Didn’t get housekeeping my whole stay. Had to get a new key card made every day. TV didn’t work and the only response was I could move to another room. I figured complaining about it 4 days in a row, they would fix/replace it, but no. Vending machine didn’t work half the time. Gym was closed. If you weren’t 1 of the first 6 or 8 people to breakfast, you didn’t get any. But, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, good bed, and a nice but dated room.

Apparently they were switching to a new hotel name, no internet, no wi fi, no phone service. Long long wait lines for check in. Very very slow. My daughter had an assignment to finish when we got to the hotel and there was no wi fi so we had to leave the hotel and go drive around to find wi fi service. We were late for an event that he drove 3 hours to Brandon for so it was very frustrating.

The hotel is under renovation. The room was very nice, freshly painted, clean. I just didn't like the fact that online shows there is a swimming pool and there is not. I was told at the hotel that they got rid of it and there will be no pool in the future either.

WIFI was ridiculous and the phone didn't work. The desk was unacceptable as a workstation and lacked electrical outlets. No coffee pot. One last thing...the name change and not being informed caused wasted gas. I walkesd forever to a room on the end of the hall. I can't give a thumbs up!!

If I'd know they was remodeling, I'd went somewhere else. The rooms were definitely very old and seemed rundown. Water was shut off from 9-12am daily. Nowhere to park cause of all the construction things everywhere. Decided to go elsewhere for our second night.

Hotel was undergoing renovations. Parking wasn’t ideal as construction related activity occupied many parking areas. We received one of the newly renovated rooms. It was clean and comfortable but didn’t seem finished. It felt like there was missing furniture and generally incomplete with minimal accessories. Breakfast was what you would expect from a free one but the bagels and bread were stale. A big concern was the lack of awareness about security. The construction crew ran an extension cord from an outlet in the hallway to the outside parking area through one of the back doors. The door was unable to be secured so I took it upon myself to correct the situation and unplugged the cord myself and left it outside so the door could close/lock properly. This was fine for a one night stay but if you need longer term accommodations, might be best to look elsewhere.

They were in the process of remodeling and upgrading. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice also. Plus my kids enjoyed their breakfast selection. The only problem i had was the water took bout 10 minutes to get hot. Oh and i got a nail in my tire because of the remodeling so be mindful of where u park.

The pool was gone and it said on the web sight there was a pool. We would not have gotten this hotel if we had known from the web sight. We tried to cancel and it would not let me. We we’re so mad!!

The room was not cleaned, the mini fridge cabinet door was removed and just leaning against the TV stand. One of the wall outlets had the outlet cover removed and it was under the TV. My friend had a worse experience in her room, the toilet was dirty when she walked into her room. The staff was nice but the rooms were terrible.

Room had an unpleasant smell, their was visible rust and mold, carpet was dirty and torn, curtains were dirty, bathtub was rusted. There were no towels when first entering the room. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The only good part was the woman who greeted me in the lobby and checked me in.

The front desk clerk Ms. Rhonda was absolutely WONDERFUL, that’s the only reason I gave this rating 2stars. The room looked clean, but when we pulled back the sheets the liens weren’t clean, those was hair in the bed like someone had slept there before and I’m not talking about a strand or two the sheets were dirty. Called down to the front desk and Ms. Rhonda immediately moved us to another room. Once again great customer service, but lacking on room service, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater. It is walkable to the venue (.7 mile). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The ac worked great in the summer heat.

Got Into the room and the television did not work. Call the front desk she couldn’t get it to work. Said she was going to contact maintenance but no one ever showed disheartening that I couldn’t turn on the TV.

I arrived around 8pm. I was promptly checked in. I went to my room. The room was a nice 73 degrees. I like a colder room. I tried to adjust the A/C but it would not work properly. The temp never got lower than 73. I suffer from tinnitus. The A/C had something wrong with it. There was a sound emanating from it like crickets chirping. No, I didn’t call the front desk. I believed that i could sleep through it. At 2 am I was finally able to get it quite enough to fall asleep. There was also a light outside my window that was pointed straight at my window. Lucky enough i had my eye covers with me. At 8 am, i was awakened again by the A/C chirping. I still had 5.5 hours to go on my trip. I couldn’t take it anymore and got up, showered and checked out. In the process I left my cup in the room. I called back and let them know it was there. I was assured that when I come back through on Monday, it will be downstairs and i can pick it up.

We had to wait an hour in the lobby for a room. I got there around 4:40 and check in was at 3 and they still didn’t have rooms available. After an 8 hour drive with kids, we didn’t get into a room until 5:30. I paid extra for the breakfast for it to only be oatmeal and cereal. The rooms were nice but you had to slam the door shut for it to completely latch. If not you could just push the door open and someone could have access to your room.

We really liked the no-fuss modern design and comforts. Bed was comfortable too! Only issue with overnight: Loud TV behind our headboard (at the wall shared by our headboard - in room next door) Breakfast, unfortuantely, was sub-par. Coffee was weak and tasteless. But love that half n half! No fresh fruit options No way to prepare packaged oatmeal except to add hot water. (Needs microwave for preparation.)

The hotel look fairly new, it was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was not what I expected and were disappointed. It was just muffins, beagles and coffee. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear people running down the hallway. People talking in the next room and people above us stomping around in their room. We did not get much sleep because of all the noise. Not to mention the cars going by on the road next to the hotel.

I got checked in and went to my room. There was a new cleaning lady still working on it. The supervisor( or the one training the new one) went up and beyond to make sure it was done right. She kept apologizing for it not to being ready. Every one was super nice

The lady miss carmen in the front office that check people in is very polite, very helpful because of her. We Gentile Family decided to come back. She did a great job. 👍 and the other staff is nice too.

We were not able to check into our hotel until 6 pm! We got there at 3:00 pm to check in and they didn’t have rooms cleaned and they were unavailable! We were going to a concert for 6:00 and we couldn’t even get a room to get ready until 6:00 PM! I want a refund bc I booked this hotel like 4 weeks ahead of time!!

Clay was awesome. He made sure that I was accommodated. I'm disabled and he done everything he could do that I would be comfortable. He went above and beyond his duties for his job. Also the night auditor, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, when I couldn't sleep all night she made coffee for me and we talked for a bit. She deserves a raise! She done many other things that I asked of her and treated me so kind. I wish everyone was like her and Clay, the world would be a much better place! As far as the property itself, yes it was a little dated and could use a little TLC but when you are being taken care of the I was, the rest don't matter. Our room was very clean and everything worked. To me, it was a better stay than if I had a 200.00 a night room at some fancy hotel. Chances are the employees wouldn't have been anywhere in the league with these guys. Thank you all again for making our stay so nice,
Clay was awesome. He made sure that I was accommodated. I'm disabled and he done everything he could do that I would be comfortable. He went above and beyond his duties for his job. Also the night auditor, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, when I couldn't sleep all night she made coffee for me and we talked for a bit. She deserves a raise! She done many other things that I asked of her and treated me so kind. I wish everyone was like her and Clay, the world would be a much better place! As far as the property itself, yes it was a little dated and could use a little TLC but when you are being taken care of the I was, the rest don't matter. Our room was very clean and everything worked. To me, it was a better stay than if I had a 200.00 a night room at some fancy hotel. Chances are the employees wouldn't have been anywhere in the league with these guys. Thank you all again for making our stay so nice,

front desk gave us room that was already occupied so we end up walking in on someone. Got a different room but not very clean rooms. sheet or blanket smelled like B.O. so since had double bed switch to other bed. it is convenient if you are going to a concert at Brandon amphitheater.

This was the perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater or any kind stay. It’s easy to get in and out. Will stay here again when back in Brandon.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater. It is walkable to the venue (.7 mile). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The ac worked great in the summer heat.

The property is in a very good location as we were attending a concert at the Brandon amphitheater. However, there is a considerable amount of traffic noise, and the interior and exterior walls do not seem to be well insulated. Also, about 30 minutes after breakfast was opened, there was no coffee and also the juice/beverage dispenser was not operating. I think this was later, resolved, but not until we were ready to leave. The reception staff was very friendly and informative, as was the desk staff at checkout. Overall, the facility seem to be quite dated, the carpets were dingy, and it was hard to tell when they may have been last cleaned. I understand the property will be undergoing renovation, which appears to be overdue. The room did not have any USB chargers, but fortunately we did have our own. All of this simply needs to be updated to bring it in line with current standards.

We really liked the no-fuss modern design and comforts. Bed was comfortable too! Only issue with overnight: Loud TV behind our headboard (at the wall shared by our headboard - in room next door) Breakfast, unfortuantely, was sub-par. Coffee was weak and tasteless. But love that half n half! No fresh fruit options No way to prepare packaged oatmeal except to add hot water. (Needs microwave for preparation.)

The hotel look fairly new, it was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was not what I expected and were disappointed. It was just muffins, beagles and coffee. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear people running down the hallway. People talking in the next room and people above us stomping around in their room. We did not get much sleep because of all the noise. Not to mention the cars going by on the road next to the hotel.

Their definition of FULL BREAKFAST was NOT what i expected. It only consisted of coffee, tea, muffins, prepackaged cearal, yogurt and imitation juice (a continental breakfast). Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. We were surprised that they provided full size containers of shampoo (was empty though) and body soap. For the cost to stay, you should offer a decent breakfast. Cereal and bagel? Really? Room was comfortable, no pool. Could not rest do to kids running in hallways and jumping around in room above us. I can say it was very clean though. Not sure I will stay here again. Pay the price I did and no decent breakfast.
