Location & Clean. Parking is a nearby underground multistory charged seperatley. Good location for food, harbourside, old bristol walking. My double room was two singles pushed together however, bit dissapointing for comfort

Stayed here a few times as the location is great. It's annoying that it's card only payments and they don't take cash for the bar or food, consequently we tend to go elsewhere for that, but luckily there are a lot of good options around.

On checking in, the bedroom smelled absolutely horrendous. I don't even know of what but it was awful. Reception kindly moved us to another room. However the towels were dirty and found a pube on one, the sink plug hole was grubby, and in the morning found there was no shower gel in the bottle. We did get replacement towels when requested. However between the issues, and the gloomy decor, it did not feel at all worth the £160 pricetag for a Thursday night. Would not return.

The beds are so comfortable at Ibis hotels. We had a very pleasant overnight stop. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good too.

When we arrived in our room it was dirty there was dust everywhere I went to reception and they gave me another room that was clean. Then this morning they had workers in with heavy drills very early I was not told that they had building work going on This was not the romantic trip I had hoped for

Room was quite dusty and needs attention, entering the room the floor was so slippery. Nice check in and looked after. Bar was good. Breakfast needs attention to detail especially around toast area.

All well except the WiFi. It was the worst I ever experienced. Keep disconnecting every few minutes. Using a VPN made it disconnect even faster. Absolutely useless. Feels like the WiFi gateway with extreme amnesia.

The hotel is generally good, but our bathroom door in room 345 was mis-aligned and so didn't close. There was also a bulb missing from the desk light, although this was replaced when we mentiibed it. We also had a room overlooking the bars and so, as the air cooler wasn't working very well we had 2 restless nights as we needed the window open.

Booked a twin room for my sister and I. As with most twin rooms the two beds were pushed together (surely you’d just book a double if this is what you wanted). As usual, pushed the beds apart to give a bit of space. Room was remarkably hot given it didn’t appear to have heating. The aircon/heating unit was broken. Reported this to the front desk and was told that this was because “of a change of seasons”. I’ve heard some BS in my time, but this was a new level. Commented that I’d stayed in the same hotel at the end of Sept and the aircon worked fine. Was assured it would be looked at. Returned from dinner/drinks and nothing had been done. Window was still propped open. Aircon still didn’t work. Nobody had been to the room. Given the hotel was north of £110/night, booked many months in advance, functioning aircon should be the least that can be expected. Final thing (room 309 for reference), is that the toilet door could only be closed by slamming it. Handy for 3am in the morning…… I’ll not be staying here again.

We only used the room to dump our bags, sleep, shower and have breakfast. The hotel was good for all these things! Room and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot (tho pressure wasn't great). Good choice for breakfast. GF options available too, which is a winner! Reception staff were helpful.

The stay itself was very good. Early check in and complimentary breakfast. On arrival I was asked to pay by card which I did but a few days later they took the same amount out again and I’m now having to try and get the second payment back. Receptionist on the end of the phone came up with 3-4 excuses to why this had happened but no apology or answer to what can be done. So I’m pursuing it with my bank.

Service (timing/availability) both at reception and bas very low/slow. Checked out at 5am and the person in the receoption was not even willing/able to give me a receipt. Again, service minded....not.

My room and the hotel in general were incredibly clean, fantastic! The room was basic but comfortable and had all the amenities required. My only complaint was that the room had no protection against noise from outside. It was really loud and kept me awake most of the night.

Everything great except terrible breakfast. Everything overcooked and tasteless. Took a few bites and left the rest. Terrible value for money. I noticed that other visitors left most of the food on the plate.

Room was excellent for the price, clean and good facilities. Staff were good. Breakfast was awful - not the fault of the staff, no one could make that cheap food into a decent breakfast. The veggie sausages cannot be considered a food item. The hash browns were cheap and inedible. The eggs were poor quality. The orange juice from the machine was beige water. The tea machine was broken. There were no mushrooms, which was the highlight of the meal.

Stayed here many times over the years as it’s convenient. However, this trip fell below the usual standards and will consider other options next time considering the rate isn’t competitive and you get a better deal elsewhere. Overall, The room and decor is tired and needs an upgrade, the mattresses on the bed are wafer thin and marginally thicker than a sleeping bag and tend to slide off. The breakfast is adequate, but service needs improving as there were lots of plates and rubbish on the tables and very little availability/room and not much activity restocking the buffet. Staff at Breakfast seemed indifferent, although service at reception was pretty good. Overall, I don’t normally moan - but for the price I was paying I’d expect more and better value.

Overall we had a fabulous stay. Lovely, Lovely room. Almost an apartment. Breakfast was brilliant. Continental and full English. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Top marks for all of this. The only thing we would like to mention,,, we were cold. Despite putting the heating on. No extra blanket anywhere. We put the towels over the duvet and slept soundly after that. A wonderful place to stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou. X

Budget Hotel chosen for is location and local amenities. Parking not included or supplemented as suggested on website. Plenty of pay & stay parking nearby. Reception & Bar staff struggled to cope with the hotel near capacity. They ran out of milk for hot beverages and also some beer & spirits for those who wanted a nightcap. Plenty of other establishments nearby which offer better catering, especially for breakfast.

We only used the room to dump our bags, sleep, shower and have breakfast. The hotel was good for all these things! Room and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot (tho pressure wasn't great). Good choice for breakfast. GF options available too, which is a winner! Reception staff were helpful.

The hotel was clean and tidy and in a very convenient location. There is no hotel parking, but there are two car parks very close by which offer discounted rates for hotel guests. I used Q-Park, booked online before visiting, and used the code provided by the hotel on the online booking page, which made parking very straightforward. We were initially given a room overlooking all the bars, casino and games area. Unfortunately, this was very noisy and we struggled to sleep on our first night. I went to reception the following morning and requested a room change to the other side of the hotel. The staff were extremely polite, understanding and more than happy to help, and the room change was arranged without any problem. One useful tip when booking: the rooms overlooking the bar area are the odd-numbered rooms, while the even-numbered rooms are on the quieter side of the hotel, so it's worth requesting an even-numbered room if you're a light sleeper. Other than the noise issue on the first night, we had a great stay. There was a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet, and the hotel is ideally located for the brilliant nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return.

The bathroom needs ventilation and the doors are a bit hard to shut. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind. The location of the hotel was good but the street could be a bit noisy.

Værelse er lille og hyggeligt, adgang til Netflix, så man kan logge in hvis man har en konto. Morgenmad, det var udemærket. Standard vil jeg sige. Sengen sov man faktisk godt i. Hotellet ligger super godt, især vist du rejser med børn. Da der masser sjov ude på pladsen. Du bor tæt på masser ting man kan opleve med mere… Nemt og komme til og fra med bus fra lufthavnen (20-25 min)
