Excellent stay at Citadines Roces Quezon City. The room is clean and new. And as a hotel at the same time a service apartment is a great experience and very convenient for those who like a long staycation. Their staff are friendly and a breakfast buffet is really good. And as a furparent a sweet stay with my pet is a big point in us. Off course lets also do our part to be a responsible pet owner, follow the rules of the hotel and be considerate for others because Citadines open their door as a pet friendly hotel so we have to appreciate in both ways. Highly recommended for those near in QC area.

Located outside the tourist areas in a clean, safe neighborhood that I enjoyed walking through. Calling a Grab was easy and sometimes available before I could get to the ground floor. Several major malls within a 30 minute walk or 10 - 15 minute Grab ride (due to traffic in those areas). Rooms were decent sized though cost possibly a little higher than what might be expected for Philippines. Showers were always hot and service in the hotel very responsive. Many restaurants available for delivery throughout the night. 24 hour gym was great value with professional equipment and decent assortment of dumbbells. On site laundry was nice too though only accessible til 10 pm and required staff to start the wash / dry cycles. I stayed in a variety of rooms and floors for about 1 month here. Overall I think its a good base for exploring the greater Manilla area without being trapped in a high traffic zone or a noisy area with high foot traffic. Only 2 criticism is the internet speed and elevators. 2 of the three elevators are for guests. However, they are quite small and a bit slow. During the day it can take excess of 10 minutes just to get to the ground floor from any other floor. Also internet through stay was quite slow at speeds of ~10 - 20 Mbps if I recall. High enough for normal browsing but sometimes not sufficient for streaming services.

It was a last-minute booking. I had issues with another booking company! Citadine Roces Ave was a GREAT FIND! The location was centrally located for me. My reservation came with a breakfast buffet. It was a great spread, but it caters mostly to locals. There are not a lot of Western breakfast selections. The hotel is pretty brand new. There were issues with the hotel elevators. One elevator kept breaking down, and the hotel was busy with many people moving. I was on the 24th floor. I was also celebrating my birthday during my stay, and NONE of the hotel staff acknowledged that (it’s a simple gesture), not that I was expecting anything grand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and this hotel will be on my favorite list of hotels next time I am in Manila.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Their pool is under renovation but they go out of their way to arrange the use of the pool from another hotel. Only has 2 elevators so there could be a wait during busy hours.

This hotel deserves no more than one star. The only reason I gave more is because the guards are helpful, polite and sincere. They were alert and neat. Only one waitstaff (the lady with the short hair) was fantastic. Breakfast was meh, and barely changes daily. Dining area is tight with no sound insulation so noise is amplified. The waiting area is so tight and gets packed while waiting. The elevators are so slow and narrow. They should employ an odd even scheme so that even when events are booked, the wait times dont get so terrible. Staff - especially bellophs - should not use the guest elevators, only the service elevator. The concierge / front desk clerks are very poorly trained. Only 1 lady was sweet anpleasant. Lordwin was very contentious - always saying no. He worsened every situation by always airily stating the hotel has a hundred bookings. That is so rude and unprofessional. Guests dont need to know that useless bit. That is not even a great number for a large hotel chain; so not an excuse to be inefficient. Lordwin also looks unkempt. The guard was actually better at de-escalating problems by apologising and trying to remedy. No amenities at all in the room. There is filtered water, a couple of plates, mugs and glasses, bigger than usual ref and a microwave. However, there are no hand / face towels, toothbrush, cotton buds and other basics. The floor mat gets swept away by the shower door.

Great newly built hotel! The property is kept very neat and clean at all times. I stayed in a one-bedroom Premier Superior room, which was very spacious and included a sit-out area, a kitchen, and a washer-dryer. The hotel also features a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Numerous shopping areas and food places are just a 5-minute walk away. The best part is that it's slightly away from the crowded areas, yet everything is within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Citadines Roces Quezon City all have been extremely accommodating. The security personnel; the front door man, Romz and others; front desk staff; housekeeping and room services all felt like they went out of our way to assist and accomodate us regarding any concern and request that we had. The room was excellent and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy! Thank you all for a wonderful stay at Citadines Roces.

Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. The property is suppose to be pet friendly. I called 2 hours in advance of arrival to make sure it was and was confirmed by someone from I spoke to from Reception. She said it was pet friendly and that I had to pay 1,500 fee for the pet. Upon arrival with our dog, we were told that the room we booked was NOT pet friendly. We booked their most expensive 2 bedroom apartment at that. They also told us that the fee was 3,000 and not 1,500 as I was told earlier on the phone. They also asked as for our pets vaccination card which was not specified as a requirement. Of course we didnt have it because I did not know it was required. I asked to speak to a Manager who said we would be allowed to bring our pet and he waived the pet fee. Aditionally, we arrived a little after check-in time of 2pm but was told it was still being cleaned. We waited for 2 hours! and only allowed to check in at 4pm. For a hotel that advertises itself as pet friendly, their only restaurant, a coffee shop for breakfast, WAS NOT friendly. There is no outdoor space which is typical to be seated at if you have a pet. So even though our breakfast was paid for, we decided not to eat and checked out at 6:30am. I WILL NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Citadines Roces Quezon City all have been extremely accommodating. The security personnel; the front door man, Romz and others; front desk staff; housekeeping and room services all felt like they went out of our way to assist and accomodate us regarding any concern and request that we had. This hotel deserves no more than one star. The only reason I gave more is because the guards are helpful, polite and sincere. They were alert and neat. Only one waitstaff (the lady with the short hair) was fantastic. Breakfast was meh, and barely changes daily. Dining area is tight with no sound insulation so noise is amplified. The waiting area is so tight and gets packed while waiting. The elevators are so slow and narrow. They should employ an odd even scheme so that even when events are booked, the wait times dont get so terrible. Staff - especially bellophs - should not use the guest elevators, only the service elevator. The concierge / front desk clerks are very poorly trained. Only 1 lady was sweet anpleasant. Lordwin was very contentious - always saying no. He worsened every situation by always airily stating the hotel has a hundred bookings. That is so rude and unprofessional. Guests dont need to know that useless bit. That is not even a great number for a large hotel chain; so not an excuse to be inefficient. Lordwin also looks unkempt. The guard was actually better at de-escalating problems by apologising and trying to remedy. No amenities at all in the room. There is filtered water, a couple of plates, mugs and glasses, bigger than usual ref and a microwave. However, there are no hand / face towels, toothbrush, cotton buds and other basics. The floor mat gets swept away by the shower door.

Located outside the tourist areas in a clean, safe neighborhood that I enjoyed walking through. Calling a Grab was easy and sometimes available before I could get to the ground floor. Several major malls within a 30 minute walk or 10 - 15 minute Grab ride (due to traffic in those areas). Rooms were decent sized though cost possibly a little higher than what might be expected for Philippines. Showers were always hot and service in the hotel very responsive. Many restaurants available for delivery throughout the night. 24 hour gym was great value with professional equipment and decent assortment of dumbbells. On site laundry was nice too though only accessible til 10 pm and required staff to start the wash / dry cycles. I stayed in a variety of rooms and floors for about 1 month here. Overall I think its a good base for exploring the greater Manilla area without being trapped in a high traffic zone or a noisy area with high foot traffic. Only 2 criticism is the internet speed and elevators. 2 of the three elevators are for guests. However, they are quite small and a bit slow. During the day it can take excess of 10 minutes just to get to the ground floor from any other floor. Also internet through stay was quite slow at speeds of ~10 - 20 Mbps if I recall. High enough for normal browsing but sometimes not sufficient for streaming services.

It was a last-minute booking. I had issues with another booking company! Citadine Roces Ave was a GREAT FIND! The location was centrally located for me. My reservation came with a breakfast buffet. One elevator kept breaking down, and the hotel was busy with many people moving. I was on the 24th floor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and this hotel will be on my favorite list of hotels next time I am in Manila.

The hotel is ver well kept, hotel staff has excellent customer service and even their front guard dog Candy is very amiable. Breakfast is really great, they changed their breakfast menu everyday. Will come back again to stay.
