Es mi segunda estadía en este hotel y volvio a sorprenderme. Personal muy amable, tanto check in - out fue rapido, claro y expedito. Todo es confortable, excelentes instalaciones, habitaciones grandes, camas inmejorables y lo mejor es el restaurante. Posee una carta deliciosa, el bar es muy agradable. Centrally located, spacious, comfortably and well laid out room, and an exceptional in-house restaurant. The service is of a high standard and the amenities are exceptional. The views aren't stellar but it is lovely to have floor tonceiling windows. Easy stroll to a well managed municipal market, artisan areas, many wonderful local spots, including romantic coffee shops and fun eateries.

The Holiday Inn Miraflores Lima was excellent. The service was exceptional from everyone. Everyone was so helpful. Not only was it a lovely hotel, we couldn’t fault its cleanliness and maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property felt much more luxurious than anticipated based on the brand in the United States. The bed was very comfortable, linens were silky soft, the room was clean, in great condition and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was good but really only worth it if you got a deal, otherwise paying $22USD per day would not be worth the cost since there are cafes within walking distance that offered breakfast for less. There was one usb-A plug in the room and the other plugs might have been European not sure. I had to use the plug in the bathroom as an additional outlet since I thought they used what we have in the USA based on my quick google searches. The hotel is located across the street from two banks with ATMs. It is 0.4 miles from Kennedy Park and there are a lot of restaurants close to there or straight south from the hotel toward the coast. There is a Mercado on the other side of the highway, east of the hotel also about 0.5 miles away. Uber also functions well here but there are airport transfer services that will get you to the airport for less. I look forward to returning for my next stay in Lima.

Great hotel and respite after traveling for three weeks. Didn’t get to spend a lot of time as was catching flight early but was impressed by the staff and cleanliness. Room was spacious and modern. Location was great and would highly recommend.

Tuve inconvenientes porque al hacer el checkin la srta me solicito mi tarjeta y "asumi" que debaja abierta para cargos. Lo que no fue asi. Tambien asumi que lo habia hecho porque no me pregunto si dejaba voucher abierto o no. Esto ocasiono que cada vez que solicitaba algo, tenia que pagarlo, se hacia mas lento el proceso porque necesitaba factura etc.. que se habria hecho mas facil dsde el principio.

El hotel es lindo y muy bien ubicado. Es ideal para conocer Larcomar y la parada del Turibus. La nota para mejorar es que al preguntar por un early check in no fue posible pero el personal no mostró disposición para buscar opciones, en cambio estuvo más interesado en ofrecer paseos turísticos por la ciudad. No era su responsabilidad conseguir un early check in pero pudieron haber mostrado más sensibilidad

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Hotel location was near everything so it made really convenient. This hotel it’s very secured. We travel with our 2 young children and we felt safe. Your room key only allows you to the floor you are staying in and for us that was a plus. We had an early trip booked to Ica and the receptionist had the restaurant prepared our breakfast to go. I will definitely stayed again at this hotel. I strongly recommend giving this hotel a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here on the beginning of our Peru trip, incredible hotel. So we booked this property again for our last night in Peru. We had an emergency and had to fly home, and I was hoping to get a refund or credit on this because of the nature of needing to cancel. But the property didn't allow it and wasn't helpful in the situation, pretty bummed on it as this is a very expensive hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, the problem was I was supposed to have free airport transport. The person at the front desk even said I have it at check out but I still had to pay 100 sols for my airport transport and when I messaged the hotel they ignored me.

I almost never stay at HI hotels. I was very nicely surprised. The room was fine and clean, the best thing was the breakfast , high quality food until 1030am, and the staff who went out of their way to accommodate requests , location in Miraflores was great, while far from Larcomar, it is 5 min walk from the artisan inka market, tens of excellent restaurants and plaza Kennedy
