check-in/check-out was confusing. No one there to help with that. Just a code on the door with no deadbolt so it didn’t really feel secure once I was in there. room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was moldy. Weird stains on the sheets. Overall pretty unpleasant but it was quiet so I’ll give them that

Room & bathroom clean. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Fridge, which is useful as there are no catering facilities on site. Bed comfortable. Iron & Ironing board / hairdryer provided Onsite parking Close to Eastrop park, Basingstoke and a short walk to town centre
