers abords nous pensions qu'il serait calme, mais malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas. Très mal isolé, nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin par des clients qui arrivaient à l'hôtel et qui plus est n'étaient pas très discrets. Nous les avons entendu prendre leur douche, aller aux toilettes...La chambre était plutôt spacieuse et très propre. L'accueil était chaleureux.

Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English

En lineas generales hemos estado bien. El recepcionista fue muy servicial y agradable. Lo que va bastante mal es el Internet y sería bueno arreglar la humedad del baño. La relación calidad & precio es buena.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très convenable pour une nuit d'étape. Petit bémol par rapport au check in, pourquoi noter que la réception est ouverte de 14h à 20h alors qu'il n'y avait personne à notre arrivée à 16h. Malgré plusieurs appels et messages au numéro indiqué, il a fallu attendre 2h dans la voiture avant de récupérer notre chambre. Dommage car sinon le tarif reste imbattable pour une famille de 4 personnes.

La chambre était propre et de taille convenable. Nous n avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre qui forcait trop. Bonne literie. Hôtel dans une zone industrielle. Nous reprochons le manque de personnel à l'accueil qui est quasiment inexistant. Difficile si souci de contacter ou joindre quelqu'un.

Very reasonable stay - extremely convenient for my trip - the heating didn't work for my stay but the host was apologetic - the room had two blankets which I did utilise for my one night stay. The room was clean and the shop downstairs was a blessing! the host kept my up to date prior to arrival all the way until I left, I'm sure if I informed them they would have done anything that they could to rectify the heating issue

Arrivée difficile (porte fermée, personne ne répondait aux numéros de téléphone). Nous avons attendu un moment avec nos 3 enfants en bas âges. La chambre était ok mais sonore (on entendait beaucoup les canalisations des voisins) et mériterait un petit coup de neuf (la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain était cassée). Cela a fait le job pour notre nuit escale.

The hostel / hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which is isn’t particularly attractive however just a short walk is lovely little village. I travelled solo with a dog and found this a very good place to stay. The supermarket underneath the hostel is very good too. OneKey usage and a really good communication with reception made this an enjoyable stay.

Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée.

Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English

La habitación es grande, está limpia y es cómoda. Entras activando la cerradura a través del móvil, así que es importante llevarlo encima y con batería. El hotel está en un polígono industrial, pero tienes salida desde allí mismo a rutas de montaña y el pueblo está a 2' andando.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'établissement. Assez isolé, il n'y a pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel. Aux premiers abords nous pensions qu'il serait calme, mais malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas. Très mal isolé, nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin par des clients qui arrivaient à l'hôtel et qui plus est n'étaient pas très discrets. Nous les avons entendu prendre leur douche, aller aux toilettes...La chambre était plutôt spacieuse et très propre. L'accueil était chaleureux.

Surprise à l arrivée, l impression d être dans une cité...mais aucun souci avec la voiture, très bon rapport qualité prix ( lit en 140)...et la taverne de brigitzia dans le village à découvrir 😍

Camas cómodas. En el baño hacía frio porque no había calefacción. El personal fue muy amable y se agradece un café gratuito por la mañana. Muy recomendable este alojamiento económico en esta preciosa localidad de Leitza.

La atención y el servicio muy bueno, te ofrecen bebidas de cortesía como Cafe, te, leche y agua tienen un microondas a tu disposición en la recepción. Se podría mejorar Los colchones, pero la calidad precio está bien y que tengan las entradas por código esta genial. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Ideal location for an overnight stop 5 minutes off the motorway This is a hotel with no staff present To access the property phone the number printed on the door They will send you a code to open the door, operate the lift, get in to the floor and it also opens your room door. It all works very well when you know that, but they should send you this information in advance. It is not very pleasant standing outside on the pavement not really knowing how to access the hotel. Once inside it is very pleasant for a overnight stay. Microwaves, fridges, cooker etc all a available to use in the common area. There is a Dia supermarket on the ground floor that is very good The town is a minutes walk away The hotel is in an industrial area but still quiet and beautifull scenenery

No staff when I arrived so had to find another hotel. Loads of migrants hanging around the entrance fighting each other and abusing the local residents. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

This place was excellent, great location, beautiful town, and great service, I called because I needed to check in late and they give me all the information over the phone so I could get there anytime I wanted. Also the small supermarket next to the hotel has the best fresh bread I tasted in a long time
