We loved the Little River Inn. The property is perfectly situated on the coast overlooking the Pacific ocean. The view from the room was stunning. The front porch is lined with rocking chairs which is a lovely place to start or end the day. The resort is special and charming. The restaurant was wonderful. The service was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean. Our biggest complaints are that the room was tiny for our family of 4. The cot that was kindly provided was very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful four-day stay - loved the location, amenities and room. Little River Inn was our base camp for outings to Point Arena, Mendocino and Fort Bragg. We love travelling in the fall, and LIttle River Inn provided all the comforts of home.We will definitely return in the future.

Amazing stay! We stayed in a double queen room in the traditional hotel w/the long balcony overlooking the ocean. Compfy beds. Nice rocking chairs on the balcony were a nice place to sit and watch the ocean, read, and relax. The bathroom is a little dated, but functional and clean. There is a full service bar and restaurant open limited hours. Room service is available during limited hours (even bar orders), and was a wonderful plus. There is a wide variety of rooms and cottages to choose from. The stay isn't cheap, but the value is good. The location is A+. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back for sure.

Very disappointed. For the price, it was old and small. The carpet was stained. The Hotels.com description said there were microwaves in all rooms but we had to pay $10 extra for one that we had to call down for. The guy was rude about it too. Also the balconies are not private so you can have people walking by your back sliding door!
