Der Aufenthalt (Nächte DZ) hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, die Betten sind sehr gut (Matratzen, Kopfkissen). Schön wäre eine 2. Steckdose am Bett gewesen - es gibt auch Menschen, die nachts Hilfsgeräte anschließen müssen. Aber sonst alles gut. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Wenn man (erfreulicherweise nach einer langen Nacht in Berlin) erst um 12 Uhr auschecken möchte, ist es kontraproduktiv, dass das Personal bereits um kurz vor 9 an die Türe klopft und mit dem Schlüssel versucht aufzuschließen, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Konnte danach nicht mehr einschlafen - blöd! Frühstück dürfte auch etwas kostengünstiger sein, zwar gute Auswahl, aber auch nichts Extravagantes für den Preis von 21 € pP/Tag. Achtung, Parkplätze innerhalb des Hotelgeländes kosten 6 € pro Tag, gleich hinter dem Zaun: nix! Aber wie gesagt, sonst alles toll. Nette Rezeption. Gerne wieder.

The hotel was good but the Restaurant/Bistro wasn't open for dinner and there wasn't a bar which can be a good social Area. There was a vending machine for drinks but you needed cash.

Für ein Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn (Direktverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und Brandenburger Tor) und Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Rossmann, dm Drogeriemarkt sowie Getränke Hoffmann in der Nähe. Weiterhin Restaurants wie ein Italiener und Chinese. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Parkplätze auch kostenlos im öffentlichen Verkehrsraum zu finden. Abends vlei ein wenig schwieriger.

Stayed at Tierpark for few days during my trip and I must say that the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The stay was very comfortable, check-in check-out processes were smooth and there is a free outside parking available next to the hotel which is really nice. Tram stop is few steps outside the hotel and public commute is very easy. City can be reached via public transport in 30 mins. I will definitely visit again.

Ingen aircondition, så det var varmt, der var en blæser på værelset som larmede. Jeg boede der i 3 nætter, der var ingen rengøringen i de 3 nætter og vores håndklæder blev hellere ikke skifet i de 3 nætter. Det varmt og lugtede af fugt. Solen skinnede ind på toilettet, så man fik sol i hovedet når man sad på toilettet, så der var inge gardiner. Gammelt inventar og tæppe, trænger virkelig til en stor renovering

Die Sauberkeit eines Zimmers gehört immer dazu!! Dass man einen Tag im Voraus das bitten muss finde ich schlecht! Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, jetzt im Herbst schön warm und relativ groß. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig! Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter!

Ok snap dat er een tekort is aan personeel. Maar dat je kamer alleen wordt gepoetst op uitdrukkelijk verzoek vind ik jammer. Eventjes handdoeken wisselen kost geen tijd.

Das Hotel ist von außen sicher kein Hingucker und die Umgebung auch nicht. Die Zimmer sind aber großzügig was die Größe angeht, die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer sauber. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Räume im Sommer sehr warm sind und das dann halt ohne Klimaanlage. Die Anbindung in die Stadt ist durch die Nähe der U-Bahn absolut perfekt. Aufgrund dessen würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Room clean and spacious. Top tip, there is a fan in the wardrobe, use it to keep room cool. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the underground, which has regular trains, takes you into the heart of Berlin in just over 20 minutes.

Der Straßenlärm war sehr laut. Konnte keine Nacht schlafen. Zimmerwechsel wurde versprochen, konnte aber dann nicht ermöglicht werden. Unehrliche Versprechen schaffen keinen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war ansonsten sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist mit 19,- Euro pro Person viel zu teuer!

Das Zimmer hatte ingesamt 3 Steckdosen, für jemanden der geschäftlich unterwegs ist und Smartphone, Notebook etc. laden muss, eindeutig zu wenig. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem alten Plattenbau, welcher nicht klimatisiert ist, im Hochsommer fällt daher noch eine weitere Steckdose für den Ventilator weg. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Super nettes Personal. Haben super Tipps gegeben um Berlin zu entdecken. Alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und immer freundlich und ein Lächeln im Gesicht. U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn in wenige Meter vor dem Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

If you’re staying in the Karlshorst area this is an excellent choice. A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. I dropped one star where I would only have deducted a half, because having requested a toilet roll at reception it never turned up. Despite breakfast not being included in my deal via Expedia, reception insisted it was despite my denials. Fine on the first morning but I was questioned on the second and required to pay. This wasn’t a problem as I had been prepared to pay anyway but reception need to double check this on arrival as it’s hard not to feel uncomfortable when staff are looming over your table! My room had no air conditioning which may be a deal breaker for some, especially as Berlin can get hot, but there were large openable windows so it wasn’t hard to cool the room and we have to save the planet after all!

Single Bed is too small. Shower room is too small. One of night shift reception was not so friendly. No room air conditioner but potable stand was provided. Breakfast was wonderful & staffs were very helpful & professional. We’re satisfied overall during our 3 nights stay at Hotel.

Single Bed is too small. Shower room is too small. One of night shift reception was not so friendly. No room air conditioner but potable stand was provided. Breakfast was wonderful & staffs were very helpful & professional. We’re satisfied overall during our 3 nights stay at Hotel.

Very helpful staff also friendly. Ideal location to travel in and around Berlin if you wish to sightsee. The food was of a high standard.Rooms and hotel overall extremely clean and spacious.Reception staff wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.I would definitely stay here again and more than happy to recommend this hotel.

If you’re staying in the Karlshorst area this is an excellent choice. A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. I dropped one star where I would only have deducted a half, because having requested a toilet roll at reception it never turned up. Despite breakfast not being included in my deal via Expedia, reception insisted it was despite my denials. Fine on the first morning but I was questioned on the second and required to pay. This wasn’t a problem as I had been prepared to pay anyway but reception need to double check this on arrival as it’s hard not to feel uncomfortable when staff are looming over your table! My room had no air conditioning which may be a deal breaker for some, especially as Berlin can get hot, but there were large openable windows so it wasn’t hard to cool the room and we have to save the planet after all!

Das Hotel ist von außen sicher kein Hingucker und die Umgebung auch nicht. Die Zimmer sind aber großzügig was die Größe angeht, die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer sauber. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Räume im Sommer sehr warm sind und das dann halt ohne Klimaanlage. Die Anbindung in die Stadt ist durch die Nähe der U-Bahn absolut perfekt. Aufgrund dessen würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Für ein Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn (Direktverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und Brandenburger Tor) und Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Rossmann, dm Drogeriemarkt sowie Getränke Hoffmann in der Nähe. Weiterhin Restaurants wie ein Italiener und Chinese. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Parkplätze auch kostenlos im öffentlichen Verkehrsraum zu finden. Abends vlei ein wenig schwieriger.

Stayed at Tierpark for few days during my trip and I must say that the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The stay was very comfortable, check-in check-out processes were smooth and there is a free outside parking available next to the hotel which is really nice. Tram stop is few steps outside the hotel and public commute is very easy. City can be reached via public transport in 30 mins. I will definitely visit again.

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr gut aber die Stimmung kippte beim auschecken als ich noch mal City-Tax zahlen musste, die ich schon vorher beim Expedia bezahlt habe.Das Frühstück ist einfach zu teuer, 15 € wäre das Maximum!

The hotel was good but the Restaurant/Bistro wasn't open for dinner and there wasn't a bar which can be a good social Area. There was a vending machine for drinks but you needed cash.

Positive: Suite spacious, light, good lighting for reading, modern bathroom. Modern style. Breakfast buffet quite good, lots of variety. Negative: Frequently lost WiFi connection in room. Room had no safe or mini-bar or fridge to keep cold beverages. Dining room closed every night I was there, which was very inconvenient. There are no good restaurants nearby, only a pretty basic pub. One night had to take tram to nearest decent one; another was suggested to order takeout from a pizza place. Location pretty far from center of town. Was close to where I was visiting, and to zoo, but otherwise fairly isolated. But close to subway into town.
