The hotel is close to the shopping mall so finding a place to eat was not an issue, staff were friendly and helpful when you need assistance getting transport or directions. However, the could use some upgrades, I.e., treadmill, elliptical machine.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the hotel has a great design and appearance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and relaxing. I also booked a massage in the in-house spa, which was nice and convenient. The hotel is based next to a big Mall. It is on a Main Street a little south of the city center, so everything is in quick reach but you need transportation. The tricycles are rather expensive (not in the hotel's responsibility). An airport shuttle is offered, it was a good ride. The breakfast was also great. I would stay there again.

Rooftop pool and bar very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean, mattress and bedding comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with different options daily. Lechon was very delicious never thought of it as a breakfast item but enjoyed every last bite. The Staff was always very helpful with everything. Thank you Hue hotel staff you made our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was perfectly located close to downtown puerto princesa. It was close to the airport other places for shopping and eating. They offered paid tours at the front desk lobby which was very convienient if you want to visit the underground river. They also provided me the best and most affordable massage/spa experience I've ever had. (Seriously I had a signature massage that lasted 2 hours and I almost fell asleep) Unfortunately, the food options were lacking, and what was available was mediocre at best and borderline disgusting at worst. The gym might be the most disappointing feature of my whole stay. No bench, squat rack, weight machines, or treadmill. There was a stationary bike that looked liked it was bought in the 1940's (It had no monitor, the metal had chipped paint and rust on it.) I stayed 3 nights here and took full advantage of what they offered. If your looking for a last minute hotel close to other sites this spot is decent.

A perfect stay ! Only two nights, but it was a true pleasure. Room Perfect, breakfast buffet great, swimming pool on top of hotel, very relaxing. The gym they have is also very complete. Last but not least, Chiara at the reception was a fantastic help ! Thank you so much !

The staff here was perfect! The room had a layout that worked well for our group, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the rooftop pool was so nice to lounge around in. The pungent moldy smell in the hallways and the elevators was the only real issue. If they can get it fixed the place will be just about perfect!

We had a couple of minor issues here, no wakeup call, which we'd booked for an early start tour and a lack of communication from hotel about the tour cancellation. They should have advised tour cancelled when we came down to breakfast and at a minimum, put a notice advising guests in reception, lifts, under guests door etc. Pool area was nice and drinks at happy hour are great value, 2 cocktails for about 200php. Beds are very comfy, but as noted by other guests, room smelt damp and mouldy. There is evidence of damp and mould on 3rd floor corridor ceiling. Massages are great here on 5th floor and good value. Aside from Robinsons there's not really anywhere you can walk to. We used to get the Jeepneys downtown to go out for food and drink, about 12-15 php per person one way, though it could be a challenge to get a Jeepneys back, they were often very full. Hotel staff and manager Karen are all lovely. We had to extend our stay a few times, first as river tour was cancelled, then because of typhoon kalmaegi. But Karen was very accommodating, letting us stay in same room. This place could be something very special with a few tweaks. For example at breakfast my eggs on 2 occasions weren't cooked as requested ( poached, well done) or mistakenly given to other guests... Solution have table numbers and slips of paper with tick boxes for type of eggs you want and how you want them cooked, with ingredients list too, omlettes, well done, ham, egg, cheese etc.

The hotel and staff are great. the last two times I stayed there the SPA has given our slots to walk in customers instead of the appointments that we made. I go for a full service hotel and I do not get what i am looking for because of the spa.

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and clean. The standard was very good in the room and without problems. Nice bath tub and a separate shower with good water pressure. The condition of the pool is good and well kept to a hygienic standard, however some of the mosaic pieces are unfortunately falling off. The service was exceptional, staff very friendly. Great breakfast with cooked to order eggs and a variety of western and Philippine options

Very nice fairly priced property with sizable rooms, all the amenities, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. I was a bit surprised when they indicated I would have to pay a fee in the event of a lost room key card (fortunately I didn’t lose it). Next to Robinson’s mall and a 300 peso taxi ride from the airport

Bed was comfortable. The size of the room is ok but there was a smell inside the bathroom where the toilet bowl is located. Shower room is separate from the toilet and sink is inside the room which is ok especially when you are 2 in the room. The pool is ok. We had a massage during our stay and it was great.

Hotellet ser bra ut på bildene men i virkeligheten er det mye utslitt. Kanskje bildene er flere år gamle. Vi har bestilt rom med dobbelt king seng men da vi kom fikk vi twin seng rom med forklaring at dobbelt rom er ikke tilgjengelig. De sat to enkelte senger sammen med det er ikke king size seng. Servis fra resepsjonen var bra og ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde brokete mini kjøleskap og problemer med strøm på rommet som de håndterte bra. Bassenget og massasje i spa på hotellet var veldig bra.

I would rate this hotel 5stars except the bathroom situation. I personally prefer to have the bathroom sink i side of the bathroom rather than outside. (Wash hands first after using the bathroom). First time to see that the room CR lavatory is almost beside the bed (few steps away) not inside the CR. I dont know the logic. Maybe to save on space. The food is so-so. Recycled the following day…sample is, chicken adobo and beef patty with gravy on Day 1, Day 2 it's chicken adobo rice and Beef Picadillo (which didnt taste like the usual picadillo). There were fruit flies flying at the bread section (jam section) that I heard one of the foreigner was complaining.

We had a couple of minor issues here, no wakeup call, which we'd booked for an early start tour and a lack of communication from hotel about the tour cancellation. They should have advised tour cancelled when we came down to breakfast and at a minimum, put a notice advising guests in reception, lifts, under guests door etc. Pool area was nice and drinks at happy hour are great value, 2 cocktails for about 200php. Beds are very comfy, but as noted by other guests, room smelt damp and mouldy. There is evidence of damp and mould on 3rd floor corridor ceiling. Massages are great here on 5th floor and good value. Aside from Robinsons there's not really anywhere you can walk to. We used to get the Jeepneys downtown to go out for food and drink, about 12-15 php per person one way, though it could be a challenge to get a Jeepneys back, they were often very full. Hotel staff and manager Karen are all lovely. We had to extend our stay a few times, first as river tour was cancelled, then because of typhoon kalmaegi. But Karen was very accommodating, letting us stay in same room. This place could be something very special with a few tweaks. For example at breakfast my eggs on 2 occasions weren't cooked as requested ( poached, well done) or mistakenly given to other guests... Solution have table numbers and slips of paper with tick boxes for type of eggs you want and how you want them cooked, with ingredients list too, omlettes, well done, ham, egg, cheese etc.

Bed was comfortable. The size of the room is ok but there was a smell inside the bathroom where the toilet bowl is located. Shower room is separate from the toilet and sink is inside the room which is ok especially when you are 2 in the room. The pool is ok. We had a massage during our stay and it was great.

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and clean. The standard was very good in the room and without problems. Nice bath tub and a separate shower with good water pressure. The condition of the pool is good and well kept to a hygienic standard, however some of the mosaic pieces are unfortunately falling off. The service was exceptional, staff very friendly. I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist had to deal with the customer’s complaints/ issues, it could have been handled by her/his supervisor so she could get on with the next customer. The line was filing up to check in and out.

Sadly this property has no proper Reception Desk - there is a table with two staff running around fiddling through guest registration papers to find yours. Have no systematic Filling system. Most disorganized reception I have ever come across a 4 rated Hotel. Rooms have tiled floors but no slippers so you have to walk around with wet feet once you get out of shower. Every request for assistance had to done twice !

My wife was lied to by the staff while i was waiting on the Van to pick me up at the airport. My son and I both watched the Van drive away and the staff was telling my wife the driver is waiting on us. it took him about 40 minutes to return. while getting from the staff he is waiting on me in this area.

The hotel and staff are great. the last two times I stayed there the SPA has given our slots to walk in customers instead of the appointments that we made. I go for a full service hotel and I do not get what i am looking for because of the spa.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the hotel has a great design and appearance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and relaxing. I also booked a massage in the in-house spa, which was nice and convenient. The hotel is based next to a big Mall. It is on a Main Street a little south of the city center, so everything is in quick reach but you need transportation. The tricycles are rather expensive (not in the hotel's responsibility). An airport shuttle is offered, it was a good ride. The breakfast was also great. I would stay there again.

The hotel was perfectly located close to downtown puerto princesa. It was close to the airport other places for shopping and eating. They offered paid tours at the front desk lobby which was very convienient if you want to visit the underground river. They also provided me the best and most affordable massage/spa experience I've ever had. (Seriously I had a signature massage that lasted 2 hours and I almost fell asleep) Unfortunately, the food options were lacking, and what was available was mediocre at best and borderline disgusting at worst. The gym might be the most disappointing feature of my whole stay. No bench, squat rack, weight machines, or treadmill. There was a stationary bike that looked liked it was bought in the 1940's (It had no monitor, the metal had chipped paint and rust on it.) I stayed 3 nights here and took full advantage of what they offered. If your looking for a last minute hotel close to other sites this spot is decent.

Hotel is nice and decently clean but the only thing is that the hotel is near to the end of town so if you planing a night in town it cost you a bit to just get from hotel to town or anywhere. But the hotel have a convenient mall next to it so if you missing something or forgot something you can grab it from there.

Very nice fairly priced property with sizable rooms, all the amenities, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. I was a bit surprised when they indicated I would have to pay a fee in the event of a lost room key card (fortunately I didn’t lose it). Lovely hotel with nice pool. Very friendly staff. Recommend booking excursions from the friendly staff here. Right beside mall (otherwise not much close to hotel). Vans constantly passing - 10 / 15 peso to go downtown (no need to take a trike as they aren't allowed on the main road and will rip off foreigners.)

Rooftop pool and bar very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean, mattress and bedding comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with different options daily. Lechon was very delicious never thought of it as a breakfast item but enjoyed every last bite. The Staff was always very helpful with everything. Thank you Hue hotel staff you made our stay very enjoyable.

Je recommande fortement cet hotel qui dispose d'un personnel absolument incroyable et de service a la hauteur de ce que l'on peut espérer d'un 4 etoile. Attention au barman du 5 eme etage qui malheureusement ne sait pas faire un pina colada. Elle etait inbuvable donc je lui ai ramené et il me l'a facturée. C'est notre seule deception auquel cas tout etait parfait

We used to get the Jeepneys downtown to go out for food and drink, about 12-15 php per person one way, though it could be a challenge to get a Jeepneys back, they were often very full. Hotel staff and manager Karen are all lovely. We had to extend our stay a few times, first as river tour was cancelled, then because of typhoon kalmaegi. But Karen was very accommodating, letting us stay in same room. This place could be something very special with a few tweaks. For example at breakfast my eggs on 2 occasions weren't cooked as requested ( poached, well done) or mistakenly given to other guests... Solution have table numbers and slips of paper with tick boxes for type of eggs you want and how you want them cooked, with ingredients list too, omlettes, well done, ham, egg, cheese etc.
We had a couple of minor issues here, no wakeup call, which we'd booked for an early start tour and a lack of communication from hotel about the tour cancellation. They should have advised tour cancelled when we came down to breakfast and at a minimum, put a notice advising guests in reception, lifts, under guests door etc. Pool area was nice and drinks at happy hour are great value, 2 cocktails for about 200php. Beds are very comfy, but as noted by other guests, room smelt damp and mouldy. There is evidence of damp and mould on 3rd floor corridor ceiling. Massages are great here on 5th floor and good value. Aside from Robinsons there's not really anywhere you can walk to. Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean room. Breakfast was okay need to change the buffet options every now and then. Stayed for a couple of days, and its same breakfast buffet option almost every day.

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and clean. The standard was very good in the room and without problems. Nice bath tub and a separate shower with good water pressure. The condition of the pool is good and well kept to a hygienic standard, however some of the mosaic pieces are unfortunately falling off. The service was exceptional, staff very friendly. Great breakfast with cooked to order eggs and a variety of western and Philippine options

Dette var en stor fornøjelse for os! Vi havde ikke de store forventninger til byen eller hotellet. Men vi blev meget positive over at bo netop her. Personalet var fantastiske, hotellet er nyt, pænt og rent. Poolen var lækker. Massagen her var en af de bedste vi har fået på filippinerne;-). Hotellet har en dejlig stor morgenmadsbuffet (vi er normalt ikke til buffet) men denne var super fin. Vi besøgte Sabuya Coffee shop i nærheden, da vi så kaffen på hotellet var derfra. - kæmpe anbefaling. (Man kan også komme ud og besøge deres farm oppe nord på) Derudover spiste vi på en god vietnamesisk restaurant som blev anbefalet til os på hotellet: Rene’s Saigon (kæmpe anbefaling. Derudover så ligger hotellet godt placeret ved siden af et fint shopping center, og har gåafstand til flere mad muligheder. Vi vender tilbage hertil en dag!

The staff were helpful but not very switched on. They didn't know Grab existed that I booked 3 times and I had a mixup with tour booking that cost me 1400 pesos that hotel email.received but didn't tell me. The breakfast was good and varied and pool, bar and rooms nice. Pool bar price was very reasonable but food and bit pricey so didn't eat there. TV and movie / Netflix and YouTube channels were a good plus
