Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool.

Pool overlooks the sea and there is a large lounge to relax in plus a small gym. Room was clean and adequate with a great kitchenette within the room, cooker, microwave, saucepans, kettle and a full fridge freezer. We would stay here again.

Sad to note there wasn’t a swimming pool per se but only an adult wading pool that allows you to enjoy the cooling off & sunset. No attendant in sight in the gym ( suppose to collect pool towel) & no pool towels available except the small ones. Went down @ 4.00pm to 6th level & left about 5.00pm or so when I sighted hotel staff with the load of clean fresh pool towels! Only a coffeeshop available for dining with limited menu choices. Not convenient for those on short stays despite the fact that my room has the kitchen facilities & cutlery.

프론트직원이 아주 친절했고 층에 구비되어 있는 정수기가 아주 유용했습니다. 문이 너무 무겁긴 했지만 객실 내부에 다양한물품도 완벽하게 구비되어있어 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!

1.룸컨은 나름 괜찮습니다. 레지던스의 딱 그정도 느낌입니다. 호텔에 비하면 조금 아쉬운.. 신상호텔 답게 집기들은 다 새거인것이 티남 2. 조식은 많이 아쉽습니다. 선택을 안하는게 더 나을듯 해요. 3. 수영장 메인풀장이 2개인데 인피니티풀장쪽만 이용 가능합니다. 중앙쪽 풀장은 맞은편 호텔쪽분들이 이용하는 풀장임. 인피니티풀쪽이 한가하며 수질도 좋고 전망도 좋아서 큰 풀만은 없었습니다. 4. 주변환경이 좀 아쉽습니다. 조금 늦은시간 외부로 나가면 큰쥐와 바퀴벌레들과 마주치게 됩니다. 워터프론트 라인이라 바로앞 시장이 형성되어 있어서 어쩔 수 없는 환경인것은 이해하지만 와이프가 보고 큰 충격을 받았네요. 이런 환경은 잘고려해야 할 것 같네요.

第一晚酒店房有蟑螂， 房門開關不順， 每次開一半都聽到門鉸的聲音， 出入時全個走廊都聽到。 跟他們說換房只說滿了。 叫他們做清潔也不置可否。 另， 問及附近地點， 職員都說不清楚。 例如郵局， 他們只說很近行4分鐘， 叫我出門口自己google. 一個說關門， 另一個又說有開放。 問他們哪裡有明信片買。 只說周日店鋪關門。 但明明隔離商場地庫有售。 基本上地理位置好硬件不錯。 但就是員工服務有待改善

직원들은 정말 친절합니다. 요청하는 건들은 시간이 오래걸려도 해줬어요. 하지만 욕조 배수가 좋지않아 샤워때마다 힘들었고, 페이스타월이 준비되지않아서 요청해서 받아야했어요. 에이전트의 실수로 예약한 방과 다른 방이 배정되어 시작부터 그다지 기분이 좋지않았는데, 욕실 청소상태가 좋지 않아 더 별로였어요. 위치는 정말좋아요. 바로 앞에 필리피노마켓으로 망고랑바나나튀김, 닭꼬치, 나시고랭등을 포장해서 피곤한날 방에서 편하게 먹었고, 가야 스트릿이랑도 가까워서 이펑락사, 유잇청에서 조식을 사먹었어요. 제셀톤선착장도 걸어서 10분정도 였어요. 로비층에 편의점 있고, 1분거리에 정말 싸고 맛난 아이스크림 가게가 있어요. 장점은 많지만 다시 가고싶지는 않아요. 욕실이 너무불편했고, 세탁실이 사용료가 너무 비쌌어요.

Spacious room. Comfort bed. But smells in the sewage pipe drainage area around the shower or the toilet area on our day 4 and 5. Washroom was clean but not sure why the sewage smell. Also the cabinets in the kitchen had an unpleasant smell. All the cabinets looked clean but not sure why the smell when opening the cabinets. May need fresh hot clean towels to wipe the inside cabinets. Convenient area; only 10 mins walk to Suria mall, surrounded by lots of markets and restaurants. Disappointed no one wait for us at the airport when landed and we had to ask a stranger to help us call the hotel that was booked in advance. They didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience (waited for 90 mins) but they did apologize. Will we come back again, yes we will. Giving this place another chance next time. The cleaning team was excellent and friendly as well as the front staff.

Fantastic hotel. Brand new, good sizing and the room were very well equipped. The value for money was good and again, because it is very new, everything was in very good condition. Good location as well. Would return again definitely!

Super super flot lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt ud over havet . Lejligheden har en god størrelse, vi var tre , så en sov på opredning i stuen. Lejligheden ligger centralt ca 1 km til det største mall og lidt under 1 km til havnen, hvor der arrangeres et væld af ture ud på forskellige øer

직원들은 정말 친절합니다. 요청하는 건들은 시간이 오래걸려도 해줬어요. 하지만 욕조 배수가 좋지않아 샤워때마다 힘들었고, 페이스타월이 준비되지않아서 요청해서 받아야했어요. 에이전트의 실수로 예약한 방과 다른 방이 배정되어 시작부터 그다지 기분이 좋지않았는데, 욕실 청소상태가 좋지 않아 더 별로였어요. 위치는 정말좋아요. 바로 앞에 필리피노마켓으로 망고랑바나나튀김, 닭꼬치, 나시고랭등을 포장해서 피곤한날 방에서 편하게 먹었고, 가야 스트릿이랑도 가까워서 이펑락사, 유잇청에서 조식을 사먹었어요. 제셀톤선착장도 걸어서 10분정도 였어요. 로비층에 편의점 있고, 1분거리에 정말 싸고 맛난 아이스크림 가게가 있어요. 장점은 많지만 다시 가고싶지는 않아요. 욕실이 너무불편했고, 세탁실이 사용료가 너무 비쌌어요.

We arrived at the property all was going well till we had a fire and had to vacate the property at 1 am and couldnt get back to our romm till 5 am to get our gear after seeing the manager in the lobby and speaking to the hotel twice we keep getting fobbed off after they promised the refund. The facility is nice but the management need to honour their promuses and at least email us

Spacious room. Comfort bed. But smells in the sewage pipe drainage area around the shower or the toilet area on our day 4 and 5. Washroom was clean but not sure why the sewage smell. Also the cabinets in the kitchen had an unpleasant smell. All the cabinets looked clean but not sure why the smell when opening the cabinets. May need fresh hot clean towels to wipe the inside cabinets. Convenient area; only 10 mins walk to Suria mall, surrounded by lots of markets and restaurants. Disappointed no one wait for us at the airport when landed and we had to ask a stranger to help us call the hotel that was booked in advance. They didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience (waited for 90 mins) but they did apologize. Will we come back again, yes we will. Giving this place another chance next time. The cleaning team was excellent and friendly as well as the front staff.

Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool.

Super super flot lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt ud over havet . Lejligheden har en god størrelse, vi var tre , så en sov på opredning i stuen. Lejligheden ligger centralt ca 1 km til det største mall og lidt under 1 km til havnen, hvor der arrangeres et væld af ture ud på forskellige øer

We have no complaints about the unit when we walked in however it was located in a bad part of a disgusting town of Kota Kinabalu. We could not bring ourselves to stay and left and went up the street and checked into the Marriott.

1.룸컨은 나름 괜찮습니다. 레지던스의 딱 그정도 느낌입니다. 호텔에 비하면 조금 아쉬운.. 신상호텔 답게 집기들은 다 새거인것이 티남 2. 조식은 많이 아쉽습니다. 선택을 안하는게 더 나을듯 해요. 3. 수영장 메인풀장이 2개인데 인피니티풀장쪽만 이용 가능합니다. 중앙쪽 풀장은 맞은편 호텔쪽분들이 이용하는 풀장임. 인피니티풀쪽이 한가하며 수질도 좋고 전망도 좋아서 큰 풀만은 없었습니다. 4. 주변환경이 좀 아쉽습니다. 조금 늦은시간 외부로 나가면 큰쥐와 바퀴벌레들과 마주치게 됩니다. 워터프론트 라인이라 바로앞 시장이 형성되어 있어서 어쩔 수 없는 환경인것은 이해하지만 와이프가 보고 큰 충격을 받았네요. 이런 환경은 잘고려해야 할 것 같네요.

Sad to note there wasn’t a swimming pool per se but only an adult wading pool that allows you to enjoy the cooling off & sunset. No attendant in sight in the gym ( suppose to collect pool towel) & no pool towels available except the small ones. Went down @ 4.00pm to 6th level & left about 5.00pm or so when I sighted hotel staff with the load of clean fresh pool towels! Only a coffeeshop available for dining with limited menu choices. Not convenient for those on short stays despite the fact that my room has the kitchen facilities & cutlery.
