Gutes Stadthotel. Sauber und gediegen. Leider der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer war beim Check in zu 100% bezahlt, das Hotel hat jedoch auf eine 50.- EUR Kaution zahlen müssen- Betrag nicht reserviert sonder abgebucht! Für ein gutes Haus unverständlich. Das Restaurant ist mittelmäßig und die Bedienung schlecht. Die Terrasse war nicht eingerichtet und sah eher außer Betrieb aus. Kalte Atmosphäre im allgemeinen, lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Lovely well located property, amazing rooms. However the hotel was under construction and we were not told about it. The first morning we had to have breakfast inside our room, the second morning the restaurant was working but barely. The front desk was almost always empty and the people behind it were not very friendly in approach or manner. The rooms were new and nice and comfortable. From the window we could se the chimneys of the Chateau de Fontainbleau

Nice area, hotel was nice the room was a slightly strange layout but perfectly comfortable and plenty of room. The shower head could do with a proper clean and hallway had a bad smell but overall everything was good. They offered blankets and water bowls for the dogs which was lovely and the staff were very nice.

We stayed here 10 years ago and it was delightful.When we checked in this week we were immediately told”The chateau is closing in 2 weeks for a 2 Year renovation “…it felt like a warning…which in fact it proved to be. The public area and the beds rooms small of stale air and poor plumbing. Tired furniture and poorly looked after public areas…We were glad to leave.Hopefully in 2 years it will be a 4 or 5 star property, it is nothing close to that right now.

Déception pour un bel hôtel de 4*. Chambres était peu accueillant, salle de bain sans protection d’eau (il y avait de l’eau partout, même sur le parquet de la chambre), salle de bain pas propre, lits moyennement confortable, le pdj moyen (p ex fromage de supermarché sans goût et pas de choix de pain). Cadre est très beau et le service par ailleurs correct. Mais cela reste une expérience décevante.

The location was amazing, we had an upgrade, with more spacious and well equipped room. The area around the hotel is very nice, the castle is a few minutes away from the hotel.

Lovely building and setting. Couple of minor issues with air con cooling not really working, and breakfast was a little disappointing (no fresh egg choice etc). Very good staff though.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment . Un repas de réveillon et une nuit de grande qualité dans cet hôtel ! Merci encore à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ! Leur amabilité, la qualité de la chambre et la proximité avec le château nous donne envie de revenir au printemps

Gutes Stadthotel. Sauber und gediegen. Leider der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer war beim Check in zu 100% bezahlt, das Hotel hat jedoch auf eine 50.- EUR Kaution zahlen müssen- Betrag nicht reserviert sonder abgebucht! Für ein gutes Haus unverständlich. Das Restaurant ist mittelmäßig und die Bedienung schlecht. Die Terrasse war nicht eingerichtet und sah eher außer Betrieb aus. Kalte Atmosphäre im allgemeinen, lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Très bel hôtel de charme, pensé et décoré avec goût. La chambre vraiment spacieuse avait tous les équipements dont on a besoin lors d’un séjour hôtelier. La sdb, divine: Grande baignoire îlot et grande douche. Literie de qualité et accumulation d’oreillers pour les personnes, comme moi, qui aiment en avoir au moins deux! Je n’ai pas pris le petit dej, mais j’ai cru comprendre que les viennoiseries sont faites maison, aussi je ne doute pas de la qualité de ce service. Je n’ai pas non plus dîné sur place car le mardi soir c’est fermé. Ce n’est donc que partie remise jusqu’à la prochaine fois. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux ☺️

La chambre est belle et dispose d’une terrasse exposée plein sud qui donne sur jardin. Idéal si vous cherchez calme et repos. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix pas d’œuf au plat ou dur que des œufs brouillés. Un seul fromage proposé, un seul yaourt gras. Une salade de fruits maison mais pas de fruits frais de saison.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment . Un repas de réveillon et une nuit de grande qualité dans cet hôtel ! Merci encore à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ! Leur amabilité, la qualité de la chambre et la proximité avec le château nous donne envie de revenir au printemps

Lovely building and setting. Couple of minor issues with air con cooling not really working, and breakfast was a little disappointing (no fresh egg choice etc). Very good staff though.

Très bel hôtel à Fontainebleau, au calme, avec un accueil très agréable. La chambre était très bien, avec une jolie petite terrasse très appréciable. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant et la cuisine était vraiment excellente : des plats très fins, très bien réalisés, un vrai bravo au chef, car c’était sincèrement délicieux. Petit bémol en revanche sur le service, qui nous a paru un peu lent et parfois hésitant sur certains points. Cela n’a toutefois pas empêché de passer un bon moment, d’autant que la qualité des plats a largement compensé. Une belle adresse, avec une très belle table.

Très joli établissement, accueil, parfait,. Deux petits bémol, un petit déjeuner, excellent gâché par un manque de personnel. Et un audio visuel à revoir.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Fontainebleau. Although I had a busy schedule and did not have much time to interact with the staff, the two receptionists I met at check in and check out made a great impression. Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau.
