Lovely little place, tucked away down a little lane but close to the Newton Abbot - Totnes Road. It is very comfortable and the shower is brilliant! There are plenty of place within easy reach - we went to the amazing House of Marbles in Bovey Tracey, Salcombe, Greenway and more. Fermoys is just up the road and has a great Farm Shop and the nearby Pig and Whistle was great for dining out. Highly recommended.

The generous welcome pack got us off to a great start, and we found the Annex to be well designed, well equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean.It's well located for visiting the surrounding countryside, coast, towns and places of interest by car.All in all we very much enjoyed our stay here.
