Great staff! Genuinely interested in my comfort ! CLEAN so clean! Quiet. Safe Parking. Enjoyed the hot tub and decided the pool room floor was cleaner than my kitchen floor at home LOL. Microwave / fridge in the room, continental breakfast, City Market next door - so easy to stay here. This is my new GoTo when I ski Vail & The Beave’ and do t want to spend $450 a night in Avon!

Great location right off of 70. Grocery store and good pizza place right next to the hotel. The free breakfast had great options. We were disappointed that their laundry facilities were out of order. That was one specific feature I looked for when I booked the place. We are on a month long road trip so doing laundry was one main reason we stopped here. So that was a bit frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was one of the nicest we have ever encountered. Always smiling, always friendly and always super nice. The hotel was very clean and we especially loved the pool and hot tub. After skiing all day, nothing feels better than a hot tub! The breakfast isn't anything special but I challenge anyone to find an outrageously good continental breakfast. It was very clean in the food area as well and they were really great about restocking what ran out. Our bed was very comfortable and we also appreciated having a little fridge and microwave in our room.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Very conveniently located just off I-70 next door to large supermarket. A variety of fruit trees had ben planted around the hotel made it more attractive than many regular chain motels and there were some fresh apples to be had right off the tree.

After in the room a couple of hours I dropped a prescription bottle that rolled off the back of the dresser by the wall. I needed that medicine so I moved the dresser out and found trash and other items that could have been there for a couple of years. I let the manager know the next morning on my way out. He could have have said something by either saying I am sorry or cutting the cost of the room but he didn’t say anything other than what was the room number again.

Older building, but well kept, and clean. Friendly staff. Snow was cleared on sidewalks and parking lots, even very early in the mornings. Will stay there again.

This property needs a renovation. I feel like I've stepped back into the 90s with the outdated amenities, bed linen and hum of florescent lighting. I didn't know PTAC units that were over 15 years old could still be in service. The time on the bedside alarm clock (from the 90s) was an hour off and the tiny bottles of shampoo etc were already used. Not worth the $200 to stay

Super clean and very friendly staff. I am gluten free and they had a small breakfast, but they had gluten free items! My son filled up easily at breakfast as well. It may have been small, but they had the best staples, waffles (strawberry and regular), breakfast sandwiches, pastries, egg soufflés, and more. Also, the hotel is walking distance to a grocery store.
