O quarto estava sujo, com falhas visíveis de limpeza d acabamento de pintura. Havia sujeira nos cantos do banheiro e também embaixo da cama, o que causou uma péssima primeira impressão. O isolamento acústico é extremamente ruim. Qualquer ruído externo parecia acontecer dentro do quarto, tornando impossível dormir ou descansar adequadamente. Para completar, o quarto não possuía roupa de cama, algo totalmente inaceitável para uma hospedagem. Considerando o valor da diária, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Já me hospedei em hotéis com preços bem menores e com muito mais conforto, limpeza e qualidade.

Stay at this hotel only if you’re okay being jolted awake by early-morning construction. If low water pressure and sagging mattresses don’t bother you, then Park Regency might work for you. The lobby gives the illusion of a nice hotel, but the rooms tell a very different story. The worst part? BEDBUGS. When I reported it, I asked for a partial refund—reasonable, given the circumstances—but they refused. Their solution was a dinner voucher and access to a room for a few hours to store my luggage because I was checking out. Completely unacceptable. And shame on Hotels.com for offering zero support. They’re quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there’s a real issue. After this experience, I won’t be using their platform again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere too.

Infelizmente nossa estadia deixou a desejar e o atendimento igualmente. No mesmo dia que entramos constatamos que havia um vazamento de água no banheiro, que nao foi resolvido. O interfone do quarto não funcionava, reclamamos, não solucionaram. Encontrei uma barata no banheiro, reclamei por aqui e na recepção, nada foi feito. Por último, o Wi-Fi era uma piada de mau gosto, não dava pra ver televisão streaming.

Dont let the pictures fool you!! The lobby is nice, but the rooms feel like prisons. Everything is outdated and unwelcoming, and the beds are not comfortable. Terrible service from the staff. They are very rude and unprofessional. None of the doors to the rooms are alignmened correctly so they all slam when trying to shut which makes it extremely loud, especially in the mornings. I woke up every morning to the sound of loud door slams from all the other rooms on my floor. I would never stay here again.

Atendimento muito bom. No entanto o hotel está em obras o que deixa os elevadores sujos e os quartos com poeira no chão. As portas dos quartos estão empenadas. Isso faz com que a todo minuto você ouve as portas baterem inclusive de madrugada. O Wi-Fi é muito lento sendo possível ser utilizado somente para troca de mensagens. Fazer vídeo ou áudio conferência é impossível.

O hotel é ok, café da manhã maravilhoso, mas tem alguns pontos que podem melhorar. Nosso chuveiro, por exemplo, saía muita água e acabava molhando muito o banheiro, é um hotel na beira mar mas não tem um chuveiro para tirar a areia antes de subir para os quartos. The rooms were outdated and the bed was hard. Morning staff was very nice and spoke a little English which was helpful. The plus side, right near the beach. The outside of the hotel look brand new while the rooms and hallways are being renovated and look spooky.

O atendente foi meio grosseiro. Cheguei com alguns colegas de trabalho para utilizarmos 3 quartos. Foi solicitado, pelo menos, 1 early checkin o que foi negado com a justificativa de que não tinha quarto disponível (não convincente). Pedimos para deixar as malas e nos foi cobrado o valor de $30,00 por mala, o que consideramos um absurdo. Não voltarei mais a esse hotel.

Reservei por 2 noites, para ir com a esposa, e tenho que dizer que a experiência foi ótima, lugar aconchegante, café da manhã uma delicia, um dos melhores que ja vivenciamos. Pontos para melhorias,seria o WiFi e elevador,fora isso, o atendimento tambem é otimo. Voltaria com toda a certeza mais vezes,pois a localidade é ótima, perto da praia, perto de mercados e restaurantes. E pra quem ficar no hotel, aconselho o Quiosque do Mané e beber a caipirinha no Quiosque da Morena.

Fantastic and kind staff. The breakfast buffet was great and beyond your standard continental breakfast. Great shower water pressure! Cons: Area around the hotel is very walkable, but doesn't feel the cleanest. People don't clean up after their dogs so there was a lot of poo on the sidewalks in the whole neighborhood. The hotel is currently rennovating rooms so there was a lot of noisy construction. Our friends stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was quite cute. Our room was plain and basic even though we paid extra for a balcony (not really worth it honestly). I'm sure when renovations are complete, the rooms will feel more modern.

We loved how close to the beach it was, like 5 min walk, the breakfast was pretty decent and fullfiling, there was farmacy, laundry mat, supermarket and so much just 5 to 10 min walks. It could be more clean, but overall I could stay there as mostly I was out enjoying Rio.

Desayuno muy bueno, hay mucha variedad. El ascensor debería tener un poco más de mantenimiento. El área está en un muy buen sitio, la pasamos bien.
