La chambre était impeccable, le personnel au petit soin, les installations sont bien entretenues… Nous sommes tombés pendant le typhon dans cet hôtel la réactivité du personnel et le service est resté à la hauteur malgré les circonstances.

It was paradise! We enjoyed our food and our accommodations. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were amazing. The drive to the resort was long but a beautiful drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did an excursion with the hotel and it was very enjoyable.

This property is a dream! The pool is amazing and all of the gazebo make it magic! The pool bar is also a nice experience. The beach is very beautiful walkable and quiet. The staff is lovely and always ready to help. We had to change duvet due to an allergy and in ten minutes they managed to change the beddings. Overall an incredible experience!

Nice but pricy resort. Absolutely clean beach and water. Gym lacks some equipment. Breakfast nice. Dont use the hotel travelagent. Tours here 40 % more than outside at beach.

Location is great - Sabang beachfront and a short walking distance to Sabang wharf for going to Underground River. Pools were great. That said, there was no working elevators when we visited and we found out only after check in and was being ushered to the room (instead of being informed on checking in).

Great place 90min from PPS airport through lovely terrain (drive like a tour!). Amazing long pool (80 strokes to pool bar but more pool on other side, where jacuzzis x3 are). Whitish sandy beach is stunning. Had a room facing pool so could walk a few steps and jump right in. Only downside is male sauna under repair so you had to prebook and use female one, gym v small and only restaurant very slow service….but friendly at least. Underground river is great (tour starts 100m to left of resort beach, plus you could book there much cheaper!). I did a snorkeling trip to Ulugsm bay, swam with one turtle and saw 3 giant clams otherwise not amazing so perhaps Honda is way to go?).

Very good bang for the buck. The pool and the other facilities were on point. It would be nice if the pool bar was open past 8. Otherwise, I'd have no problem recommending this property to my friends and family

Le personnel pas au top, avoir été deranger en chambre et ce meme apres avoir mis un do not disturb sur la porte car le restaurant avait omis de faire signer l adition... pas tres pro vérifier egalement les factures qui vous sont faite on a tenté de nous faire payer un shutle non effectuer. L établissement non fumeur ou le seul espace de disponible est a l extrémité de la plage a 50metre, ne prenez pas le risque d en fumer une sur le balcon, car les vigiles sont la pour vous observé et 2 minutes apres votre telephone de chambre sonne pour un rappel a l ordre assez surprenant, La plage est assez sauvage mais usé le seul atout c est les rivières souteraines a proximités mais le trajet est l hotel reste loin de tout notament de l aeroport. Le petit dejeuner est tres bien la terasse est agreable, la piscine grande mais pas tres propre, le service du soir au resto n est pas a la hauteur et un peu brouillon. Les chambre sont dans le style de la chaine hoteliere usine et impersonnel, et avec beaucoup de passage donc usure avancé ou prématurée, et comme dans beaucoup d hotel sur le pays la clim est pas parfaite ce qui amene constamment ces odeurs désagréable et d humilité c est assez genant. La literie et le matelat sont confortable En résumé personnels peu mieux faire, petit dejeuner ok resto et service moyen, endroit ok mais loin et difficiles d acces chambre impersonnel et usé et odeur d humilité constante a faire pour une etape mais ca fait un long detour du nord

Zimmer war sehr gross, schön & sauber. Rogie vom Housekeeping-Team war toll, sehr freundlich & gründlich. Jeden Tag hat er uns eine kleine Überraschung da gelassen. Poolbereich & Strand waren sehr schön. Der Strand wird gut bewacht. Das Team an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Mitarbeitenden sind dies! Ebenfalls hatten wir Massagen im Spa, war himmlich. Einziger sehr grosser Minuspunkt ist das Essensangebot im Restaurant & Poolbar. Sehr teuer, die Menuauswahl langweilig und immer das gleiche sowie eher ungeniessbar. Oft wurden warme Speisen kalt serviert. Gut fanden wir nicht eine Speise. Zum Glück gibt es 5 Min. zu Fuss am Strand entlang ein hervorragendes Restaurant, in welchem sehr viele der Four Points Hotelgäste essen gingen. Abgesehen vom Essen ein sehr gutes Hotel!

Beautiful grounds very clean staff very friendly. That’s resort is so beautiful anyone that has a complaint is most likely miserable. The sad part of it all was that I had to leave.

The place is very clean extremely beautiful and modern. The staff were very hospitable and made every minor concern accommodated with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide spread and brewed latte coffee at your request.. Highly recommended and will consider coming back in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms and the entire hotel appeared to have undergone a recent renovation. They were spacious and spotlessly clean. While the food and drinks at the restaurant and pool bar were a bit pricey, they were of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet right on the beach was simply amazing. The hotel also took care of our Underground River Tour and airport pickup, which was a great convenience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

This is a lovely remote, private resort. Marriott branding makes it easy to choose. The resort is very beautifully decorated. Private seclusion for the most discerning visitor. The food is deliciously prepared and served. This resort is for the traveler who wants to unwind and have privacy. Rooms are beautiful and modern. Beds are not as soft as I like but comfortable and linens are crisp, white and easy to lounge around on. Pillows are great too. Shower and bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a soaking tub. This room was a King suite on the corner of the pool with a private patio leading out to the pool. It was exquisite.

Zimmer war sehr gross, schön & sauber. Rogie vom Housekeeping-Team war toll, sehr freundlich & gründlich. Jeden Tag hat er uns eine kleine Überraschung da gelassen. Poolbereich & Strand waren sehr schön. Der Strand wird gut bewacht. Das Team an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Mitarbeitenden sind dies! This Sheraton should replace the restaurant’s Executive Chef. The dishes both on the Buffet and À la carte are not good at all. The meat are tough, tasteless and are unappealing. The Buffet are hardly replenished such that the guests have to ask to refill the dishes including desserts and fruit. The restaurant’s waiters are oftentimes no where to be found, so the guests have to clear their own finished plates if they are going for a second round to get dessert. But most importantly, the dishes are NOT good, with poor variety, tough meats, overcooked fish, shrimp and other seafood. Unless this Sheraton fire and replace the Executive Chef, we are not coming back. On another note, my husband and I got transferred to another room 3 times due to some room issues. All 3 rooms have VERY WEAK shower water pressure. So weak water pressure that one will not find taking showers enjoyable. FIX your plumbing!

The property is very beautiful and you instantly felt very welcomed once you step into the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The only down side is that they only have one restaurant on the property, but they did have a good selection of food to choose from when you eat there. We stayed in the room on the ground floor that had the pool view and it was worth it, we had easy access to the big and massive pool and made it easier for us to go in and out of our rooms. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Puerto Princesa, the property is beautiful, it feels very relaxing and private away from the city, if that’s what you are looking for and the plus side the property is a less than 10 minute walk to the wharf that takes you to the Underground River!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms and the entire hotel appeared to have undergone a recent renovation. They were spacious and spotlessly clean. While the food and drinks at the restaurant and pool bar were a bit pricey, they were of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet right on the beach was simply amazing. The hotel also took care of our Underground River Tour and airport pickup, which was a great convenience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

This is a lovely remote, private resort. Marriott branding makes it easy to choose. The resort is very beautifully decorated. Private seclusion for the most discerning visitor. The food is deliciously prepared and served. This resort is for the traveler who wants to unwind and have privacy. Rooms are beautiful and modern. Beds are not as soft as I like but comfortable and linens are crisp, white and easy to lounge around on. Pillows are great too. Shower and bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a soaking tub. This room was a King suite on the corner of the pool with a private patio leading out to the pool. It was exquisite.

Le personnel pas au top, avoir été deranger en chambre et ce meme apres avoir mis un do not disturb sur la porte car le restaurant avait omis de faire signer l adition... pas tres pro vérifier egalement les factures qui vous sont faite on a tenté de nous faire payer un shutle non effectuer. Instead of processing orders as they come in (first come-first serve), they process order based on simplicity or complexity of orders. An order of 3 cheeseburger and 2 chicken sandwiches takes 2 hrs to complete. Apparently, this is very complex for them. With one restaurant operating to cater to the entire guest, it would most likely be dinner time when you receive your lunch orders. They're definitely not operating on a 5 star service.

This resort is a 10/5 stars. They went above and beyond with a particular incident when we were guests. My jowa lost her phone on the public beach located near the resort and the resort staff did everything they can to assist us. When we brought up the lost phone to staff, they immediately went into search mode, reviewed CCTV footage, and called local authorities to assist in finding the lost phone. Turns out, it was stolen and the local police were able to find and retrieve the phone. We were beyond relieved when we realized all the effort that was given to find our missing property. We couldn't thank the staff enough and we would definitely recommend this place. Just don't lose your things as people can and will take them.

Location is great - Sabang beachfront and a short walking distance to Sabang wharf for going to Underground River. Pools were great. That said, there was no working elevators when we visited and we found out only after check in and was being ushered to the room (instead of being informed on checking in).

Great place 90min from PPS airport through lovely terrain (drive like a tour!). Amazing long pool (80 strokes to pool bar but more pool on other side, where jacuzzis x3 are). Whitish sandy beach is stunning. Had a room facing pool so could walk a few steps and jump right in. Only downside is male sauna under repair so you had to prebook and use female one, gym v small and only restaurant very slow service….but friendly at least. Underground river is great (tour starts 100m to left of resort beach, plus you could book there much cheaper!). I did a snorkeling trip to Ulugsm bay, swam with one turtle and saw 3 giant clams otherwise not amazing so perhaps Honda is way to go?).

Unless this Sheraton fire and replace the Executive Chef, we are not coming back. On another note, my husband and I got transferred to another room 3 times due to some room issues. All 3 rooms have VERY WEAK shower water pressure. So weak water pressure that one will not find taking showers enjoyable. FIX your plumbing!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms and the entire hotel appeared to have undergone a recent renovation. They were spacious and spotlessly clean. While the food and drinks at the restaurant and pool bar were a bit pricey, they were of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet right on the beach was simply amazing. The hotel also took care of our Underground River Tour and airport pickup, which was a great convenience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Restaurant service is not consistent with each meal. They are easily overwhelmed with orders that comes in. Instead of processing orders as they come in (first come-first serve), they process order based on simplicity or complexity of orders. An order of 3 cheeseburger and 2 chicken sandwiches takes 2 hrs to complete. Apparently, this is very complex for them. With one restaurant operating to cater to the entire guest, it would most likely be dinner time when you receive your lunch orders. They're definitely not operating on a 5 star service.

Beautiful beach front and beautiful big swimming pool 🏊♀️ Staff are always around to offer a help. Food were great a bit pricy but suitable for the resort standards. We had a a great time . I travelled with my husband and another 6 more people in my group.

I only have great things to say about the location and the stay. All the details were handled by the hotel staff. Our tours of the underground river and snorkeling were perfect! The tour guide was with us from the start to the finish. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection of enjoyable food.

Property is great and pool is amazing! It’s about an hour and a half outside of Puerto Princessa, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the service at the restaurant. It takes forever to order and get your food. For example, it was not unusual for us to wait 30-40 mins to get our drinks and then another hour to get food. Because there are no other options on the property, you have to wait. We ended up eating at the resort next door and it was absolutely amazing service and food. Also, we were assured all the water is purified, however, my whole family got sick from drinking the water they provide in their glass refillable bottles. I am not convinced the water was purified enough for our North America stomachs to handle. Overall, I would say the resort is lovely and the staff are helpful. They just need to improve on the restaurant service and I would suggest working on their purification system if they aren’t going to provide sealed bottled water to guests.

Resort is far too isolated with nothing really to do. Restaurant food is poor quality and equally poor service. The resort next door was much better! Last morning before checking out, they shut off our water and we had to complain to have it turned back on Don’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Väldigt rent och trevligt hotell, vackert beläget på stranden. Jättefint rum. De flesta i personalen var supertrevliga. Några små missar i kommunikationen och inte så personligt, men vi trivdes jättebra! Stor upplevelse att få vara med när sködpaddorna kläckts och släpptes ut i havet.
