The self service machine for checking in did not function. We had to wait for a manager to come on the property and even then it didn’t function. The staff at the front desk was rude when we didn’t arrive at the time of our pickup for the shuttle. I heard her yelling to another guest so I just called an uber instead. The free shuttle was part of the reason why I reserved this hotel so that was disappointing.

I booked the hotel late in the evening. Upon arrival nobody was there and we could not enter the hotel. In spite of this this I have been fully charged for something I didnt get. Through my booker I am being told there is video documentation proving there was accesss, but have been unable to optain this. I would strongly reccomend not to pre pay for this hotel.

Checkin was terrible. No one is at the front deck after a certain time and the code they gave me didn’t work. I had to call someone to help. The sheets were disgusting and stained. When I did see people The next day, staff was kind, but overall not the best experience.

The room was so tiny, it was hard to move around with two people. I stayed there with my mom before leaving in the morning from the Marseille airport and we asked for two twin beds. We got two twin beds, but they were next to each other with no space in between and you couldn’t separate them because of built-in bedside shelves. the bathroom was so small that it reminded me of an airline bathroom. And the water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature of the shower water fluctuated every 15 to 30 seconds which was an adventure all on its own. No in room fridge, coffee maker, nothing. Just two paper cups in the bathroom. Only two towels were provided for two people. The hotel has no outside space to sit, it does not have an ice machine or any access to ice. The breakfast is extremely basic yet still 9.5 euros per person and not included if you book through Hotels.com. There was one window in the room that you could open, but you couldn’t keep it open because the planes literally fly overhead and are so loud that there’s no chance of sleeping if the window is open. It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. And it was basically clean. But we would not stay here again.
