New building with nice co-working spaces, good for a long stay.

Wir sind hin und weg von stay coook! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist umgeben von verschiedenen Cafés und Restaurants. Jeweils fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es einen Konsum und in der anderen Richtung verschiedenste Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze sind direkt vor Ort nur schwer zu finden. Allerdings gibt es in dem Konsum ein Parkhaus für 10€/Tag. Das Hotel selbst lädt von der ersten Minute zum Bleiben ein. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Die Möbel wirken sehr ausgewählt, man möchte eigentlich alles direkt nachkaufen. Gefallen haben uns auch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten in der Lobby: Kaffeemaschine, Gemeinschaftsküche, Billard-Tisch, verschiedene Spiele und sogar ein Fernseher mit PlayStation. Außerdem gibt es einen Außenbereich mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie eine Dachterasse.

Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful - there was a minor problem with the first room we were assigned to, but the staff fixed it right away, no drama. There is a kitchen and laundry accessible 24 hours a day, which was very useful as we were jet lagged and really needed a cup of coffee at 3 am! Location is perfect for us: ten minute walk from the busiest areas, area is quiet and calm but still with a grocery and several cafes nearby. I will certainly look for StayKoook locations when I visit other cities in Germany, and I recommend the Leipzig location.

Quirky property. Loved the pool table and communal areas. The target board on the back of the bedroom door was a great touch.

This is my second time staying at Stay Kooook — the first was in Bern, and now in Leipzig — and once again, it was an excellent experience! The concept is very cool and modern, with everything designed for convenience and comfort. The self check-in is super easy, the rooms are well equipped, and I love having access to a kitchen and laundry facilities. The common area is stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing or working. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything. Stay Kooook has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay when I travel!

Top Lage, Bars und Restaurants direkt nebenan. Alles kontaktlos möglich, Schlüssel alles über die App, sehr cool 👍 auch sehr coole Einrichtung. einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten waren begrenzt und wir mussten 10 Minuten weiter weg in einem Parkhaus parken. Aber sonst gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr einzigartige und schöne Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber und die Qualität war top. Sehr gute Lage. Alles wichtige innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

La chambre était fonctionnelle et bien aménagée pour 4 personnes. La salle de bain et la chambre étaient propre ainsi que le inge de lit et les serviettes de toilette.

Es war echt super schön, das Hotel hatte eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr modern, da man sein Handy als Schlüssel benutzen KONNTE, wenn man wollte. Es gab unten sogar eine Küche und einen Kühlschrank, wo man Sachen lagern konnte. Die Dusche war total super und alles war sauber. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, wäre ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, was aber trotzdem nicht so schlimm war, dass ich einen Stern abziehen würde. Alles waren nett und zuvorkommend, man konnte alle sogar über WhatsApp erreichen und hat immer zeitnah eine Antwort bekommen. Immer gerne wieder.

It's close to a lot of attractions, safe, and welcoming. It's new and clean. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to Kooook Leipzig City hosts!

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gibt ein paar Nachteile die wir persönlich nicht so mögen: -zu viel Technik, Haupteingang, Zimmertüre lassen sich nur über das Handy öffnen, Lichtschalter nicht erkennbar für welche Lampe. -Familienstudio ist nicht machbar, mit Teenager oder Jugendlichen, da das Badezimmer komplett aus Glas und somit durchsichtig ist. -Frühstück würde ich persönlich ebenfalls nicht mehr mit dazu buchen, sehr mager und schade das es keine größere Auswahl gibt. -Wenn ein Parkplatz benötigt wird, muss man hier zu viel bezahlen. Würde ich ebenfalls nicht mehr buchen.

Wir kommen total gern ins Staykoook und lieben die Atmosphäre, die großzügige Küche und die gemütlichen Sofas… Nur eine Sache sollte man ändern: die Badtür, komplett aus Glas… keinerlei Privatsphäre und mit Teenagern schwierig…

Veldig gode fasiliteter og plassering. Ansatt til stede til 22.00, så vi fikk god hjelp selv om alt kunne styres via telefonen. Stille, bortsett fra natt til søndag hvor det dundret høy musikk til langt på natt. Rom ut mot gaten hørte mindre til dette enn mitt som var inn mot gårdsplassen. Vi var en venninnegjeng med damer på over 50 som gjerne overnatter her igjen.

Automated accomodation experience Stay Koook has automated the experience in an effort to reduce staff as it seems. The main guest is asked to check in online, also requiring to provide personal contact data of all guests, which might not be preference for most as to data privacy. The experience overall isn't as user friendly, which means the one staff member (who doesn't even have a proper space and needs to hang out on a sofa) has to support each guest in figuring out how to get around. The staff member however was very friendly and incredibly patient. Room Design They clearly made an effort to design the rooms uniquely. Which per se is a fun idea. Though the execution shows that neither the designer nor any executive signing up on the designs has tried their "own dogfood". In our room the bed was placed in the middle of the room, leaving little space to move around or keep your things orderly - to make it even more messy, you are supposed to hang your clothes on the walls around the bed. Besides the missing wardrobe, the designer also wanted to spare the bathroom - moving the sink out in the open and the shower behind see through glass, which is a mirror when inside the shower. When showering, you not just have to throw your towel on the floor outside of the shower (because no towel hooks), you also wet the floor. The lack of privacy and space to move around to keep things organized makes the rooms unpleasant. Location The area the hotel is in is nice.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, jedoch hatten wir eins in der ersten Etage über der Einfahrt wo man unter uns die Wäschewagen ab 6 Uhr laut hörte. Das war sehr unschön.

Ohne den Check in Code, den Expedia nicht gesendet hat, kein selbst Check in möglich. Ansonsten top Hotel und super freundliches Personal. Fehler liegt bei Expedia

Schönes modernes Hotel mit schmucken Design. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Türöffnung per Handy hat immer funktioniert, aber zur Sicherheit kann man auch eine Türkarte bekommen.

While they overbooked the family room that we had purchased, they were able to meet our needs with two rooms next to each other. The place is great and very modern, great for families and an all around really cool place.

Meine Bewertung leidet darunter, dass Expedia die Voraussetzungen für die Buchung nicht explizit nennt: Man benötigt nämlich eine Kreditkarte sowie ein Smartphone (mit mobilen Daten), um stressfrei ein- und auszuchecken. Nachdem ich über Expedia die Buchung via Paypal vornehmen konnte, musste ich die City Tax in Höhe von 2,94 € vor Ort mit Kreditkarte zahlen; diesen Betrag nimmt Expedia nicht in die Buchung auf. In Ermangelung einer Kreditkarte, war ich auf das Entgegenkommen der Mitarbeiter angewiesen, war ich sehr lobe, mir aber viel Aufwand verursachte, angesichts des marginalen Betrages. Da das Hotel aber voll digitalisiert ist - selbst die Zimmertür öffnet man über einen Schieberegler im Browser - bekommt man erst nach kompletter Zahlung einen entsprechenden Link. Das Hotel agiert komplett bargeldfrei und (noch) ohne Paypal-Zahlung. Ein Lob an Anja, die mir den Zugang trotz zunächst offener Zahlung ermöglichte. An Expedia: Stellt heraus, dass nur beim Vorhandensein einer Kreditkarte sowie eines Smartphones ein (stressfreier) Aufenthalt möglich ist.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der komplett digitale Prozess des Check In und der Türen. Es sind aber meist Mitarbeiter vor Ort die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind.

Super beliggenhed, fin indretning, godt koncept

Sehr praktische Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten: ob man im Hotel frühstücken will oder um die Ecke oder im schönen gut ausgestatteten Zimmer - alles kein Problem. Sehr zentrale Lage mit fussläufiger Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt oder Tramhaltestelle. Einzig die Matratze hat mir nicht gut gefallen und dass Bedienungsanleitung für Geschirrspüler oder Bluetoothbox nicht sichtbar waren, aber für 2 Tage auf jeden Fall mehr als nur OK.

Værelset var i fin stand, personalet var tilstedeværende, selvom det var svært at se om det var hotelgæster eller værter. Morgenmad var ikke prangende, brødet var optøet og ikke bagt, der var lidt for få udvalg i forhold til prisen.

Sehr innovatives Hotelkonzept. Perfekte Lage zentrumsnah. Lediglich deutliche Abstriche beim Frühstück. Sehr überschaubares Angebot, nicht sichtbarer, unmotivierter Service. Wer das Geschirr der Vorgänger selbst abräumen und den Tisch abputzen möchte bucht das Frühstücksbuffet - anspnsten Finger weg.
