Room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was perfect. I only knocked off a star on my review because the room was very humid on my arrival and the water pressure wasnt the best. Otherwise a great place to get some sleep.

Parking was easy, room was generally clean but there was a lot of hair left behind, no soap only hand soap in the shower and no remote in the room. But overall it wasn’t bad

The hotel is very reasonably priced, in a good location, and appears to be recently built or remodeled, with nice decor. So this was not a terrible stay overall — but there were several issues. I was traveling with a trained service dog and a separate pet dog. At check-in, I clearly explained which dog was the service animal and that I was happy to follow the normal pet policy for my pet. I was still charged a “second dog” fee because both dogs were counted as pets. I calmly explained that service animals are not pets and shouldn’t be counted that way. The staff would not reconsider their position. I later called down and asked that my concern be documented and whether a manager could review it. I was told the front desk staff was related to the owner/manager, and the matter was not escalated. That interaction was honestly more frustrating than the fee itself. For clarity: the issue wasn’t the amount (I later learned it was $15, not the $50 I initially thought). The issue was the unwillingness to even consider that they might be mistaken after it was politely explained. Other notes from the stay: * Internet was spotty. * The TV repeatedly crashed when trying to connect to our Prime account and kept replaying and stopping at the same point. * Sheets appeared clean but had a stain that looked like an old blood streak. * Soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. * There was hair in the shower. * Walls are thin — you can clearly hear con
