Front desk staff are very helpful; The breakfast was very plentiful.

Friendly staff , the rooms on the main floor is basically in the kitchen , you can hear the dishes and staff talking its just too close to the dining area not a good spot for roomz

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and openly insulting, showing no basic respect for guests. Communication was a major issue, as they could not speak English and relied entirely on a translation app, which led to further problems. When we asked to speak with management, the supervisor refused to listen, accused us of lying without any investigation, and ignored our request to review the recorded conversations. This level of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was ok just to sleep very small rooms there is a nightclub next to the hotel it was bothering us if you are looking for a quiet place don’t bother there are few coffee shops close to the hotel but not my cup of tea!
