Wonderful stay at Coconut Palm. We had a pool side room, the outdoor seating area was perfect for us. Bed was super comfy. Pool area was very well kept though would have been perfect if pool was a little cooler! We used the kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing equipment

Quaint buildings with as much frontage and piers as the actual room space, it’s one of those places that encourages you to get outside and enjoy the location - which is idyllic. Great pool, plus seating to enjoy the sunsets. Small beach allows kayak launching into the bay. Breakfast muffins and apples, coffee + wine & s’mores at the fire pit in the evening are a great touch. Staff are fantastic. A great experience

This property was a last minute choice but we knew from the moment we arrived we would love our stay and hoped the room we chose would match the feeling we had walking the grounds. We had a welcome glass of wine while the owner/manager (very sweet woman) gave us a tour and walked us to our room. The grounds are clean and well manicured. Super relaxing Keys feel here. We chose a deluxe king room which faced the pool and beach. I didn’t know that right outside our room was a cabana complete w/ ceiling fan and sheer white curtains (flowing in the breeze was a pretty perfect setting) for privacy, a tv and seating. The lighting is dim and warm. Outside of our cabana was an open air patio with chairs/table. Our area was fenced in by pretty white wood pickets and gate. Flowers and lush green landscape along the walkways. They have a couple tiki huts to lounge under, a ping pong table, bags, hammock, kayaks/paddleboat to enjoy, as well as a very clean pool w/lots of seating and firepit. There are chairs/tables scattered around the property. The beach area just seems like a place to put your vessel in the water. The property is on a harbor. There are a couple docks as well. They make s’mores each night and coffee/muffins/fruit are served each morning. String lights are strewn about and cast a beautiful light at night. VERY clean room and very comfortable bed! My only gripe was the light right outside our room which was very bright thru our blinds. Otherwise, pretty damn perfect! GO!

Let me begin by highlighting the positives of this charming hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff at check-in was pleasant and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. They offer free kayaks and bicycles for guests. The pool was nice, quiet, and clean. However, I had to take two stars for cleanliness, and it pains me to say this because this hotel had the potential to be amazing. I found several strings of hair under the covers of our bed. I tend to inspect hotel beds before jumping in, and I was both disappointed and disgusted. Not only that, but the shower drain also had hair and was slow to drain water, creating a puddle. The last thing I would like to point out is that they have L'Occitane bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and gel, but what is inside is not L'Occitane because it smells horrible. I didn't bring any of these issues to management because we were only staying for one night.

Veronica was great. She greeted us at the front desk. She gave us the run down of the facility and everything that there was to do. The accommodations were a little small but who spends that much time in the room when your on the beach. Pool was great. If we were to give give a suggestion it would be to 1) Have the ability to add some cool water to the pool as it was hot and not really refreshing. 2) Some music would have been great around the pool.

This property was just perfect! We were greeted by Stephanie, she was amazing. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room had a curtained veranda with a second TV, and an open-air patio overlooking the water. The property has a slightly heated pool that was refreshing to swim in even at night. At night, there was a campfire with all the fixings to make smores, and we made friends with a few other guests. Watercrafts and bikes available to borrow at no extra charge, and even a light breakfast was dropped off in the morning. We just wish we had stayed longer. Definitely coming back here again!

If you are looking for a small, quaint inn with beautiful views and multiple amenities including cornhole, free access to canoes and paddle boards, a dock, beautiful sitting areas THIS IS THE PLACE! We loved our stay there and took advantage of the canoe, the pool and the chairs at the end of the dock to watch the sunset. If we come back to this area this will definitely be where we stay!!

Stayed a few nights for proximity to snorkeling parks and other keys outdoor activities . Room was very clean and super quiet. The sunset view was amazing. When I am in the keys again I will definitely be back. Every morning there were super delicious muffins and apples waiting for me in a lil basket by the door. 🙂 Hotel is super close to restaurants ,movie theater and shopping. If you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of a huge orange iguana that roams the garden area. Overall quite impressed.

The property is relaxing and quiet, with some good amenities. We had a snafu with the bed sheets, but they rectified the situation very quickly. Overall, the welcome drink, wine and muffins/coffee in the morning were a nice touch.

This is a boutique hotel property that we will return to. It is so quiet and adult friendly. The property is well maintained. Clean. And there are so many pockets of space for people to relax. From fresh coffee & muffins each morning to hammocks and patio furniture to relax in all evening it was wonderful! We really enjoyed that it was low-key. Easier to get to from the Miami airport than the Key West airport. The ONLY thing missing is a true beach, but those are hard to find in The Keys. We will recommend this place over and over and over again to anyone! And we will be back. We just have to decide if we want to bring the kids or not. It was a perfect weekend place to enjoy.

They also have wine & s’mores every night on the beach which is amazing. Our room was everything we needed. It was clean, comfy & made us feel right at home. Our room was next next to the pool, beach & other amenities. It was nice having everything we could need so close. We also had some great dinner recommendations given to use from the front desk attendant (sadly I never got his name). This was the perfect way to kick off our honeymoon! We would gladly come back.

The Coconut Palm Inn was a wonderful choice. The accommodations were safe, clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the room was spacious enough for two people. I would only request a second chair in the room for both visitors to have a place to read, thank you.

Place was immaculate, and the people were friendly and accommodating. Wish the bathrooms were a little bigger too small for two people not enough counter space but overall a great day.

I love that the property is very secluded around old trees and its super quiet and very relaxing. It was a quick and easy check in. I also love the smores and bon fire tradition. I think its very unique. It made us able to talk to other guest and share stories with new people. Well done team coconut palm inn! The rooms and shower are outdated but it did not really bother me and my husband since we were not in the property most of the day time. So if you are looking for a place in islamorada that is more quiet and relaxing without the buzzle of a resort and still has a great island vibes, I highly recommend this Inn!

Loved the employees. Super friendly and helpful. All the personal homey touches like smores around the campfire, wine at night, muffins in a basket in the morning. Delightful guests that we met and had nice conversations with. It was a treat.

We had an amazing time at the Coconut Palm Inn! As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating- they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful. Quiet and serene with the most beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to return!

Tim welcomed us with a delightful rum punch & couldn’t have been more helpful with his suggestions. This place is breathtaking, we got straight out on the pedalboards and enjoyed a bit of fishing at sunset. What a joy to find this place on our way to Key West!

Have been staying in these Keys cottages from the past, Coco Palm is a gem, and it is out of the way, on the gulf with beautiful shady tropical hammock, gorgeous sun sets, kid friendly , beautiful beach with coco palms , heaven on earth... don't miss it!

Needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive tin Key West and found Coconut Palm. Wish we had more time there. Property was great and staff very friendly. Be aware that it is not right off US1, so use your GPS.

Amazing experience staff was extermely helpful and pleasent. The property was amazing overlooking the water, paddle board and kayaks available, location is just 45 mins away from Miami. I will be revisitng again soon.

Loved this hidden gem. Staff and guests super friendly. So many activities and special touches on grounds. Beautiful view from our balcony ( upgrade was worth it). Only negative is to have coffee out earlier but they do bring superb muffins right to your patio. Very quaint and wonderful.

Hotel is great with good accommodation and areas in general. It would be nice to have any breakfast option beside the muffins, also they could offer Romantic / special dinner options. Now that I know the dining options I can return better prepared. I will be back.
