Meget bra plassering med nærhet til alt. 10% rabatt på skiutleie over gaten. Lagring av ski i garasjen under hotellet. God frokost og fin afterski bar. Et lite minus for at internet og TV ikke fungerte i rommet. Vi sa fra i resepsjonen med svar at « i noen etasjer fungerer nettet dårlig». Beklager, men i 2025 så skal nettet fungere i ALLE etasjer. Litt retro stil i gangene, men ellers et meget bra hotel.

We were disappointed that the bar was not open until next season and there was no evening meals available. We realise that there is no restaurant as such but previously we have had good bar snacks in this hotel. We did not find the beds very comfortable. We far preferred the sister hotel the Trevenque.

The lobby and pool area (which you have to pay 25€ per person to access) are beautiful. However, the first room I was put in had a terrible smell and lots of mold in the bathroom. The front desk justified the mold due to the rooms being out dated. The front desk staff had no intent to change my room on the first night. I had to have Expedia call them . I even ended up crying in the front desk area. I felt scammed. After lots of back and forward I was finally changed rooms. To another room that did not even match the pictures and still had mold. However, at least it did not smell bad. The food at the hotel is great and fresh definitely enjoyed it. Also the views from the rooms were beautiful and the location was great and close to everything.

Las areas comunes estan muy bien. Les hace fakta un buen bar del hotel. El que tienen concesionado no funciona todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones les hace falta una buena reforma.

Lovely to back at the Ziryab after Covid. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Ths is one of the best located hotels in Sierra Nevada, and even has it's own ski lockers below the lifts. Very useful indeed.

Buen hotel. La parte ya reformada está muy muy bien. Cuando reformen las habitaciones y abran la piscina será una pasada. El personal muy amable y atento. Por poner un pero, la cobertura y la wifi en las habitaciones es muy mala. A parte de esto, el resto es de 10.

Fantastic location for easy access to the ski slopes and the main underground carpark. We arrived on opening day of The Mountains Hotel (formerly The Ziryab). It now has a beautiful new reception, bar and dining room with great breakfast buffet. Rooms are still old spanish style but spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable.

Hotel con lavado de cara en cuanto a la recepción y restauración, pero las habitaciones no dejan de ser antiguas y ya ni que decir del baño, sale agua marrón en la ducha, el water y el lavabo. Lo transmito y enseño las fotos y video en recepción y la respuesta es que no hay ningun problema sanitario para su uso, se han quejado varios clientes y esa es la respuesta. Carteles de los ascensores laterales que señalan que se sube a recepción y sólo suben hasta la -2.

Valor cobrado pela diaria incompatível com as acomodações. Cama muito ruim, quarto pequeno. Nao houve reposição de agua e os suprimentos de banheiro. Nem os copos lavaram ou trocaram. Simplesmente arrumaram a cama. Barulho forte nos corredores, comida no restaurante do hotel bem abaixo. Pedimos rigatone a bolonhesa pra compartir e mesmo assim ficou metade no prato.

Os nivos quartos cheiravam a esgoto, quando reclamamos ficou ckaro que isso já era um problema recorrente, nos ofereceran outro quarto, mas, o cheiro era o mesmo. Realmente uma pena o hotel está investindo para melhorar, porém, parecem não se preocupar com questões básicas.

Fint hotel vid entré och i alla samlingsytor. Rummen sen 80-talet men funkar för en natt. Frukosten mycket bra och stor. Middagsbuffén ok men köttet som stektes var tunt och helt segt. I övrigt ok men inget WOW.

The entrance, lobby and bar were lovely but the room was very dated, holes in walls and peeling wallpaper. Very ugly decor and not what you’d expect from a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying there but visit for a drink instead.

Public areas of the hotel are modern and well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing and access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing and well organised. However the bedroom decor was tired and the bedroom was small and felt smaller due to the presence of an extra bed. We were on the -2 level which was directly under the dining room and had the constant sound of chairs being pulled across the floor. Our ‘mountain view’ also included an area piled high with waste as well as the roof of the floor below which had the slate tiles removed ( and stacked on our windowsill). Bar service in the evening was very slow as there seemed to be only one person serving to a packed room. Disappointing for such an expensive hotel!

I loved the Mountain Hotel. Breakfast was amazing, the staff very attentive, the public areas are beautiful and very comfortable and it has the best views in Sierra Nevada. My only criticism is that there are not balconies in the bedrooms and the rooms are a bit basic but the shower was the most powerful I have ever used. Overall I loved the experience and I will be back.

Jag hade get hotellet betydligt högre poäng om det inte var för: - Frukost som skulle vara varm var kall båda dagarna -En receptionist, en man, hade dålig attityd och lät oss vänta i ca 15 - 20 min medan han diskuterade semester och annat med en gäst som stod före oss. Detta skedde, givetvis, när de hade ärende till receptionen men man tycker att receptionisten kunde snabba på då han såg att vi/gäster stod och väntade. Dock fanns en kvinna i receptionen, glasögon och långt hår, som är definitionen av bra kundsupport. Hon var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam vilket, om det var hon som stått där hela tiden, hade ökat bedöma ingen av hotellet.

Dock fanns en kvinna i receptionen, glasögon och långt hår, som är definitionen av bra kundsupport. Hon var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam vilket, om det var hon som stått där hela tiden, hade ökat bedöma ingen av hotellet.

Public areas of the hotel are modern and well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing and access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing and well organised. However the bedroom decor was tired and the bedroom was small and felt smaller due to the presence of an extra bed. We were on the -2 level which was directly under the dining room and had the constant sound of chairs being pulled across the floor. Our ‘mountain view’ also included an area piled high with waste as well as the roof of the floor below which had the slate tiles removed ( and stacked on our windowsill). Bar service in the evening was very slow as there seemed to be only one person serving to a packed room. Disappointing for such an expensive hotel!

Fue un plan improvisado, hicimos la reserva 40 minutos antes de llegar, el hotel había inaugurado la temporada el día de antes y cuando llegamos hubo un malentendido con la habitación y lejos de llegar a tener un desacuerdo con ellos de momento nos ofrecieron una compensación que nos facilito además el concer más los servicios del hotel y nos quedamos encantados, el sitio es espectacular pero sin duda me quedo con el trato del personal destacando al responsable del restaurante y recepción.

We were disappointed that the bar was not open until next season and there was no evening meals available. We realise that there is no restaurant as such but previously we have had good bar snacks in this hotel. We did not find the beds very comfortable. We far preferred the sister hotel the Trevenque.

The lobby and pool area (which you have to pay 25€ per person to access) are beautiful. However, the first room I was put in had a terrible smell and lots of mold in the bathroom. The front desk justified the mold due to the rooms being out dated. The front desk staff had no intent to change my room on the first night. I had to have Expedia call them . I even ended up crying in the front desk area. I felt scammed. After lots of back and forward I was finally changed rooms. To another room that did not even match the pictures and still had mold. However, at least it did not smell bad. The food at the hotel is great and fresh definitely enjoyed it. Also the views from the rooms were beautiful and the location was great and close to everything.

Perfecta, para una sola noche todas nuestras necesidades han sido atendidas. Todo esta a proximidad. Ademas el desayuno buffet de calidad y para todos los gustos ha sido igual por no decir mejor que las grandes cadenas hoteleras Españolas en un pasado no muy lejano.

Nice hotel the location is perfect for skiing trip to Sierra Nevada. The new owner did some nice upgrades. Rooms are nice and been refurbished but there is a lot of not from hall and other rooms so earplugs are needed for a good night sleep. There are lots of couch areas in the hotel where you can chill with the family and play cards etc. The menu card in the restaurant was only in Spanish and some other instructions in the spa are was also only available in Spanish. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection but be there when they open otherwise you risk standing in line. In general you get good value for money at the hotel.

Fint hotel vid entré och i alla samlingsytor. Rummen sen 80-talet men funkar för en natt. Frukosten mycket bra och stor. Middagsbuffén ok men köttet som stektes var tunt och helt segt. I övrigt ok men inget WOW.

El hotel tiene buena reforma y esta muy bien ubicado. Pasamos dos noches y una nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. La caja fuerte tampoco funcionaba. Para ser un hotel nuevo le falta mantenimiento. El personal estupendo. El desayuno muy bien. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas. En general un hotel correcto que debería mejorar en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, no es admisible tener que ducharse una mañana con agua fría...

The view amazing, great food, rooms need to be soundproof as you can barely sleep, you can hear all noises from the outside of the hallway, and upper rooms. Other than that its a great place to stay and enjoy the snow
